My daughter had 4 wisdoms out at same time. 3 were impacted. After 4 or 5 days she was still experiencing pain. I called for a note for school. But Paramount felt it best to come in and get checked out again. I thought that was a nice gesture being I only wanted a note. I’m glad we went for follow up, they were able to call in a script on the spot to alleviate pain. Turns out it was a sore from incision that was the the most painful. 2x we went to paramount and were treated excellent!

FIVE STARS!!! I was able to get a same day appointment. I was seen on time, if not a few min early. When I was taken to the room, I was not left sitting there waiting for the Surgeon, I was worked on right away. Everything that was going to be done was explained to me as well as everything that I should expect after the procedure. The Staff was Friendly and the office was very clean...

I was told over the phone that my insurance plan was acceptable, even after the receptionist checked and verified the information. When I took off of work in the middle of the day for the appointment, upon arrival I was told otherwise wasting a day of needed wages.

The dentist was very nice. The assistance's informed me of everything that was going to happen and what I need to do when I leave. The price was explained to me before the work began. When I was leaving I was given an itemized bill (for the implant) for any work I still want to have done.

I visited Paramount Oral Surgery to have two of my wisdom teeth removed -- something I have been dreading for weeks (I'm talking heart racing nervousness and sleepless nights type of dreading). I may be 24 years old, but just the thought alone of going to the dentist was enough to terrify me. My experience at Paramount Oral Surgery was so wonderful, it forever changed my view of the dentist to a much more positive one. When I arrived, I immediately felt comforted by the kind and welcoming staff. Once I was brought to the surgery room, I expressed my concerns of being put under IV Sedation to Dr. Adam Schuessler. He took the time to explain my various alternate options. I decided to stick with the IV Sedation, and he made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. Atmosphere was clean, coffee available, front desk looked sophisticated but a little too high for me reach. Had to pay for my x ray so I was a little annoyed about it but can't complain about the service since my referral was unnecessary. I blame the dentist who referred me for causing me to spend unnecessary money. Dr Marshall Kopp sick by the way.

Had a very bad experience the first time I came to get my wisdom tooth taken out almost exactly one year ago with another dr. I was in excruciating pain and it made me not want to come back. However this visit was like night and day. The Dr. I had made me laugh and feel comfortable, told me the process and what he was doing the entire time. He was quick and painless. I didn't feel a thing this time and I had a more extensive procedure then last time. I walked out the first time a hysterical mess this time i walked out laughing (partially from the laughing gas lol). I would definitely recommend coming to see him to friends and family for their wisdom tooth removals or other oral surgeries.

Would highly recommend this practice! Dr. Stern was knowledgeable and patient. It took a while to numb me and I didn't feel rushed. He asked how I was doing because I was crying a bit from the nerves.The girls who assisted helped put me at ease and answered all my questions. The office was clean. I didn't wait for a long time before being called in. After the actual procedure, I was surprised by how fast I recovered! For a less than ideal situation, I had a great experience! And it isn't in he book but they take UFT!

I was referred to Paramount for what my dentist told me would be two apico surgeries. I arrived at Paramount very nervous, but the staff put me at ease very quickly. Paramount took their own x-rays and the doctor did his own examination and determined that my problem was stemming from one tooth and not two, and that apico surgery would probably not be effective. The doctor took the time to explain in detail what an apico surgery was and explained why he felt it would not be my best option. He could have easily done the two apicos and billed my insurance, but instead he was honest and put his patient first. The office itself was sparkling and state of the art, while the staff was warm, friendly, and very efficient. My only complaint with Paramount is that I cannot make them my regular dental office as they only do oral surgeries. I would very much recommend Paramount to anyone.

The other two times you have done work have been excellent. The dentists are good. The receptionist was curt when I asked where I put my name on the new medical form. I waited 2-1/4 hours (at least 1-1/4 hours in an office by myself) for someone to come in and talk to me as I had questions. I asked several different people and left the door open so everyone could see me as they walked by. I asked them to call me as I left--I got tired of being ignored--I guess no one cared.

