Dedicated to their craft. This group of professionals have deligently corrected glasses made by other providers that simply did not work, they've successfully tracked down errors in glasses that came back from the manufacturer wth flaws. Highly recommend this group.

A friendly and helpful staff, totally devoted to patient satisfaction! The team is led by a fantastic doctor who genuinely CARES for those who trust him with their most precious possession, their eyesight. I would never consider going anywhere else, and even if I lived out of town (or in another country), it would be worth the expense to travel back to this wonderful place! (And you may QUOTE ME on that!)

Love the office staff here. Always professional and informative. Very helpful whether its on the phone or in person. My sister has been going to Optical effects for almost 10 years and I have been going for several years myself. Customer Service hasn't changed one bit and they offer a great selection of frames. Can't say enough good things about them!

Dr. Wlodek and his staff are simply excellent. Every year going to Optical Effects is a pleasure. Dr. Wlodek is someone who takes his time with you and is very caring. His staff consisting of Jasmine, Stacey and Paul are a pleasure to know. It is no surprise that they stay with the company for years. They made a few interior changes, but the way that they treat their patients has remained the same and I would never consider changing my optometrist or where I purchase my eyeglasses.

I have purchased both contacts and prescription sunglasses from Optical Effects. The process is easy and I have been happy with all of my products.

No matter the time or day of my Optical Appointments, the staff at the Optical Effects Vision Center are always pleasant and greet you upon entering the facility. Dr. Wlodek and staff take their time with each patient, making sure you leave happy with your check ups, eye exams and eyeglass/contact purchases. Even if my company's insurance was not covered by Optical Effects, I would still go and pay out of pocket. It is rare that you find such a phenomenal staff and quality of service!!!

I had one minor problem- when I called to make an appt, I specified that it would be for both eyeglasses and a contact fitting. My appt was only reserved for eyeglass rx. Fortunately they were able to fit us in for a contact lens fitting after a short wait. I wasn't upset; it happens. The service they provided for the first-time contact lens user fitting/education was superb! The staff was very patient and understanding. Awesome staff and awesome service!

Best Doctor! There are several Doctors close by, but we travel over 70 miles to come here. He tells you what is best, but listens to ideas & concerns. He's thoughtful & kind. Most of the staff is great. Leah, Jasmin, & Paul are excellent & really nice. Constructive criticism: Stacy was annoyed that I didn't want to buy the frames she chose-even though they were the wrong style & color. She made a sarcastic comment about how many frames I tried. She also asked a very rude question & made a remark that was none of her business & had nothing to do with my glasses or her job.She tried to cover with an insincere apology & compliment. Very unprofessional! The good things about this office outweigh her bad customer service.

Possible consideration: The Eye Glass area is sort of in a congested area (right by check in and check out and in direct path of exam rooms however Stacy did a great job of managing the flow and making me feel comfortable while trying on glasses.

In the 50 years that I have seen optometrists, Dr. Wlodeck is the best. I went elsewhere a couple of years ago because it was closer and I thought more convenient but came right back to DSr. Wlodeck.

Don't change a thing. Dr Wlodek is "the bomb". I know that does not sound very professional. He is funny , caring, smart as they come , and compassionate. What more could you ask for? Everyone is very friendly. This says to me great work atmosphere. I have always dealt with Paul . It will be a sad day when he retires. Just love it there. Customer for life! Marilyn Warren

Not sure if the eye photo which cost an address $20 approx was worth it. Eye dilation was never an issue for me and I thought the extra diagnostic tool would result in a more extensive diagnosis. It didn't.

The staff was really nice, so was the doctor, he came out and greated the patient rather then having to sit and wait in the room. I got glasses and they were ready by Monday, my appt was on Saturday. I will be going there from now on.

Disaster. I was told the insurance would cover part of the frames and then called later to learn they were wrong. It has been 16 days since my account was charged and I am still waiting for my refund. The doctor is nice and staff is friendly.
