My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Winborn for around 5 to 6 years I believe. In this time frame neither of us have ever had anything but positive experiences with Dr. Winborn and all of his friendly staff, have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the lobby and costs have always been fair and reasonable. I feel Dr. Winborn is an exceptional dentist with exceptional staff and I can't see any reason to go anywhere else in the Ft. Smith area.

Coming to Winborn Dentistry is a joy! When I walk in the door, I am greeted with smiles hugs and love and I truly love these girls: LIsa & Sami. Then to get to see Bethany is such a blessing and a sweetheart.. She always talks about the things I like; which is my grandsons's, new recipies & sewing. Who wouldn't want to come to that? Then to top it all off I get to see Dr. Winborn, who always has a smile on his face and a great handshake making me feel right at home. They treat me like family and I love them like family. I have anxiety issues about going to the dentist even for just a cleaning. The entire staff at Dr Winborn’s office was very respectful of my fears and never made me feel foolish for having them. My hygienist was very careful during my cleaning and offered options to get the job done well. Dr Winborn couldn’t have been nicer and helped alleviate my fears of having some work done. He prescribed medication to help me with the process and they checked on me the day after my procedure. Five stars all around!

I was so pleased that your office took great effort to squeeze me in for my first appointment. I think it went very well. I feel very badly about having to postpone the dental work we discussed, but after leaving my appointment with the hearing specialist and having to order and pay in advance for hearing, that was not expected, it put me in a bit of a financial dilemma. I also had second thoughts about having a root canal done the day before leaving town for my grandson's wedding. What if I had an adverse effect to something or my face swelled? Dr. Winborn is the best. Probably the most painless doctor I have ever used. Staff is always courteous and caring. They always take time for small talk. The facility is always very nice, and the location is easy to get to. We travel from Fayetteville to Ft. Smith for these reasons. I would recommend Dr. Winborn's practice to anyone for their dental care.

I had the same dentist from the time I was 4 years old until I was 22. It was hard to give up going to their office once I moved so far away from home. Since moving to Muldrow, Dr. Winborn, the front office ladies, and Bethany give me the same "at home" feeling I had with my old dentist. We have been using Dr. Winborn for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful when entering the office. The front desk ladies are awesome! Dr. Winborn is personable and does a great job in making sure the health of our teeth is taken care of. In fact, he even had me come in on a Friday, a day they are closed, to do a crown prep on me. I had broken a tooth, on a Friday morning, and called and left a message at their office. He called me back a little later, he had happened to go by the office, and had me come in and do the crown prep! Not many would do that for their patients. I would recommend Dr. Winborn to anyone that is looking for a dentist that cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