I was very nervous about having 6 extractions done! However at this practice they made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I was in the best hands with them. Dr Schuessler is an amazing surgeon. He e planned every step to me as he performed the procedure and gave me plenty of calming and positive feedback. 4/5 stars. Ease of getting an appointment was great. Facility and equitment are modern. Physicians are knowledgable. But the process made me feel a bit rushed. The interaction with the doctor before and after was too brief. Felt a bit like farm animal being herded around. But other the overall treatment and atmosphere was great. Yes I would go again and recommend someone as long as they are aware it operates efficiently with minimal side chat. I would Not say the bedside manner was poor, it was just average when I expected more.

A few months ago I started my dental implant procedure. Last week I was discharged from Dr. Sullivan's care. It was a very positive experience all the way through. Front desk staff were professional and personable. Inside staff was informative. When the dentists assistant kept jabbing the suction tube into my open tooth causing measurable pain the Dr. Raise his voice in disgust yelling that maybe I should make another appointment with sedation. Not acceptable. I told him a couple of times that he was not hurting me the young lady was. This just irritated him more. And he just told her she was doing a good job. I am a mature woman and did not need to be treated or spoken to in that tone. Tooth is out I am fine so for that I thank him as I did the day of the extraction.

If you have multiple insurances, they make absolutely zero effort to apply your secondary insurance. They just pick one and tell you that you have to pay the balance of whatever the primary insurance doesn't cover out of your own pocket - even if your secondary insurance covers the extra expenses! They were not willing to make the slightest effort to even check my secondary insurance. I have nothing to complain about the dental care, but I also have nothing to especially praise. They pulled some teeth. Overall, it is pretty unlikely that I would use them again.

I had a very good experience with Paramount. Before I came to Paramount, I had a very bad experience with another oral surgeon on the Island. This is my second visit to this practice and again I was treated very well.My dentist sent me here for the extraction of 2 teeth he was not able to save when he removed my crowns. I was very happy when after calling Paramount he told me to go right over there for the extraction of my teeth. The office staff treated me very well as soon as I arrived. I was disappointed that Dr.Matthews was no longer with the practice but Dr.Sullivan treated me very well. His assistant, sorry I forgot his name, was also very nice. This practice does a follow up phone call the next day to make everything is ok.

They were very attentive to my situation when my own dentist wouldn't/couldn't perform the extractions that needed to be done. At first even they agreed that Invisalign was my only option just like my dentist, but it wasn't an option for me (I am 50 years old). I am completely satisfied to date and am now awaiting my implant after my bone grafting completely healed and eventually my crown. I have to say I was a bit scared that I would be in pain but I wasn't. All aspects of my financial responsibility were explained to me and they work well with your insurance company to give you the closest out-of-pocket expense amount to you so there really are no surprises.

When I originally called to make my appointment, I spoke to Alex. He was very friendly and helpful. When I called the next day to see if I can come in earlier than my scheduled appointment due to pain and swelling, again Alex was super helpful and was able to get me in. Once I was there I met Dr. Matthews. Once I spoke Dr. Matthews and he heard how nervous I was he did everything to make me feel comfortable and even made me laugh. My husband was at your practice about a year ago and treated him well which is why I went here when I needed. You guys are an amazing team and I wish you had a regular dental practice because I would love coming to the dentist if the office staff and dentists were this awesome.

Excellent care and great staff! This was my second time at Paramount Oral Surgery. Both experiences were great! I am petrified of the dentist and am a horrible patient. I am normally nervous, anxious, and uncooperative in a dentist chair. Something about the atmosphere at Paramount Oral Surgery helps to put me at ease. Dr Mathews was astounding and very nice and understanding. However, post procedure was not handled appropriately. I received someone else's post care and prescription -- a very strong opiate that if it got into wrong hands it would have been detrimental.

