Professional and efficient office staff, except registration staff member didn’t know I had submitted my information packet. Must be a lot to keep up with. Also I am still waiting on a quote/prices on the options I was presented with per Dr Arledge. I have called once. I had an excellent consultation with her though. Look forward to hearing from y’all!

My first visit to Aldridge was amazing! Amelia is such an amazing injector! Linda was so helpful and kind helping me with my Zo order and offered to mail me my one of my favorite products that they sold out of. The receptionist (I don’t recall her name) was very professional, accommodating and had a great personality. I moved to the area a year ago, and just found my “new” favorite Aesthetics office!

Never have I been to a friendlier, more organized, as well as, appointment times on the money. The wait time is unlike ANY office I’ve ever been to much less a doctor’s office! She was kind, understanding, and energetic and I felt an immediate trust for her. She went above and beyond with my care after my surgery. When I had a question she was prompt to call and reassure me. When I encountered part of my incision opening up she quickly began work on taking care of it. I came in from Miami to have Dr Arledge remove a basal cell carcinoma from my nose. I moved from Lubbock in late 2016, but when I found out that I had the carcinoma, there was only one person who was going to care for me. My experience was not fantastic like I had hoped for. To start, I made an appt weeks in advance. The day before my appt, they called me asking to change my appt time. They wouldn’t have another opening for some time, so I agreed. Because of this, I had to rearrange my day. I was a little late, and was turned away. I ended up rescheduling my appt. I arrived 15 minutes early with my paperwork. I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appt start time. To top it off, my appt was now close to lunchtime and I felt very rushed. I ended up leaving with no fillers or anything else done. I was seen for a grand total of about 15 minutes. So very disappointed. I feel like I wasted my $125 deposit. However, the only pleasant part of my experience with Arledge was Madeline at reception; she was very delightful and so sweet.

I have seen Becca several times to get lip fillers and she exceeds my expectations every time! Not only does she do an amazing job, but she takes her time to make sure I receive desirable results, even going as far as scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything settles correctly (something that I have not found at other places I have been to in the past). This place is AMAZING!!! The receptionist was so welcoming, and Shanon is seriously the best!!!! When I explained what I wanted, she would ask questions to make sure we were on the same page. Even then, she explained how she would achieve those results. She is so down to earth and friendly. I do have to add that I LOVE MY LIPS.

Love Dr. Arledge, she is very knowledgeable, insightful of client needs and explains in detail the approach in which she will remedy client needs. Dr. Arledge did a reconstructive lower blepharoplasty on me in the past and the incision marks are virtually invisible she did such a great job. I am going to be a lifetime patron!

I ws given Botox by Shannon. It was twice as much because she used two syringes instead of the usual one. I feel the need to come in for a touch up because it did not do what it normally does for the area between my eyes. I still have the frown line. Hmmmm Shannon did a great job on not leaving a bruise or even a tiny mark.

This year 2018 I turn 53! My fun, outgoing, energetic, bubbly self does not feel 53 but, I have a problem area that does. (the ole' baggage under my eyes) After, doing much research throughout the internet I reached out to a friend who had a full facial lift done several years ago performed by Dr. Arledge. Thank goodness Dr. Arledge is still practicing in Lubbock and comes highly recommended by many. I took the necessary steps in booking an appointment and consulting with Dr. Arledge in all options available to me in order to unpack my bags..haha. I'm so, very happy that I met with Dr. Arledge and her they were helpful in so many ways. I look forward in planning a procedure later this year!
