I arrived on time to my appointment. There was no long wait to be served. Without any abruptness or any "distant" and "too-busy" attitude, the staff took care of their parts in an "on-the-ball," no confusion friendly manner. I was shown to the doctor's office two minutes after my arrival. Doctor Sun was friendly, listened to what I had to say, was helpfully instructive, and performed his work on me in a considerate and professional manner. I was able to get the follow-up appointment scheduled for the day and time I needed it from friendly, helpful personnel. My entire visit was comfortable, short in duration, and left me confident that this is a really good health-service provider.

Dr. Paul Sun correctly diagnosed my sinus issue a few months ago and provided me with good instructions and an a recommended OTC medication to treat the issue. At my return check-up visit yesterday, everything turned out normal. My sinus condition has improved greatly and I feel much better now! I recently had an 80% sudden hearing loss in my left ear and Dr. Paul Sun and the team's audiologist, Krista Hoskins, both diagnosed me quickly and made time to fit me in for treatment as time was of the essence. I'm a new patient to OC ENT and I was VERY impressed! First off, they actually answered the phone! They made time for me on very short notice. They didn't look down on me for being a cash patient. Upon arrival at the office I didn't have to wait hours to be seen - no drama. Dr. John Sun was extremely patient and took care of my issue with professionalism. The fact that I'm fan-girling over things that, in the old days, were standard practice of care shows how dismal medical care has become for patients. This was my first visit to this practice. The front office is excellent. The personnel provide great customer service. They provided a wonderful greeting and were great at handling my new patient forms and insurance cards. I was very pleasesd with my first time visit. I only had to wait a few miinutes to begin. Signing in and making next appointment was done efficiently. The doctor quickly extracted the wax. I appreciate being able to hear again. One huge concern I have is the location of your office. I use. A walker and it is almost impossible to park, navigate 3 stairways, and a very long corridor. This is a real drawback and would be a reason for me not to recommend these very good doctors. long corridor

Dr. John Sun is a great doctor. He is straight to the point and lets you know exactly what can be done to help and for recovery for surgery. I had my tonsils removed and the pain was really bad the night of the medication was wearing off and eventhough it was after hours Dr. Sun got the call and helped me out. The office girls are really friendly and was able to me appointments fast for check up, surgery and follow up.

I am a new patient but I was impressed by the ease of the visit. When I called to schedule the appointment they got me in right away. She was very nice about it. They texted me the forms to digitally fill out, that was so much better than a clipboard in the waiting room. Parking was simple except the $2 fee. The office was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was seen within minutes. Dr Yien is all business, not a lot of fluff. But I happen to like that. I don’t need my hand held. I’d definitely refer them to anyone.

I had been seeing allergists and an ENT doctor for 7 years before I moved to Orange County from SFO Bay Area. I had 3 years allergy injections and inferior turbinate reduction but nothing could really helped on my breathing. About two months ago, my symptoms was getting worse so I searched online and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Paul Sun. Dr. Sun is excellent! He inquired my medical situation, did a quick check using rhinoscope, and gave me some prescriptions. Dr. Sun is knowledgeable and has confidence in his diagnosis. I am grateful for his help. I have visited him three times, and I can feel there is a progress every time after a visit.

Hey, no one really likes going to doctors. No offense is meant. It's just a fact. Since we live in empty shells that fall apart, we're put in positions that compromise the way we look at things in life. That's basically where I'm at today having been diagnosed with cancer. That said, the service I've received since then has been done, I'm assuming, according to protocol. Since I've never really been in this position before, I can only hope that continues, and I'm not just another patient in a string of patients, which it feels like sometimes.
