I have never been to physical therapy before, so I was a little nervous. The check in and out everytime is super easy. The staff is all very friendly. The building is nice and clean. And Burt is a great PT. I have seen amazing results from my visits. Before coming, I was in pain for the majority of the day, and had been for months. In one month (give or take) I have improved and can now get back to my normal routine.

Lex was my therapist. He was awesome. He was very good at being a therapist. I told him I was having vertigo and I thought it was the crystals in my ears. He said do you think it might be Blood Pressure. I said oh no it under control. I went home and checked my BP and it was extremely high. I went to the doctor and the changed my medicine immediately. I am so appreciate of him. I truly thought my BP was under control.

Hands on therapy - I've been to other PT clinics where the therapist never physically touched the patient. Physical therapists at PTA are very much "hands-on". My therapist does a great job with explaining exercises that need to be done at home. He is also great at encouraging when recovery isn't as fast as I hoped.

I came to PTA after back surgery and I was placed with Taylor. I am not sure words can describe how much she means to me! I started PT thinking I would be here for 6-8 weeks but after really going over what all had gone on with me the last 2 years, I am still her 20+ weeks later. I wouldn’t change that because I know I have needed every week to get where I am now! Taylor has been so patient with me, she’s helped me more than I ever thought possible! I assumed I would be stuck with limitations forever and not being able to go and do certain things with my kids but Taylor has gone above and beyond to get my back, legs and hips working like they are supposed to! I am forever thankful and grateful for her! She’s become more than just my therapist, she’s become a good friend! I will sing y’all’s praises to everyone I know! The staff is excellent and I will be sad when my time here is up. Thank you for helping me get back to my old self and showing me exercises to help me stay feeling great!

All of the PT’s at PTA are incredibly compassionate, friendly, and determined to help make life better for all in their care. Jill has taken care of many issues of mine over the years and is steadfast in helping me overcome those issues. A neck issue was causing debilitating pain earlier this year. Within a month, she had it to a manageable level. If y’all want PT’s that listen to your needs as well as fix them, got to PTA!

Kenny was Great !!! He got my knee back going once again after my hardware surgery from my patella fracture a yr plus ago!!! Before I had the hardware out I was right where the Dr wanted me an now that it’s out I am 130 ROM an it’s been tough but Kenny will push you to your goal no matter what it takes!! He Always goes above the expectations an iWorks very hard to get you all back together an feeling great an like a normal human again!! My experience was the best PT experience I have ever had. Lex was my therapist and was always very encouraging and helpful. Some of my other experiences with different therapist have been frustrating and made it hard to continue the therapy and my exercises. Lex was excellent! He told me what I was doing correctly but also explained if I needed to make adjustments. The encouragement help me do my daily exercises and complete my PT. Great job Lex, so appreciate all you did for me.

Met Taylor and Casey in the hospital, they both know what they are doing and are great representation of PTA, we chose to go here due to them. I had my first treatment 3 days after surgery with Lex. Even though my shoulder was feeling better my doctor wanted me to go to at least one appointment. The therapist was friendly and seemed to realize my shoulder was well. She had me doing certain exercises and also gave my a packet of other exercises plus the ones I did to keep doing on my own. She spent more than an hour with me.

I have had two occasions to go thru PT at Physical Therapy Associates and both were very successful. Taylor McCulloch was my therapist both times. She always explained the the therapy procedure and made certain that they were performed correctly. She always monitored my progress and encouraged my effort. I had a great experience the second time around. First time not so good. The therapist first time was unfriendly and showed no knowledge of why I was there. She did not follow doctors orders. I have been to Physical Therapists before who spend a little time with the patient up front and then leave them to their assistants. Not at PTA. The actual therapists are very involved in every therapy session and are genuinely concerned with helping their patients recover. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to see a physical therapist.
