Office staff, Shirley and Julie are extremely proficient and straightforward about relaying information about insurance company and financial responsibilities. I appreciate their professionalism . Stephanie is absolutely wonderful! I have always had a fabulous experience at Plymouth Family Dentistry, but this last visit was exceedingly wonderful. Dr. Stachler is also wonderful, and I am glad he joined this practice. I will continue to refer my friends and family to this practice. Front desk is also always wonderful, which is rare in the healthcare industry.

I love the view from my chair! I have never been to a dentist office that gives you a view of nature instead of staring at a blank wall. Office staff are very attentive and welcoming. Going out of their way to make you feel at ease and comfortable. They are extremely thourough with examinations as well. Hands down, best dentist office I have ever been to! Dr. Stackler is awesome!!

They took such good care of me at this appointment, I couldn't thank them enough. My gums were tender and the hygienist (I feel so bad I forgot her name!) numbed me topically so I wouldn't be in pain. She was compassionate, reassuring, and explained every step of the way. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me. I promise I'll be back in 6 months!

I look forward to my dental visits, thanks to the wonderful staff and Dr's. Fisher and Neha. They are not just wonderfully knowledgeable and competent at Dentistry but also kind, compassionate and friendly. I never wait more than 2 mins in the waiting area or to have my questions about insurance or anything else answered. In a way, once you get used to Plymouth Family Dentistry, you can't go anywhere else. They've spoiled all other doctors' practices for me.

I haven't been to the dentist in quite a while. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. I was nervous about the procedure itself, but also nervous about going to a new hygienist. Dr Neha had a very friendly approach, which immediately reduced my fears and was gentle with me through the entire process. I will definitely be coming back for exams and cleanings!!!

This is the BEST Dentist and Staff EVER. I have been a patient of this office for 27 years now. I would not even consider going to anyone else. Why? I have never had to wait...ever. They respect my time. I have never had an unnecessary procedure or felt like they were "selling" me something. Instead, they care about my health. I grew up with a very poor dental experience; I was terrified to go when I became an adult due to that experience. They cater to cowards for sure...but after a while, you wont be a coward. You will realize the entire staff cares about you, your health, your family etc.

Always pleasant At this visit I was left waiting for a half hour just for a dentist check after my cleaning. When dentist did come into the room he made an unpleasant remark but not an apology or acknowledgement that they had forgotten about me entirely! That really set me aback. I am happy with the staff but that day with COVID concerns, when I was there sooooo long I was uncomfortable. I literally had to get out of the chair and flag down the hygienist in order to get out of the appointment. An acknowledgment of this mishap would have been in order. Just my thoughts

Hands done the best dental experience I've ever had, now after my 4th or 5th visit. Dr. Card could put on a clinic for other dentists in how to properly administer Novocaine - absolutely pain free including installation of (2) crowns. In a medical field known to be a source of anxiety for some patients, Dr. Card has a very gentle demeanor and communication style which puts the patient completely at ease. I never feel that Dr. Card or his assistants are in a hurry - just seem relaxed and happy to be doing their work. I came on a recommendation from a friend, and now my family wouldn't go anywhere else. Honestly I cant say enough good about this Dentistry. Office and support staff are excellent too

When there are different treatment options, he explains them in detail and I can always trust him to make recommendations based on what’s best for me (not what will give him the highest profit) - a dentist you can trust means a lot. He doesn’t rush and is always concerned about whether I’m in pain, which does a lot to make me less anxious. The office staff is top notch too.

My last 2 appts I was on time but waiting about 15-20 mins to get back and then waited for the doctor another 15 mins or more while in the back. I still love coming here and will continue to be a client (I and my family) but I just wish the wait times/schedules were more under control. Thanks for all you do!

They are always on time. Dr. Fisher truly cares about his patients. He tries to do what is best for the patient; not what is best for his bottom line. Love the genuine care and concern provided by the whole staff. Also love getting my flower :)

The office is very,very clean, and everyone is so nice their. My family and I have been going there for about 20 years. Would go no where else. Michelle is awesome. I honestly don't ever want anyone but her to clean my teeth. She is sweet, considerate, patient and does a great job. She truly cares about her patients. Dr. Fisher is the best dentist. He knows it too HAHAHA - He is not only good at what he does, but I trust his integrity to do what is right for the patient vs. dollars. I recommend this office to anyone that asks about a dentist. And, I cannot forget to mention Shirley. She is the first impression of the office. I have a feeling things would simply not run the same without her. She makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door.

The office took me on zero notice and I wasn't a patient. First look Dr Fisher thought I'd lose my front tooth. But he saved it and I'm extremely grateful. Worked with my on the financial side and made a temporary cap until my crown comes in. No pain and I felt in good hands.

I have never had any major dental work so when I found out I had two cavities, I was nervous. I have been seeing Dr. Fisher for 15 or so years and have always appreciated his laid back personality. In the case of dental work and nerves, he has the ability to put people at ease yet he is extremely efficient. Everyone in the office is very nice and in the 15 + years I have been treated at this office, I have seen very little turnover. If nothing else, that is a great sign that you will be taken care of as a patient. As a general rule, I believe - if the employees are treated well, the customers will be treated well! I have been under Dr. Fisher's care since 1993. He is the doctor that I can trust and he has been taking great care of me. The cares that he provides surpass the industry standard by far. I have a filling that he did 23 years ago which is still intact (that I'm having it replaced with better material now). I had a crown which lasted 22 years that I had it replaced last year.

As a person formerly afraid of going to the dentist and only going when absolutely necessary, the entire staff has changed my mind and made my visits as pleasant as possible. I particularly love the large picture windows in the exam rooms and the view of the woods. Very relaxing! Whoever designed the office space kept nervous patients in mind.

Dr. Emily Shwedel was Professional, Awesome to say the least As nervous as I was, your staff was most comforting. I was confident and comfortable with her diagnosis I had to return shortly after leaving due to a small area for repair. Unfortunately, Dr. Shwedel was gone for the day. Dr Fisher was available to address the problem. After examining my issue, [he] abruptly, made a comment "I usually always agree with Emily, but not on this one" I will not go into detail, but I will say, Dr. Fisher totally destroyed what Dr. Shwedel did and left my mouth a mess, not to mention the cement like substance that was used is still stuck on my teeth. He was overbearing, rude condescending, arrogant, and scary etc. also said if I cannot afford it, there are charity type places to go to. Perhaps Dr. Fisher is a good Doctor, but first impression are the last. With all due respect to Dr. Emily Shwedel, I will never return

Kelly was excellent with our daughter made her feel very comfortable and explained everything to her and Dr. schwedel was amazing !!!

Possible improvements: A steady stream of water splashed on my face and neck during the procedure. Is there a way to deflect or cover the face of the patient if this is happening? When the chair is tipped down, there is not a place to support your arms. I have back issues resulting from a couple of car accidents, and the chair position and reduced arm rest area places more strain on my back.

I really like the new text confirmations. A few hours before my appointment I got the feeling I had the wrong time in my mind, but all I had to do was check my texts and I was able to see exactly what time my appointment was. Very handy.