I would not give any stars. I came in for an evaluation with a letter from my regular dentist. Instead, Dr. Sullivan tried to talk me into work that would cost me a lot more money than I could afford and what I was quoted from my regular dentist, tried to get me to see a different dentist and then finally called my dentist when I got up to leave. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I know. I do not like being pressured like I was.

I've had one wisdom tooth pulled at my regular dentist office and it was the worst ever. They told me I didn't need any other wisdom tooth pulled and when I went here dr Russo said I should get the remainder 3 pulled for my own good. I didn't wanna be asleep for it but she told me I should and after it happened I felt no pain at all. I definitely recommend anyone to go here they're really nice and know what they're doing.

Dr Angela was very professional and explained to me everything that needed to be done or not done. She gave me options. The thing that ticked me off was when I had asked for a copy of my x-ray with all this hi tech around me I figured they'd email it to me. Instead the woman hands me a paper xerox copy? I then said I would like a digital copy so I can forward it to other Doctors as this is also a sinus issue. She told me that since she already handed this to me I would have to pay 25 dollars for two. I told her I didn't want this so instead she takes it to her xerox machine and sends it to my Email address as a pic and it is upside down. This is not a digital file. I understand she was trying to appease me but to avoid all of this the simple question that should have been asked was "how would you like us to send this to you?" Make this right.

I wish they give me more info after my wisdom teeth were pulled. More education for the clients ( such as be more specific in explaining and showing what to do and don't do after procedure ) Doctors pay more attention when writing prescriptions - I specify that I have allergy and Dr. Prescriber me antibiotic with I was allergic- had to come back and ask for another Rx. In general overage practice.

I recently brought my 15 year old son in to see Dr. Matthews at Paramount Oral Surgery regarding a few baby teeth he needed removed and a canine exposure he needed to have done. Dr. Matthews listened to everything I had to say and all the questions I had regarding the necessity of each procedure. He totally understood where I was coming from and made my son and I feel at ease about his upcoming oral surgery. Done today, last Friday called for appointment emergency bottom left molar needed to be pulled. Andrea got all my info an approval set me up see Dr Stanley Matthews, who I saw last August 9,2013 for bottom right tooth we thought was going be a problem but Dr Matthews got it out fast, so I was a less nervous going in. Thus molar just with needles being I highly allergic to Meds was hard to remove, I was calm, Dr Matthews, Mark & the young woman I did not get her name were wonderful keeping calm bone, skin had to be removed and I was fine cane back twice, today was second and done! Mot able to take pain meds I did very well. Dr Matthews and this Wonderful Staff at Paramount Oral Surgery are just great, caring, kind people. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I told them I hope not to need another tooth pulled so soon, but if I lived closer I come in for a visit just to talk feel very at ease there no matter who you are talking too!! I ran to my general dentist, literally in tears, because of the pain my wisdom teeth were causing me. I had an infection and could barely open my mouth. My general dentist quickly got me an appointment with Dr. Matthews at Paramount Oral Surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience. Normally I am petrified of the dentist chair, tears falling before the hygienist even walks in the room. However, the entire staff at Paramount made me feel calm and comfortable. They told me it was normal to be afraid and it was going to be okay. Dr. Matthews explained everything to me and showed me the images he was looking at himself. The surgery was painless and the recovery was amazing. I did not swell or feel any pain at all. I can not thank Dr. Matthews, his assistants who helped me before and after the procedure, and the ladies at the reception desk enough. Really a one of a kind place! After my surgery there was no consult with the doctor as to whether it went well so I left the office a bit confused. The doctor never called to see how I was doing. I am experiencing symptoms and not sure if they are normal or not because they aren't mentioned in the post operative procedure pamphlet. A quick call would have been nice or a quick check in after the surgery to let me know everything went smoothly would have been appreciated but otherwise the office is very professional.

service is great , doctors sound great , so is the cost , i dont have 26,000 for top + 26, 000 for bottom = 52,000. as good as it is i dont have thay sort of money , you take no insurance , and have offered me no options , ima not sure any of my friends i amy recomend as goos as the service that have that sort of money laying around , so you have my survay , will you reply ?

