That Dr that helped us was and is amazing. She genuinely cared about our son and was empathetic to his needs. We drove up from ocnj for an appointment because I knew our son wouldn’t want anyone else to treat him. I wish I could ask for this specific doctor every time. 10/10 hands down, PPA is lucky to have her on staff.

My daughter is now seven years old and I've had only positive experiences with PPA. Starting with the receptionists, wether it be making appointments over the phone or speaking wothnthem in the office, the are friendly, and happy to assist you. The nurses are always upbeat and great with my daughter. Every doctor I've met with has been knowledgable and kind. I would happily recommend PPA to anyone looking for a great pediatrician!

Dr..Kratz has a very friendly nature. I always feel he gives us his undivided attention and listens. He is always very prepared and up-to-date on my son's chart. As my son has special needs, we see multiple specialists throughout the year, and Dr. Kratz is informed about each area. If he his unclear about notes from any of the specialists, he will ask for clarification. He takes time to ask about each area and listens to my input.

Whether we are there for a sick or wellness check, the staff at the Sellersville office has always been very friendly and easy to work with. The doctor's we have seen are willing to listen and you do not feel rushed. We would highly recommend your office!

We had the pleasure of having nurse Cassie (?) she had red hair and glasses and Dr. Kratz. Nurse was the best we ever had. She was so kind, compassionate and so good with my daughter. As always, we absolutely love Dr. Kratz. My daughter just loves him. He is always so kind and compassionate. And doesn’t make me feel like I came in for a wasted visit.

I always received the best care as a child at PPA, and, unlike the rest of the world, the quality of care hasn't wavered over the years. Dr. Lee was amazing with my son and made him feel so comfortable during his appointment. She and our nurse listened and accommodated us at every turn. There was no second guessing, no condescension, no invalidating. I loved the level of care we were given and couldn't have asked for anything more.

Dr. Doulha is simply an amazing doctor. We see her regularly for a med check and we also had a well check with a sibling. She is excellent with the kids, responsive and inquisitive to the parents. I don't feel rushed and I feel heard. Sue is a nurse we look forward to seeing every single time we go. It is a pleasure to have such a great connection with the nurses and staff as well. Front desk is always quick to work with. Sellersville recently had the murals redone up front and they are so pretty!

I have been here since birth. I am now 20! I could not recommend Pennridge Pediatrics more! They are so nice and have the best health care! the staff is very down-to-earth and personable! They are great at getting me in quickly. I have gotten every vaccine, been here for every sickness, and had every yearly check-up. I would not want to go anywhere else!

We are new to the practice, so I don’t have a lot of experience to review. So far I love when I call I can talk to a person right away. I can get a same day sick appointment and am very impressed with how Dr. B sat down with me and truly listened to my concerns with my sons asthma and answered all my questions. Everyone there was very kind, helpful and personable. I truly feel like this is going to be a good fit for my children.

We always have a good experience at Pennridge Pediatrics. My son has been going here for years. Yesterday, he wasn't feeling well, so I called the office and they saw him that afternoon. They are very understanding with my son and I having a chronic illness and me being in a wheelchair. They are always happy to accommodate us.

We just love Dr Rama. She is very sweet, thorough & respectful of my decisions as a parent. Also the nurse Bonnie was super kind. Kids have been made to feel “dirty” and “sick’ with how the society & Drs has been with Covid. So naturally going to the Dr, they have much more anxiety. Dr Rama helps to ease that & not making a big deal about it.

Was our first visit, and was very happy with the office, front desk staff, and the doctor we met with. The doctor had excellent bedside manners and was positive, kind and personable. The front desk staff was proactive and personable as well. The office is clean with a bright and inviting waiting room. Today was the first of 4 visits I will have this week, so hoping all continues to go as well.

We had our first visit to this pediatric office with our newborn. We were running late this morning (overslept after being up most the night with our new little guy) and they were very accommodating to still see us, which I appreciated since we were going to be over 15 minutes late. The secretary was very pleasant and sweet handling all the new patient forms and reminding me to have newborn screenings faxed over from my midwife. They informed us they prefer to see all the children in the same household so we will be transferring our children over to this service. The pediatrician, Dr. Kratz was warm and welcoming. He was thorough with our newborn’s assessment and offered us referrals for the hearing screening and circumcision. We appreciated being seen first for the newborn visit and thought this was a good setup for finicky newborns who tend to not be the most patient waiting for their appointments. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of this pediatric office and look forward to meeting more of the pediatricians during future visits.

