I was really needing some confidence with my face. I was hopeful that ultra therapy package would perk up my skin. Karina had really great suggestions, that I followed. I am an 80 year old woman who doesn't look her age to to Perfection Plastic Surgery. Right now I am so grateful to Perfection Plastic surgery that I can be treated by two top-notch nurse injectors who are similar, but complement each other. One does teardrop injections, which the other doesn't do. It is a tribute to the group at Perfection, as well as the two nurses themselves, that they can share a client. What a treat, for me, the client, to have a session with a new nurse, the teardrop injector, to learn how she breaks down the injection into preparation injection and follow-up injection, by time and substance. I can hardly wait to see the subtle difference in my face.

I have been going to Perfection for more than 15 years. I now live in California and come back to Tucson to visit family and friends and when I do come back I make appointments with Perfection for my botox and filler. I call to verify the price. When I had the procedure and went to pay the receptionist charged me more than I was quoted over the phone. There was no mistake in the price I asked for and the procedure I got.

RoseMarie injected a second vial of Sculptura in my cheeks on Monday with instructions to massage facial skin 5 minutes 5 days per day for 5 days. The first vial made a nice difference. I look forward to renewed collagen in my face following a weight loss.

Although the procedure itself went smoothly with no ill effects, communication with the laser tech doing the treatment was quite unsatisfying. In the past, communication with the. Person doing my treatment was exceptionally good, and I understood what was going to be done, felt my concerns had been addressed, etc. This time I really couldn’t tell if my concerns had been heard and I didn’t know to what extent the provider had been trained. Was her reticence based on lack of interest, lack of experience, lack of confidence, or what? Also, I had to ask specifically for post treatment instructions after paying my bill since none had been given.

It's a series of three treatments that produce good results based on vbiewing before and after photos. The product has few side effects, mostly natural ingredients and will enhance my appearance. I had this 3 days ago. My skin looked sunburnt and HOT the first 24 hours and sunburnt for 2 days. Now I’m peeling. It reminds me of last year’s CO2 laser, yet no products to help protect the healing skin were suggested so hopefully not needed. But I bet the results will be great.

I was very disappointment to discover the cost of the procedure I had had been raised 34%! I was not aware of that until after the procedure was completed. I had the microdermabration in January and 6 months later the cost was 34% higher. I would NOT have had the procedure if I had known it had increased that much.

I will never see Rosemary again. I came in super early for my appointment with Vanessa. I live in Oro Valley and try to consolidate my time on the East side. The receptionist said Rosemary could squeeze me in and I agreed. The receptionist came out and put numbing cream on the lower half of my arm tattoo. Rosemary took me back into the laser room, wiped off the numbing cream on the lower half of my tattoo and proceed to laser the top half of my tattoo where no numbing cream was applied. I was laying down and did not see where see was lasering, and I was in a lot of pain. When I looked up, I saw the upper half of my tattoo was red and that she had not lasered the bottom half where the numbing cream was applied. She said she was confused. I don't see how. Further, when Vanessa treats my tattoo is "always" frosts. The area Rosemary treated did not frost, which leads me to believe she did not follow the notes in the file regarding the setting Vanessa uses. While, Rosemary did not charge me because she treated the wrong area, I feel that her choses while seeing me had to be intentional because she is not a novice at this. To my knowledge, I have never met Rosemary before but I will take pains to make sure I never meet her again.

I have been coming to Perfection since 2013. My skin care nurse recently retired. I was recommended to be treated by Rose Marie. She took the time to carefully examine my face and make decisions on my course of injectibles. She used the gauge sized needle that had effectively prevented bruising in prior visits. She was gentle in her care and I experienced minimal bruising.

I love Rosemary. I have seen her for over 10 years. I will continue to use her services as well as your products. My last treatment was an IPL which I have never done before. I had heard from clients regarding expectations and aftercare which I didn't encounter. In fact, I feel as though I didn't see any results, brown spots highlighted, nothing. Granted I realize that I bought a deal and it was cheaper than the regular amount. I also understand that one must have 3 or more treatments for results. At this rate, I wouldn't buy it again. The Diamond Glow Facial is so refreshing. I will continue to schedule facials with Karina because it has made my skin transform so much. My only regret is not coming here sooner to cure my skincare needs. I suffered from bad acne in school. Now in my 30’s I can say my skin is so much better. I always look forward to returning to Perfection Plastic Surgery because not only for my skincare needs but the staff is very welcoming and caring. Vanessa is supportive of her patients. We are going through session II with threading. The first treatment didn’t give any real results. I’m hopeful that round 2 will be successful and last the 2 years given as the average time for threading results. Vanessa and PPS staff are professional and caring.
