This was my first visit to Dr. Cremata. I was very pleased with her professionalism and she seemed very real and had a good sense of humor. That always helps. Everyone there was extremely caring & supportive & immediately put me at ease. The only downside for me (which was certainly not the fault of anyone at Precision Eye Care!) was that I have something wrong with my right eye that required my being referred to a physician in Key West . . . so that's Scary. I will call your office by the end of the week if I've not heard from the KW physician's office by then but I do want Dr. Cremata to know that the eye drops she prescribed for me have made a world of difference in the redness & ache I've been experiencing in my right eye. Despite the devastation of Hurricane Irma, Precision Eye Care is open for business a couple of weeks later in a clean and friendly office and services patients in their typical exceptionally competent manner. The patient always comes first and compassionate treatment of my condition and my understanding of my condition is always the first concern of the doctor and staff.