We love Nurse Sue! She’s our favorite. She is always smiling and happy to see us. We waited in the car for 20 minutes before being called in! I wasn’t impressed with the front desk staff (again). She was too busy training someone to help me with check out. I was standing there waiting with a sick kid and a toddler, while the front desk staff person was busy and trying to tell me I couldn’t get a doctors note to give to school for my sick child to cover his missed days. When the doctor did actually write a note covering the exactly what I requested. Then to wait for it to be taken off the printer… I could have just as easily walked over myself and gotten it and saved the front desk girl the trouble.

We were recommended to Pennridge Peds while pregnant with our first child from a family member and have been patience for 10 years. You always get seen same day for sick appointments, the call in hours 365 days a year from 8-9am IS AMAZING especially for new parents. I still use it when I want advice and can schedule a sick appt with the DR or NP I speak to during the call in hour. I love that there is a sick side and a well side of the office for appts. The hours are amazing at the Sellersville office and as full time working parents, this is especially important. The nurse line returns calls quickly and promptly. The office is always clean. The front desk staff is always friendly. Our favorite nurse SUE is the absolutely best ever!!!! And did I say that you can always get a sick appt same day? I feel like that is rare anymore. We rarely wait long but from time to time on busy says, we can sit in the room a little bit but it has never been excessive. We see whatever doctor is on and have no problems with the care we have ever received. I feel like the doctors and nurse practitioners talk to us and our kids with respect and explain things well, allowing time to ask questions. I recommend to friends and family.

We found Pennridge Pediatrics when we moved to Telford and have remained with the practices in Sellersville and Harleysville after moving to Gilbertsville last year. Our son was really sick early last year and they were right by our side through it all and we couldn’t have weathered through without their patience and guidance. They are always available and offer convenient hours and locations for us. We love how everyone at the office always make us and our son feel so welcome, even during the constraints of COVID. Our #1 choice!

This was our second visit since we moved to the area. Both visits I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and friendly all of the staff are, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. There is virtually no wait time and the doctor gives you time to ask questions. At our old doctors office we would typically wait in the waiting room for an average of one hour before going back to a room to wait again, so this is a refreshing change.

Wonderful experience. We recently moved here and hadn’t chosen a doctor for our kids. Our son was sick so we found Pennridge Pediatrics last minute. From the moment we walked in I was very happy. We were in the waiting room for under 2 minutes. The front desk staff, nurse and doctor were all exceptionally friendly. Our entire visit, even with completing new patient forms, was very fast. I’ve already recommended them to several people!

The doctors often do not ask questions (e.g., is your child saying 2 word sentences, walking) or follow up with questions answered on the survey provided at the appointment. It is completely up to parents to know what to ask in order to obtain key information about how to raise and care for their children. If parents don’t know what’s considered normal/disordered they won’t know what questions to ask and will therefore not receive vital information. I’ve also had issues with scheduling appointments (the secretary switched my appointment to a nurse practitioner without my knowledge instead of the doctor my daughter was scheduled to see).

My son's 7 year well check went very well. I asked in advance if he would be having any vaccinations so we were prepared, they were happy to let me know in advance. I was able to get an evening appointment as well as get 2 physical papers for school and after care prepared. Height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, eye exam, physical all were completed. Nurse was a regular and we love her. Dr. Douhla was awesome as always, one of our favorite doctors in the practice. Great with the kids and parents alike.

