My husband and I are GREATLY disappointed that such a great place of denistry (the doctors, hygienists, and office workers) did not notify us before our recent appointments that Dr Broe is no longer a member of our insurance plan. So of course we have to pay more out of pocket for the office visits and cleanings.. We both need extra important work on our teeth and do not have time to look for another dentist. We are also stuck because most doctors of all medical practices are not taking any new patients. They are overwhelmed with new residents who came to live here in Florida

From the office staff to the hygienists to both dentists, this is hands down the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to. So kind and compassionate, professional and took great care of me every visit. Lots of work done too, fillings, crowns, etc. Very competent and caring staff.

Janie, my hygienist did a great job, with lots of explanation and insight. I appreciated her honesty in future scheduling for cleaning. Also, Dr. Veasey, had same approach, with explanations but not trying to "sell" unnecessary treatments or procedures. Only downside is not being able to schedule next appointment when needed. Partly my need for particular days of week and other part their availability. Counting on cancellations, which worked fine this time.

All staff are friendly and explain what they will be doing, the checkout/insurance staff are always helpful if there is a question about insurance or pricing. I have never had an issue with the dental work or staff at Palm Leaf Dental.

I'm very impressed with the dental work I received. The affected tooth was a wisdom tooth and extremely difficult tooth to put a filling in. I believe most dentists would have opted to pull the tooth, but Dr. Veazey was able to fill the cavity. It wasn't the easiest cavity to reach. I had no pain, even after the numbing wore off. She's great and the whole office is professional and personable.

Dr. Sarah Veazey is exceptional, and has a great network of specialists in oral medicine. You’ll be in good hands. While dental bills make up the highest out of pocket healthcare cost due to lack of dental insurance, Palm Dental rates are competitive and reasonable compared with other dental clinics. The staff is helpful. Laura, the hygienist, is great and is very knowledgeable about oral health. I highly recommend Palm Leaf Dental!

This was our first visit. Our dental hygienist (Laura) and Dr Vizzy the Dentist were both welcoming and calm. There was no upsell like at other offices we visited. The place is clean and they accept our insurance( Delta Dental). We had to wait a while for our first appointments, but it was worth the wait. We have found a great dentist!

I am a new patient at this practice after relocating here from Connecticut. I only have outstanding things to say about Palm Leaf Dental. From the moment I walked through the door, Cindy, the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist, Laura, was amazing! She was so informative and knowledgeable and personable! As for the dentist, she was friendly and approachable and helpful in answering my questions after examining my teeth. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice!!

Never have to wait very long after arrival, techs are great about explaining what they will be doing, dentists explain if they they are “watching” anything of concern with your teeth. You never feel like they are”searching” for issues with your teeth in order to push procedures. I have had a crown at this location and it was a great experience because they make the crowns in-house so you leave with your permanent crown, not a temporary. It will require more of your time that day but better than having to make 2 appointments.

All the staff of the office was kind and friendly. Great doctors. The hygienist was amazing! She cleaned my teeth and showed me the proper way of flossing. She also recommended what types of electric toothbrush to buy to prevent plaque on teeth and to buy fluoride toothpaste to prevent cavities because the water in Florida does not contain fluoride.

New patient and very pleased with ease of scheduling my appointment and how friendly and helpful everyone at the office are. My hygienist was excellent and explained everything she was doing and what I should be doing to keep my teeth and gums healthy. The dentist examined my teeth and explained potential issues they will be keeping an eye on. The office seems to be very big on preventive action and not waiting until you have an issue. For my wife and I this dental office is a good match for us and how we like to take care of our teeth.

Dr Broe was very personable and knowledgeable through his examination. He thoroughly researched the origin of my pain through listening, visual exam, Xray and cold sensitivity probing. He took great care to explain various options that could cause the pain. He truly cared about finding the root cause and the relevant treatments starting with the simplest. If a complex molar root canal becomes necessary in the coming weeks, he advised to visit an endodontist with more specialized equipment.

I love the laid back style and that the hygienist are trained to tell you only what you really need and Dr Broh will only talk to you about what you have expressed interest in repairing. In my opinion the hygienists are the most important at a Dental Practice and this practice has several that are very good. If the partnership between patient and hygienist does a good job then the odds of needing the dentist are slim. Thank you for all of you doing such a great job! We moved here 9 years ago and I don't think I have had any work done beyond twice annual cleanings.

