He listens carefully and then clearly explains possible treatment approaches when there is a problem, including a step wise plan if needed. I have great confidence that I am getting excellent eye care whenever I go in.

They go above and beyond to make the visit comfortable for me and patiently answer all my questions and concerns. LeAnn (sp?) did my initial testing, and Pat followed-through with exceptional service to help me select the best frames and lenses, for my needs. Starting from making an appointment to checking out of the office, its a great experience. The staff (ALL) are very polite, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about their specialty. I have to go to other eye centers as my insurance coverage change a few times, but I always checked if Powell Vision was in my coverage. I am thankful for all they do that I am grateful I am again able to come back and place my eye health in their hands. I love they are open to staff diversity. Xochil is the newer staff I have met and she is amazing . Awesome place.

I am a new patient at Powell Vision Center and my appointment was excellent and went very well. The staff is friendly, professional, and patient centered. Doctor Kelbley's exam was thorough and she took the time to explain everything as she worked through the exam. Nikol, who did my preliminary eye testing, was friendly and professional. Soche, who helped me find new frames, was friendly, and very patient and understanding even though I tried on a lot of frames before deciding on a pair.

I particularly liked that I was able to choose a more high tech method to exam the internal health of my eyes rather than have my pupils dilated. There was a large selection of frames to choose among when I ordered my glasses. All and all, it was a very good experience.

She was empathetic, calm, and put me at ease. I also really appreciate the discount for those of us with no insurance and that you dropped high pressure to buy glasses from you. I stopped coming to you and sought out a new practice because of the high cost. I was spending more than my two week pay at your office the last couple of times. Genuinely a pleasurable experience! I am in the process of an international move, so I originally was just going to run in and get a few nice looking reader’s to burn through my HSA card balance. Thankfully the entire Powell Vision Center Team asked the right questions (they just wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed), and it was determined, that I should probably come in the following day to do an eye exam (I hadn’t had one in over 12 years). Long story short, I’m so glad I did, because I did need corrective lenses (obviously;) ). The Powell Vision Center staff has Excellent knowledge, professional, friendly, and fun; every single team member I worked with!

I highly recommend Powell Vision to anyone. Dr Thies has gotten me thru major eye problems. My eyes are now healthy with better than perfect vision. Each person on the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Making you feel like their only patient. This office gets defensive gets five stars from me. And more if that were an option.

I had the best experience with Powell Vision Center. They were on time, courteous, so much personality!! This was by far the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had with a very thorough explanation of everything going on with my eyes. The doctor was so down to earth and talked to me like I was a long time friend. The gentleman who helped me picked out frames....loved him!! He did not hesitate to tell me that a $99 dollar frame looked better than the $300 dollar frame, THAT is appreciated!! And have you seen the office/showroom? Absolutely gorgeous!! I will definitely NOT go anywhere else in the future and will recommend Powell Vision Center to anyone who listens. This was exemplary customer service from walking in to walking out.

The doctor was totally booked but had me wait and fit me in between her appointment. They also treated me like I had been going there for years. Always good to see Dr Webster. He is friendly and quite knowledgeable. The only hiccup I have was the wait time waiting on the doctor this time around. I waited in the exam room for nearly half an hour, which is not like the office to keep me waiting, and I have been coming here for 13 years. The exam itself took less time than I had to wait. Hopefully this will improve in the future. I also was pushed to buy a pair of glasses when I really didn't need them.

My whole family goes to her, and I would highly recommend her (as well as Dr. Webster, who has checked my eyes in past). Also, I really like the new office! The OptiMap technology was important for me, as it produces digital images that can be stored and compared to future images for changes in eye conditions.

Dr Webster has been a great eye doctor for my family. His diligence and care for each patient is great and very appreciated. As for the dr side of the business, it cant be beat. Thanks Dr. Webster for all you do. They have a nice new office. One thing to note is that Powell Vision and the sales team here charge more for most products and services than competitors. Frames are often $50 more than others, even after insurance. We appreciate him, but always feel our insurance nets us very little here.

Switched to this office when my old eye doctor could not get me in for an urgent appointment for a sudden vision change last year. Dr Theis saw me immediately!

During my exam, Dr. Webster was very professional and helped me understand why I was experiencing dryness in my eyes and what the best solution was for me specifically. He weighed the pros/cons for various contact brands and what would be best for me and my lifestyle. Pat helped me pick out my frames and truly listened to me when I said I wanted to spend the least amount of money as possible. She wasn't pushy whatsoever. She gave me an itemized breakdown of charges which helped me understand what I would be paying out of pocket and what my insurance would cover. Pat showed me how to send my rebate form in and explained the process thoroughly. She had a great attitude and was very friendly! I was planning on calling the office to inform them how great my experience was and how wonderful Pat was!

I have an uncommon reaction to an allergen in my eye. I walked in to the office and was given an immediate appointment with Dr. Theis. Within less than an hour, I was on my way home with a diagnosis and a prescription. Two days later my eye is much better.

I truly enjoyed my visit to Powell Vision Center. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, Dr. Theis was very thorough in the exam, she explained my options very clearly and I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to completely understand things.
