I haven't seen a dentist in years, finally with having medicare insurance pushed myself to walk in those doors. Was very nervous but staff put me at ease the minute I sat in that chair. My hygienist was so sweet (I believe her name was Cheryl) explaining each step, no surprises, making sure I was comfortable. Will be returning for there is work to be done. So far so good

I have recently (Jan 2024) discovered Caputo Dental and Dr. Drescher became my dentist. From scheduling and checking insurance benefits to the routine visit and minor work to create my first crown- all have been highly pleasant experiences. I particularly appreciate Dr. Drescher's dedication to being thorough in his work and in making the patient comfortable and informed. While performing oral cancer screenings, reviewing x-rays, or prepping a tooth for a crown- everything was well explained that I feel highly satisfied leaving a visit and knowing what was done in maintaining great dental health. Dr. Drescher works very well with his team, and the practice overall operates with people that work well together and take pride in making their office a comfortable place to receive care. Highly recommend Caputo Dental to anybody who is in search of dentists that do their job well and are thoughtful about how they represent the practice.

Everyone at this office is absolutely terrific. I cracked my tooth in half on Friday and they snuck me in without an appointment. That really meant a lot to me so I wouldn’t have to spend all weekend with a broken tooth.

Dr. Caputo and his team were exceptional! They were able to get me in last minute to repair a filling prior to vacation, and as a new patient! Everyone there was very kind and it was as good of an experience that I believe I could have at the dentist! The best part about it, I didn’t leave the office with half of my face numb for the rest of the day! He has a different type of anesthesia delivery that only numbed the tooth and was completely painless! Thanks Dr. Caputo! I believe I found my permanent dental office!

Dr. Caupto’s office is the best. I have been going to him for 25 years. I have never had a bad experience. I can remember on a Saturday when the office was closed Dr. Caputo came in and fix my tooth so I could go on vacation. He is a very caring man. Everyone in the office is great.

I broke my tooth on Sunday, and left a voicemail that evening at your office. I was called the next morning to come in for the tooth to be examined. The staff and dentist were wonderful! I had my temporary tooth replacement before that afternoon, and my permanent bridge will be ready in 10 days. Very very pleased with your dental staff!

What a great dental experience! A very kind and patient dental assistant cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. I was provided with the appropriate neck and chest covering during my x-rays. Dr. Drescher was very thorough and honest at our consultation. He answered all my questions and took all the time needed for my visit. I definitely would recommend this Dental office for expert dental care!

I have an extreme fear of dentists. Dr. Caputo is the only Dentist that I trust. Dr. Caputo is patient, he takes his time and he is very skillful and as a side benefit, I don't know anyone with a more positive attitude. As the saying goes, Eagles hang out with Eagles. The office is staffed with friendly caring people. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Caputo more!! Try it, you’ll like it!!!

Friendly, trustworthy, professional, and friendly! The clean, Covid safe, office extends from the entrance throughout the hall, restroom, and throughout the office. We have been seeing Dr. Caputo for the last 17 years. His office is clean, friendly, accommodating and runs on time. The women that work at the front desk are exceptionally polite and friends and always seem to know us by name and remember us even though we only go there twice a year. We have never had a problem there. Our teeth have been taken care of very well. The one time we had a hockey accident and a tooth was chipped, we were able to get a same day appointment to get it taken care of and you can't even tell there was a injury there now, 2 years later. The office also sends lot of reminder emails, texts, etc. so you can't forget your appointment! I would definitely recommend Dr. Caputo and his associates!

The problem was evaluated and described to me. Put my mind at ease as it was a much easier "fix" than I had anticipated. Problem solved quickly and easily. I could not have had a better experience. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cheery and positive. Carol, the dental hygienist did a thorough job at cleaning my teeth and answering any questions. I am very happy with the results. She was so friendly it made the time go fast. Dr. Reiser-Loeber will be doing work on my teeth soon. She was very good at explaining the work that she will be doing. She has done work on my teeth in the past and I couldn't hope for a better dentist so I am confident in the work she will do and I have complete trust in her.

My recent visit to Dr. Caputo's office was an unscheduled visit. I called because I thought I had chipped a crown on my back molar. Dr. Caputo saw me later that morning and confirmed that I was ok and there were no problems with my crowns. I was very relieved and so appreciate that he was able to see me right away. The staff was so nice to get me in right away. Also there was no charge. I do enjoy going to the office because of the care I get and the concern about my well being. I highly recommend Dr. Caputo and his team. I have given the information about Dr. Caputo to many of my friends. And will continue to do so. I always receive that warm welcome from Carrie when I come through the door. I did not wait 1 minute, I never wait, Dr. Caputo's office is always on time, and I have been coming to his office for years! My hygienist was Chris, it was my first time seeing her, I loved her, aside from being very nice, she was gentle and really thorough, took a good look at all my teeth, asked if I had any concerns and addressed them. She did a great job cleaning my teeth! I could tell they were clean and I could feel that they were clean. Dr. Caputo then came in to examine each tooth making sure I had no concerns and answered any questions that i might have, he is so always cheerful. I always look forward to my visits to Dr. Caputo's office.

I get very anxious during the cleanings and the hygenist put something on my gums to numb it. No other hygenist at any other office I have been to has ever offered to do that. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. Dr. Caputo also explained things to me. I never felt rushed. Replacing the fillings save me time and money in the long run per the Doctor by avoiding a crown if the teeth were to deteriorate. The new fillings were not ground down properly necessitating two return visits.

I am extremely happy with our choice of Dr. Caputo and his practice as our dental care provider. Excellent care from Dr. Caputo and his great assistants (I wish I could recall the lady's name who assisted during my visit on January 14th-she was wonderful). The office staff is great and made us feel welcomed when we relocated here this summer. I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time which is important to me. I recommend them highly.

I am new to the Naperville area, and had a cavity fixed today, and a cleaning completed within the past few days. The cleaning was thorough and well done; bedside manner of the hygienist was great. She was a good listener and friendly, but focused on the work. The staff at the front desk is pleasant and friendly. Costs are noted upfront, which I liked. My wife had a cleaning about two months ago and she was happy. Dr. Sloan did the work on my cavity this morning and he clearly knows what he is doing. So far, I am feeling good about the decision my wife and I made to go with Dr. Caputo’s office.

As always I was greeted warmly, as a friend, not just as a patient. During my visit I was regularly asked if I was comfortable, or needed anything. Each procedure was explained to me and a comprehensive view of my treatment plan was explained fully. Dr. Caputo, and his entire staff are professional, caring and thoughtful.

I had an excellent visit--par for the course for this office! The front desk staff greeted me courteously upon my arrival, and I didn't even have time to open a magazine before Savannah greeted me and brought me to the exam room. She took x-rays and did a thorough cleaning, and I found her to be very skilled and informative. Dr. Glorioso is simply terrific. We did an oral cancer screen which required a follow-up visit in two weeks. He answered all of my questions and provided me with adequate information that explained why a second visit was needed; he also very appropriately cautioned me against being overly concerned. The follow-up showed no need for further attention, but again I found it very helpful that he took the time to debrief the procedure and answer the additional questions I had. He has an excellent balance of professionalism and interpersonal skills that makes him a doctor I enjoy seeing! Only topic is related to insurance. Would be nice if the doctors/labs and the insurance types could put together a plan, even for out of group doctors, such that billing/payments are fully settled between the two and then only at that point the patient receives a bill in the mail for the portion they are responsible for.