3...I would have liked if Dr.Erakat would have greeted me by shaking my hand. I also would have liked that once the consultation was completed to ask me "have I answered all of your questions"? I felt the consultation was a little rushed. My wife who is also a patient had a different experience and this is why I came to the office.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and pleasant, which was nice since I wasn't thrilled to be getting four wisdom teeth pulled. Though they were having plumbing problems and I had to wait past my appointment time, the staff was straightforward and apologetic about the situation. I felt comfortable with the doctor and attendants during the surgery as well. Overall a very good experience.

Your office and staff is the finest I have ever experienced. Every one is friendly knowledgeable. The office is beautiful and clean with modern equipment. Dr. Sullivan was my dentist and he treated me superbly. Paramount is the best! They rate higher than the 5 star which I am permitted to give.

I was taken as an emergency case,It seemed as though they were focused more on being paid then my issue. I waited in chair for almost 45 mins then Doctor came in to extract my tooth and he started pulling at it, it was very painful as no staff member injected numbing needle first. I had to tell them it hurt because I was not numb. Not very professional when you are more worried about co payments etc before the care of the patient. I give a 2

Dr. Matthews is the most honest oral surgeon that I have ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have used him and I would recommend him to anyone. Working in the Mayors office of Manalapan Township I come across many people and Dr. Matthews is someone special!

I was referred to Paramount by my dentist after asking her to send me to THE BEST in her professional opinion. I had an impacted wisdom tooth which was growing into my molar. I had a consultation with Dr. Sullivan and x rays. Dr. Sullivan's caring and optimistic approach made me feel at ease. He assured me that the procedure would only last 10 minutes and that it would not be painful. He was correct and he and his staff effortlessly and skillfully removed this difficult tooth. I was comfortable and awake throughout it all and felt only slight pinches.I was given detailed instructions for post op care and I only took Advil for the first 3 days to manage any discomfort. The swelling subsided after 3 days and there were no complications. The staff was both loving and knowledgeable each time I phoned the office. The office and facility are state of the art and sterile. Dr. Sullivan and staff are wonderful.

From the time you walked in till you left you felt you were their only customer. The procedure was quick and painless. the initial numbing was uncomfortable but quick and quickly forgotten.Paramount was recommended by my family dentist for my daughter for four wisdom teeth to be removed two years ago and when he suggested Paramount for my extraction, my daughter said I must go here. I don't regret the decision and I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Paramount by my frined, Susan, for a tooth extraction and implant work. I am very happy that I took Susan's recommendations. The staff at Paramount are always courteous, friendly and professional. The office atmosphere is extremely clean and pleasant (you get to pick and sip different types of coffee, tea and hot coco while you are waiting). Additionally, the office has the most modern and up to date equipments that make me feel safe whenener I have to take x-rays. As for the surgeon, Dr Erikat is super knowledgeble. He is also quick and efficient when it's time to do "the work". My tooth extraction was quick and cleanly done. My implant work came out beautifully. And when I asked Dr Erikat about other dental issues I have, he was always very explicit in his explanations and accurtate in his diagnosis. I wish all dental offices are as qualitative as Paramount. Paramount is one of the most professional, modern and customer/patient friendly medical/dental practices that I have ever visited. We were cordially greeted immediately upon our arrival and the office staff explained the registration and health history forms. Once we submitted the forms, we were escorted into a confidential consultation room where we met the dentist who performed the procedures. The procedure involved sedation at my request and the process was thoroughly explained. Once in the Operatory, I was again greeted by the dentist and his team and every effort was made to insure my comfort. Before I knew it, the procedure was over and I was on my way. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The procedure was explained to me in detail and I was given tbe opportunity to ask questions. I have had bad dental experiences in the past, I was very nervous but again the staff truly put me at ease.
