My office visit was wonderful. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to ease any “ eye exam” anxiety. It was truly a pleasure to meet Constance Campbell. She was the ultimate professional in explaining the results of the exams and offering recommendations. My husband and I have been going there for many years and have never doubted their skills. Great place!

Loved the doctor -very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She reviewed my whole history and was not happy that a file was not in my record so she immediately emailed them. The person who initially screened me was quick ,polite and knew his stuff. When i called at first i was given a reasonable price for the exam . My only complaint is that i was not told that taking a picture of the eyeball as opposed to dilation would be $20 more. i should have been told this before it was done. Great place, all told

The only thing I am not pleased about them is they don’t accept Care Credit which is very important to me since I do not have vision insurance since going on Medicare.

Staff and Dr Mancini were very nice , professional, and courteous but I normally get set up for a follow up dilation appointment after my exam , this did not occur.I have no idea why not. Also the brand of contacts that I have used for years and years is reportibly discontinued. The replacement lenses I was sold just don't feel as comfortable as my previous lenses and my vision is not as clear and accurate as my previous prescription and lenses.

Whenever I visit, the entire team at the office is always very professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient. They seem to handle the workload of dealing with several patients on a daily basis very well. I would suggest that they hire another Optometrist to serve as a backup to the primary Dr. I also suggest sending appointment reminders via email. For the website it would be good if patients could securely view a summary of their recent exam results and recommendations without violating HIPAA privacy rules.

All staff and Drs are very professional and friendly from the check in to Dr. visit and placing order for glasses or contacts. They take you in at appointed time or earlier. I have been going here over 30+ years when it was own and operated by Dr. Woods. I miss him, but understand he was ready to retire after 30+years. I would and have highly recommend them to my family and friends.

My visit was most hospitable and was offered a few pair of frames just to see if I would like. Indeed, I did choose a new frame for my lenses and can hardly wait until they are ready for pickup. I am adding blue board to the lens to assist me with my tired dry eye condition.