In 21 years of going to PPA I have been very pleased with my children's care. I've never had to wait for an appointment or for an unreasonable time in the waiting room. Staff are patient and kind. I had one incident last year that was frustrating, a doctor did not treat my 14 year old daughter for what was clearly a UTI. Having suffered through them her father and I both know what it feels like. No medication was provided because there wasn't a test result yet. My daughter suffered for another 24 hours before we ended up taking her to an Urgent care facility where they were able to diagnose her AND treat her. I got a call the following day from the urgent care that their test results came back positive. AFTER a call from Urgent care I got a call from PPA that the results were positive. How can an Urgent care facility have faster services, more common sense treatment than my trusted pediatricians office? What would have been the harm in giving my daughter an antibiotic for 2 days? if the result had been negative, no harm, no foul. Instead she was allowed to suffer. After 20 years this was crushingly disappointing treatment.

I thought the Nurse Practitioner Katelyn Brown was phenomenal. In this day and age when doctors have limited customer service and are all into their laptops, she listened!! We brought our daughter in for her 11 year old checkup. She did a great job but her Customer Service was the best. She listened, understood our concerns and addressed them. As the dad, I left the examining room so not to embarrass my daughter and left my wife in the room. Ms. Brown came out to the waiting room after the exam to make sure I did not have any further questions. She was great and I was so glad we got her.

This was my first trip to Pennridge Pediatrics with my 5 day old newborn and they couldn't have been any more accommodating and patient with a new first time mom. There was very little wait, which was greatly appreciated with an unpredictable newborn. The staff was all amazing, from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors.

Doctors who listen, take their time, and do the correct procedures. because this practice does a well check with every check, they saved my son from a long illness. they did a urine check at his well check and discovered sugar in it. turns out he was in the middle of developing Type 1 diabetes. CHOP was very impressed that a pediatrician office still does this test. CHOP wishes more pediatricians did. They say this saved my son and us from weeks, or months of un-diagnosed illness that could have caused long term effects that could have shortened his quality of life, increased hospital stays, and been detrimental to his education. Their sick appointments have always been available the day /night you call. the Dr., PAs, and Nurse Practitioners are awesome people. We have been going there since the children were born, 12 years. highly recommend it.

I had to reschedule an appointment and the staff was able to get me in the same week, which was very convenient. Thankfully she had extra copies of everything I needed...she was a life saver!!! This was my last visit to Pennridge Pediatrics. I am currently 18 and have grown up going there. I was a pretty sick child and made lots of after hours and holiday visits with my mom, and she said the doctors never said "no" to seeing me. Some of the doctors are the same since I was born, and my mom said one of the best things about Pennridge Peds was the daily call-in hour. I will miss going there - and the bubble gum.

Love PPA! When I was pregnant I knew right where my child would be going to the doctors. When I was growing up my parents brought me to PPA. All of the doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew that as a mother my child would be in great hands! I would recommend PPA to any parent,grandparent,anyone new to the area! If you're looking for a great pediatric doctor PPA is where you want to go.

Our visit was with Dr. Bolanowski. She has a very calm presence and my 2yo didn't cry or get anxious while she examined him. Dr. B spoke to him and engaged him during the examination. She was very sweet and also took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered before leaving the room. When speaking with me or my child, she made eye contact and really listened.

Always accommodating, the nurse practices had to do a throat swab. My daughter absolutely hates having this done. She did it so quick that it startled us and made us laugh hysterically.

Great practice. I can always get a same day sick appointment for my kids. However, wait times have gotten worse lately. Im almost always there for an hour. This week I waited almost 90 minutes past my appointment time with a very sick little guy with a 103 fever.

At times the wait is sooooooooooooo long. You wait in the waiting room and sometimes even longer for the doc in the exam room. Although this time was very quick and a wonderful experience. We had the new PA Katie and she was absolutely a dream. She really went above and beyond in explaining the ear situation and then showed concern and gave a lot of great ideas about his eczema. She seemed to have a lot of up to date knowledge. I will hope to see her again.

Dr. B is the best. Her demeanor with my children is always appreciated. I love the way she speaks directly to my son and explains what she's going to do before she does it. I've been requesting her as my son's well check doctor for the last few years and I will continue requesting her.

Pennridge Pediatrics in Sellersville provides, by far, the best medical care you could want for your child. The staff is loving and understanding. You can call any time and someone will always answer your important questions, and if you have to leave a message with a nurse they get back to you very quickly! Urgent appointments are easy to schedule and always available. My infant seems to love it there!
