The office was clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and kind, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. My crown had been off my tooth for over a year as I struggled to find a dentist who took my insurance. The tooth didn't bother me at all that entire time. Then Dr. Guttridge cleaned up the tooth and placed a temporary crown. That temporary crown came off the next day. Now my tooth is sensitive to air, hot and cold. I am hopeful all that will stop when the new crown is placed. I love the competency of the dental receptionist and am happy to be a patient here.

I had to cancel my appointment and the staff was excellent in rescheduling my appointment. There happened to be a cancellation for the next day and they call to see if I wanted that spot. Of course I said yes. So a shout out to Tiffany!!

I am thankful for Dr. Guttridge for being attentive to her patients needs and concerns. She is not a doctor who is there to make money on doing unnecessary things. She is always gentle with anything she does and always explains what she will be doing and what she is doing during any procedure done. Her staff is the most friendliest I have ever seen. I would HIGHLY, and have recommended her.

I am so impressed with this practice! I switched from another local dentist and couldn’t be happier 😁The staff are always friendly and helpful with insurance issues. Donna, my hygienist, is so sweet and is super careful given my sensitive teeth and gums. Dr. Guttridge is so nice, gentle and VERY thorough. I am very happy I made the switch! The only dentist that I have ever been to that I wasn’t terrified of. The entire staff is kind, understanding, and most of all gentle. For ex-military like myself, especially the ones who has had bad experiences with military dentist, you will not find a better bunch of individuals who actually care whether they hurt you or not. My entire family has been going here for almost a decade now, and I honestly wouldn’t consider any other dentist!

Dr. Cartridge was so gentle and kind. To make a long story short, my husband and i just recently moved here from Illinois. Monday one of my fillings and part of a tooth broke off while brushing. I needed immediate care. I called a highly recommended dentist, but they couldn't see me until the next week, and said even then they were not sure if they could do anything. I then went to CVS to get some over the counter remedies and the store manager Karen recommended Dr. Cartridge. So I called and got in the next morning. I was so elated!!! She and her staff were very understanding and fixed me right up. Needless to say, they now have a permanent client. Thank you doc and staff.

Dr. Guttridge was WONDERFUL! Pretty much every dentist I have been to since I was 5 years old has had a hard time deadening me which makes me not want to go to the dentist like I should. I was upfront with Dr. Guttridge about this and she made sure I was numb before proceeding and made my experience a pleasant one! I am happy to say I have found a dentist I don't dread going to! I HIGHLY recommend her!

I was seen on time and treated professionally by everyone. MY questions were answered and clearly explained to me. The Dental Hygienist explained what she saw while cleaning my teeth. The Hygienist talked to Dr. Guttridge about my molars. They both recommended that I start using a Water Pick which I have ordered.

Dr. Goss retired. And then retired again (soft laugh). And finally, retiring for the last time, he left the practice in the capable, experienced hands of Dr. Darlene Guttridge. It's the same experienced staff and exceptional care you've always come to expect from Parks Avenue Dental. I travel from an hour away just to be their patient, and it is well worth the drive for the peace of mind, knowing my teeth are in great hands.

I had experienced a pain from a lower molar when eating soft food Sunday. The next day I stopped in your office with no notice. I signed in and was seen by a dental hygienist before i sat down. I explained why i was there amen she began immediately to identify the cause. An X-ray was done and shown to the dentist with a review of what she had seen. I could go on but i was impressed as to how quickly i was seen to the discussion with the dentist. a great job.

I broke my front tooth, and with my regular dentist out of town, I was really beside myself as to what I was going to do. It was the beginning of a long holiday week-end, and I had tried calling every other dentist I knew. I prayed, and there was my answer: Parks Avenue Dental, with Dr. Darlene Guttridge. They took me in, even though they were completely booked, and the dentist had her own time schedule she was trying to meet. They were very efficient, and my new front tooth looks better than it ever has, thanks to Dr. Guttridge and her staff. Thank you very much!!

I had an emergency and was taken in same day even the dentist I had been to before would not get me in Two days afterwards I had my temp tooth come loose and the office was closed DR Guthrie came back from Huntsville met me at the office to repair it. I was so impressed not many dentist would do that. I have never been to such a caring and friendly facility I highly recommend Dr Guthrie and staff and will definitely be changing over to this dentist

I wish I had known that the partial they were putting in would be a totally different color than the rest of my teeth. I would have chosen to leave my broken tooth over the ugly embarrassing thing they put in my mouth. Then it broke and now I have to wait over the weekend to get it fixed. I won't be able to smile for two weeks while I wait for my crown to come in.

I didn't get the message that my appt had been changed. I asked if anyone else could see me since I was there. Pam was able to clean my teeth and I really appreciated it. It saved me another trip. I enjoyed my visit, & liked Dr. Guttredge. Everyone was pleasant, as usual, but I was my first time meeting her. I really like the composite filling she used, much better than the amalgam. I know these aren't changes, but I can't think of any of those to suggest. However, I also really like the ease of text reminders & being able to confirm my appointment by replying.

Everyone at the office has made me feel so at ease when I come in for visits, everyone is very professional and caring. I feel like everyone is genuine in how they treat me, I was very embarrassed to come to the dentist at first, but now , thanks to all the staff I no longer feel ashamed and embarrassed of my smile. I am so glad I chose y'all to come to, I recommend your dental office to everyone I see. I cannot thank you guys enough!!!
