Dr Keller is great and treated me like I was special, answered my many questions. Staff are so helpful and nice, willing to take the time to answer questions, to suggest possible frames and to let me try out several. Were able to give comments (and compliments) which helped me make a good choice.

I was seated in the exam room quickly but waited 15 minutes or more (I didn't time it) to start the exam. This happened the last 2 times throwing me off-schedule for subsequent commitments. I understand as I was in a similar situation in my career. Perhaps a text to let me know you're running late??

I was able to get in the same day I called with an eye issue, Dr. Keller found the problem and issued an antibiotic, and the next day it was much better already. I very much appreciated the prompt and expert care I received.

I totally appreciated the quick response to my need for a pressure check due to a pressure headache by my right eye. I have been very impressed and pleased with the vision care I have received from Dr. Westberg in the last ten years. He has treated my vision problems and glaucoma diagnosis with expertise and knowledge. He takes the time to listen to concerns and thoroughly explains treatment options, The clinic staff is also very friendly and competent. We recently moved out of the Park Rapids area, but are opting to drive the three hours from our home to continue to come to the Park Rapids Eye Clinic and see Dr. Westberg!

I was thrilled to get a same day appointment when I was having an issue with my eye. After checking my eye the Doctor was able to tell me that it was ok - showed me a picture of what was happening and also made me feel like coming in right away was the smart move to take.

This was my first time at the new clinic. It was also my first time with a new Dr. Overall the visit was very positive. Please allow me to share some negatives with the understanding the rest of my visit was positive. I was left in an exam room with the door open in a heavy traffic area. Felt a little odd to have people walking by looking in. I finally got up and moved the door to a mostly closed position. My wait time was a little long as well. The price increases left me feeling the old building was suitable. Your referral to Fargo for lasic is appreciated but the price was so outlandish that I could never justify having the procedure. There has to be better options. Lastly, it would be helpful to allow for a client to have an updated contact prescription without going through the process you use. It's also expensive and a little tedious for me. Dr. Keller was pleasant and I think I will keep seeing her. Dr. Perez was my Dr. and was a polished professional. Thanks for considering my feedback.

Highly Recommend. This was my first visit with Park Rapids Eye Clinic. It was a very positive experience. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The tests that were run were fully explained, as were the results. We are new to the Park Rapids area, so I'm grateful to have such a nice place to go for my eye care needs.

I have come to you for two years now. When I went to the office in Walker last year for an exam I received a prescription and ordered glasses from an internet company that was very affordable and everything went great. The glasses were fine and the prescription right. This year I went to the Park Rapids office for an exam. I didn't feel right during the exam and my prescription was changed a lot. When I got my glasses I could not focus and eye strain was immediate. I asked at Park Rapids if the would check my prescription of my new glasses to see if there was a problem with them or my prescription.But since I did not get them from you they said it would cost me another $20.00 for them to do it. That was after my appointment for 2 tests that you made money from and my exam earlier. I thought you would want to help your customers if there was a problem, to see what went wrong but instead you want more money. I will find a new place to go for an exam next year. That $20.00 is going to cost hundreds over the years to come.

Dr Perez is the Man! I have been going to PR Eye Clinic for 38 years. I am really going to miss him asking me questions of comparison and contrast between 1 & 2. 3 & 4. Wonderful experience! I dread going to my eye appointments, but my eye doctor helps me through it, and I actually feel better when I leave. I wouldn't go to anyone but Dr. Keller, she's the best! She has been a big blessing to me.

I appreciated the considerate staff as I went thru tests I had not expected to take. They were through and explained each step. I have never had such an exam so was glad to have such help and support. The Dr. was complimentary about my eye condition for my age(88) and said she hoped to have such eye health at a similar age. My problem with the drivers license bureau was solved and I can drive legally now. Thank you.

I was very disappointed with the appointment. The field of vision and the eye photo tests were poorly administered. One girl was a trainee and the other helper did not seem to have the knowledge and continued to have problems. I have always seen Rod Helm to check the eye pressure which has been a concern but first I was told to come back June 18 to see him (which is a Saturday). the appointment was very disorganized. I'm guessing that I should come back to see Dr. Helm in six months but nothing was done to make the appointment as in the past 20+ years.

Glad I was Not pushed to order plastic lenses. The Optis scan is pushed as$35. That is only if you pay that day and use the 15% discount--- kind of misleading. Quick service. Friendly.

I was 20 minutes early and they got me in early, I wasn't even finished with the form. They are very thorough and truly care about their patients. It is a 45 mile drive for us, so they I will be able to pick up my eyeglasses at a location closer to us.

We were extremely pleased with our visit. My children raved about Dr. Keller, and I saw Dr. Westberg (sp?), and had a wonderful visit as well. The doctors explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and they were very helpful when I asked questions. My son and I both ordered glasses, and the two ladies that helped us were fantastic. I have been going to this clinic since I was 7 years old, and do not plan on bringing my family elsewhere because of the wonderful staff, and the environment they create.

I would recommend the eye exam Doctor and assistants but I would not recommend anyone ordering Glasses at the clinic. It has been a very unhappy experience. I ended up cancelling my order.

I was not pleased that the the VSP benefits were not applied properly to my eye glass purchase. It appeared that the agents did not understand the policy or were not offering all of the benefits available. It got me to wondering if this has been happening for many years. If so, we have way over paid for our glasses over the years by not being offered the proper discounts. We have been very loyal to this business primarily due to the VSP coverage. We will likely take our business elsewhere moving forward.