The Hygienist was SUPER. However I was unimpressed the Dr. We just moved to Nocatee 8 week ago and was in need of my 6 mo. cleaning. (which I have had done for regularly for over 50 years) Admittedly, I have an area that my previous Dr. (for over 10 years)was been watching for about 3 years. Based on past experience I saw no change but it does needs to be compared to previous x rays to see if there has been a change and that needs addressed. The Dr. recommended a $3,000 plan with on previous background knowledge or w/o requesting I have previous x rays forwarded for her review. Not acceptable.

All medical precautions were followed to make me more comfortable. The hygienist was just perfect. Many times at different practices i dread the experience of getting my teeth cleaned but she was gentle and accommodating to my personal needs. Due to the fact that it was a year and a half since i had my teeth cleaned (Covid) it was recommended to return in 4 months which made sense due to the condition of my teeth, The x-rays detected a problem that was observed so I will return in June to take care of it.

I have been going to Palm Leaf Dental for over seven years and would not go anywhere else. The full staff: front office, hygenists, and Dr. Broe are all true caring and knowledgeable professionals who provide a friendly and welcoming environment. From teeth to insurance-I have always received great care and attention. Punctual-I am seen when my appointment is scheduled and occassionally early. Efficient-my time is respected. Whether an annual review, cleaning, or procedure; each is performed with efficiency and without delay. No waiting unless that is required for the material to set or whatever. Most of all I enjoy how each procedure before and after is explained in common, everyday language so I know what is being done and why. I could travel a lot less to closer dental offices, but why, when Palm Leaf Dental exceeds my expectations. They are where I want to go and enjoy my dental concerns being addressed.

It was very concerning to see a front desk employee in a health care facility during a pandemic with her mask pulled below her nose. I also had concerns about the poor use of the water suction hose by the hygienist. I ended up with water running down my shoulder and throat (making me cough). Finally, other doctor's offices have separate pen containers for clean and dirty pens these days or encourage you to carry your pen through the various signings.

A far as the water running down on your shoulder we adjusted the water level in your hygienists room. I will also put a pop up note on your account for less water. I was not comfortable during my visit there yesterday, the music was too loud and not relaxing. I was not comfortable during the cleaning. I have gotten my teeth cleaned and checked every six months for years and this was the first time I was so uncomfortable. When I expressed my concerns I was met with a defensive answer regarding how covid has had a negative effect on the business. Hasn't it done that to us all! Also, I did not like having to call the front desk when I first arrived at the door to be allowed in.

The service I received during my office visit was fantastic. Chelsey was very friendly and gentle. Dr. Broe is thorough and I'm very impressed with the state of the art technology. My only complaint was the scheduling. I realize after the reopening it was challenging for the front staff to reschedule appointments. I originally had an appointment in March and was called to reschedule in June. At that time I was told the first available was September 3rd. I accepted the date and asked if an earlier appointment opens up that I would be contacted. I also asked about my husband's appointment, since we typically schedule our appointments together. They agreed to call me if there's an opening before September, and said they'd have to call my husband separate. August rolled around and my husband still wasn't contacted, so he called the office himself, and was able to schedule a visit the following day. Granted I didn't follow up, so partially my fault. But I was a little frustrated that there wasn't follow through as promised.

I am petrified to go to the dentist as I have a severe case of TMJ along with the normal fears. My first visit to Palm Leaf Dental was above and beyond my expectations. The entire staff was spectacular and took every precaution regarding COVID. Chelsea was my dental hygenist and was fabulous all the way around, from making me feel comfortable, making me feel that I was her most important patient at the time, thoroughly explained everything, provided new dental information to me and asked several times if I had any questions. Dr. Broe is also wonderful and took the time to explain things, provide options, and did not rush me out of the chair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After a quick exam, Chelsea cleaned my teeth thoroughly and very efficiently as I enjoyed music and the massage chair experience. She is both extremely nice to talk to and good at her profession. She gave me some tips to help with my gum care and set my next appointment while I was still in the chair. Dr. Broe examined me and answered my questions clearly and cheerfully.
