The service was so good start to finish, bouyant and uplfting. Knowledge and speed were key. Great team who are gentle and patient. Eye exams can be fraught w some not-so-great news and some frustration, but at Optx, it uplifting

Dr. Garineh Nersisyan and the staff at Optx Optometry were excellent. Being my first visit, Dr. Garineh Nersisyan took the time to understand my eye health history and performed a thorough exam. She also provided an contact prescription option that would allow me to maintain good distance vision and eliminate or reduce the need for wearing reading glasses. I like the fact that they use advanced technology to help with early detection of serious eye problems. Overall, an excellent first impression.

Dr. Garineh is patient and was very accommodating. We needed to get a yearly eye check up for the family. I was able to call up and schedule an appointment for 3 of my family members. There is ample parking and the location is easy to find. The staff are courteous and don't rush you. They have a very nice waiting area so you can browse their current frame selection or make yourself a coffee while you wait. Over all, professionally run business.

Haven't been to the eye doctor for several years but finally went as my eyesight was clearly getting worse. Was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and in particular the gentlemen (I didn't catch his name) who helped us pick our frames. Was patient, explained everything thoroughly and was talkative and even cheerful. This alone made the experience so much better as to be honest I wasn't in the best of moods to have to get glasses for my failing eyesight. Professional and courteous staff and doctor. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Nersisyan is wonderful. She’s great with kids. She has a calm demeanor which put my child at ease. She spoke to my son directly and explained what she would do first and why. Her staff are very friendly and worked with you as far as pricing was concern with the frames. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive of frames. Overall I am happy to have Dr. Nersisyan as my family’s optometrist.

I’m a 40 year old former pilot and Dr. Garineh’s eye exam was the most careful and thorough non-surgical eye exam I’ve ever had. I explained my current allergy related vision issues and the good doctor recommended a simple lifesaver of a product that works within minutes. Also her great selection of sunglasses and frames rivals any B&M store that I’ve been to. Even though I have good vision due to LASIK and don’t need corrective lenses, picked up a pair of Aviators because I can never have too many. I will be sending all of my friends and family to Dr. Garineh from now on.

Finally after years of being incorrectly diagnosed at Kaiser I found Dr.Nersisyan and her wonderful staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and attentive from the exam process to picking out frames. Also, their Cartier collection is to die for.

My daughter was seen within 5 mins. Doctor was extremely nice. We may not be able to make future appts as the office no longer takes my insurance. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and families.
