Dr. Rodriguez is the absolute best. She makes me feel I have more knowledge, and understanding helping my kids feel better. I could tell they not only were busy, pandemic is happening, and she is still fully gowned up, takes time to answer my questions, but also help me feel more confident with handling my sons care. Thank you for taking care of us, and overall thank you for being such an amazing doctor ready to provide for such a large and needing community.

Horrible experience. Denied entry without a mask with legitimate medical disability. Asked to reschedule even though any future date wouldn’t make a difference because I’d still have a disability. ADA violation, city code enforcement violation, Governors mandate violation.

Always a pleasure coming to Pediplace. Front office is the bomb. Kept me updated on the progress. Medical Assistant staff are always so nice and on point. We love Janie! She is so knowledgeable and takes time and care to answer my questions about Delilah! As a first time mom, Janie explains things simply without making anything seem like a stupid or repetitive question. I forgot the name of the nurse we saw at our most recent appointment, but she is also wonderful. She calmed both Delilah and I when Delilah got her shots. We’re also very grateful that we could stay in the exam room for a little while after shots to give Delilah a bottle to calm her down quickly!

Everyone is very helpful. The front desk makes you feel welcome. I can ask anyone there and if they don't know the answer they'll find it out for me. It's a wonderful place to go. The baby loves his doctor. Both the doctor and the nurses are both very professional and knowledgeable about babies.

I was happy with the doctor, but the nurse who attempted to draw blood in the elbow of a 7-month-old child poked and poked and poked for way, way too long, while this child didn't just cry and object, but screamed and screamed. This is unacceptable treatment of an infant.

I was very skeptical about scheduling an appointment here, but I'm glad I did. So far, we've had good experiences from the front desk to the Medical Aasistants. I love how the MA's walk you through everything they are doing. Makes the kids gain their trust. Dr McLeod listens and cares what's best and I love that. Keep up the great work!

This place could have more decorations and look more kid friendly. But overall the nurse that weighed my baby was super nice. The doctor was amazing! She was very detailed, very attentive to my daughter. She made sure she answered all and above all my questions. Super sweet lady.

It’s no secret when you have Medicaid most places treat you poorly. NOT THE CASE with PediPlace! I’ve been to doctors offices where I have impeccable insurance coverage where I pay and never got the treatment I do at PediPlace. The office ladies always have a smile, don’t get frustrated with all your questions, and there is always an appointment available. My appointments have been on time and I’m never left waiting. Once I’m in the room they are kind, thorough & I still get out in a good time frame! Love this place, the cleanliness, & the staff!! Thank you for caring for my kiddos so well!!!

Visit overall good. I just need for this location to separate the sick side from the well. If you guys don’t want us (patients) to Bring a sick child to the well side, then once I’m called back with my son I’m still unsure as to why we always have to travel from the well entrance to the sick entrance. Now AS USUAL, my child is sick after his visit. He’s only 18months with a immune system that’s still developing so I try to be as precautious as I can be. When things like this happens it kinds of startles me because it doesn’t make sense to me. Please be more organized that’s all I ask.

My appointments are always being rescheduled due to the office not having the person I scheduled the appointment with available at that time. I also was pressured into making a decision I didn’t want to make by one of the NP’s. She told me I was a horrible mother for my original decision.

So I made a appointment initially for my son on a Friday I believe he kept tugging at his ears which I thought was a ear infection because he’s had those for atleast 3 times since he was born. And he had a few bumps on his face. Which he has excema & I figured it was a flare up but I wanted to be sure. So I walks in his appointment on the wellness side because a ear infection is “not contagious” & they send me to the sick side with 2 toddlers that had wolf coughs... so I just knew my child was going to get sick, & what do I have now? A child with a horrible wolf cough. I’m sick of this! This location needs to learn different strategies on separating Wellness from sick! To when we go through either side we always tend to cross up anyways so what’s the point of going into seperate doors?! Very unprofessional. If my child is sick I know how to walk into the sick side, I’m sick of the Spanish woman in the front speaking Spanish to the other woman asking if my son is sick! I hope you guys know that I’m a fluent Spanish speaker & I understand very well! I’m sick of her attitude as well like she doesn’t wanna touch people or something. I’m finding me another doctor & im contacting corporate because this is ridiculous. Overall his doctors are “Okay” they always give me the run arounds except 1 Spanish lady she’s very nice & seems to be understandable. And she doesn’t argue with me. But it’s just the front desk lady I have a problem with!

We have never had issues with pedi place until our last visit. The np we saw told my 12 year old daughter that her diet was lousy. I understand she needs to lose weight but it should have been said to me and not in front of an impressionable 12 year old child.

I absolutely adore the Nurse Practioners and if it wasn't for Denise, I would not go to this office. The front staff are rude, half the time they don't even look you in your eye and acknowledge you & out of everyone I met, I've only met one male assistant that treats my kids and I with respect.

I have been brining my daughter here since she was a newborn. I appreciate that although this a non-profit doctor office, the nursing & pediatric staff are always courteous, warm and give personal attention to our needs. My dayghte has received quality healthcare from quality health professionals since day one. The front office staff can come off cold and at times rude, but we’re not there to see them, so I don’t let their vibes bother me much. Highly recommend this place.

The front desk ladies and the medical assistant were very unprofessional and rude. The medical assistant snapped at me twice. We had been there over an hour and I had to leave soon to pick up my son. I stepped out in the hall and asked her how much longer, since I had already seen the dr 20 minutes before, she said I'll get to you when I get to you. Then she came to give my baby her shots and rotavirus. I asked her if she could do the rotavirus first then the shots or the baby might not swallow the rotavirus. I worked for a pediatrician before so I know a thing or two. She snapped again and said well this is how I do it. So she gave my daughter the shots, the of course my daughter was screaming so much she spit most of the rotavirus. My daughter also has a big knot still from days ago on her leg. On the way out the front desk girl who checks everyone in was yelling at a child and scolding her, I assume this was her daughter considering she had both check in windows and check out windows open and I heard the entire context of the scolding. It sounded very rude and unprofessional. I was not impressed by the behavior of front desk staff and assistants. The NP was very nice. But customer service and professionalism obviously don't matter.

Got to the appointment a little before 9am our appointed time and was there waiting for 45 min. Had people show up after us and they got seen right away. They didn't even try telling us sorry for the wrong wait time or why we are waiting for so long. Recommend don't use Pediplace

We take both of our children to PediPlace - Lewisville. Everyone there has a great attitude and treat our children like they are the only child they are treating that day. They always explain what they are doing during their examinations and welcome questions. Recently relocating from Rhode Island and having the ultimate pediatrician for my son, I was very skeptical about having another practitioner care for him. Marcus has seen Denise in Lewisville and saw NP Bhat in Dallas. I understand that the staff was short of employees but the wait was about two hours. There were patients that got there an hour after my appointment and they were seen first. Plus when they did took my baby inside to weight they again send us to the waiting room my didn't have any clothes on cause they said it was only going to be a few minutes and those minutes became an hour wait. I just don't know if I will be back I like it cause is close from home but know with all that happen I might start looking for another place to take my daughter.

I didn't wait a long time in the waiting room but did wait in the room a long time. Almost thought I had to reschedule as we had a event at school we had to go to.

My appointment time was 9:30. We arrived at 9:19. Debra eentered the room at 10:45 and did not introduce herself nor did she listen to our concern. She assumed Alayah had a sinus infection. Not pleased at all

A nurse called us back to a room to weigh my son, i take his clothes off as asked and sit him on the scale. Hes ten months old, but can sit and even walk properly. I moved out of the way, since where it is is so tiny. She moved him more to the center, still in seated position and out of no where my son falls back and hits his head on the edge. I know my child is clumsy, but hes also only an infant. She never apologized to my son or acted sympothetic in any way. He cried out hard then screamed so i grabbed him and held him and comforted him. As she just carried on. If you are working with children and infants, please have some empathy for their needs. Comfort my son. Be apologetic. Dont just look at me then continue. The nurse practitioner was a delight.

It would be nicer if we didn't have to wait for 45 minutes and get more appointments to make appointments for the same day or the next when my kids are sicks

I find it very hard to get a sick child in to see the doctors. If had not already had an appt. within the next 3 days they wanted me to wait for 2 weeks. that is not acceptable when you have a child with asthma. Your lack of available sick appts is the only reason I would not refer someone here..

I don't plan my childrens illness so it is hard to be seen if you have a sick child. when I call first thing in the morning I am told it will be a couple of weeks to get in.

The experience was great; your staff is always so kind and caring. Unfortuneately, out of the three medications given, Alexxis has an allergy to two of them. We will have to return to the office to try and find other medications on Monday.

I always have a good experience every time I take my children. The only thing I don't like is that if they get sick they never have any appointments for the same day or the next, but everything else es great the staff is always welcoming and the doctors are always really helpful.

We were greeted when we walked in the door. Should have books or toys for kids in waiting area. TV was off. The medical assistant that came to get us out of the waiting room wasn't very friendly. My hands were full with a cat seat in one hand, a 3 month old in the other, while trying to fetch my four year old autistic son. I'm sure it's not her responsibility but it would have been nice if she coukd have held the door open instead of letting it close on me. The Nurse practitioner was nice, polite, and informative. I will be switching Dr's soon.

This was probably the worst doctor's visit I've ever had. When I arrived at 1:15pm, there was a line of people and babies outside the door. Once we were let inside at 1:30 (my appointment time), we waited for about 15 minutes before myself and about 10 other mothers were corralled into a separate room. At that point, we were given a childcare class that none of us knew was going to happen and therefore, I didn't allot time in my schedule for this to take place. The class lasted about 30-45 minutes and then we were taken back one at a time to have our newborn checkups. I was the last one to be called back. Once in the room, I waited about 30 minutes for a student nurse to come and do the checkup. When she left, I waited another 15 minutes for a nurse practitioner to come in and do the same exact checkup on my daughter. Then I waited even longer for someone else to come in and do a newborn screening. We were there nearly 3.5 hours. Was not a good experience.

That was a well check up visit and everything went fine.Now it's later on in the month and he seems to be getting sick.Haven't made an appointment.For one because ut takes so long just to get a spot.By the time the appointment is made than he's not sick anymore.
