This is my 2nd year coming to this office and I am very pleased. I love Dr. Benedicion - he is kind, thorough and never makes me feel "rushed" during my exam. The support staff is also very pleasant and explained what my benefits covered and even had my contact lenses on hand so I did not have to have them delivered to me. Overall was a great experience and took less than 45 minutes and I was on my way to work.

I’m 75 & have lived in Las Vegas since 1987. I had a good eye care provider who relocated. I tried several other providers over the years, but Optic Gallery is the best. It’s been my eye-care home for several years, and I hope our provider-patient relationship will continue in the future.

I would give 5 stars for great care and Dr, but no one is wearing a mask in the office. Last year they were careful, this year like most places they don't care anymore. I think any place that deals with any patient care should be all masked. You are up-close within inches of Dr. doing test, its just common sense. Nellis and many other places back to full masks. You would think a office that has close contact with patients would mask up. The B5 version is taking many down again, be safe.

The doctor is excellent, everyone is nice but some made me feel rushed. I do feel that your prices are too high for me and anyone I know in the real working world. I could never afford your $400 dollar frames and another for progressive lenses ($800). My husband and I and my family of sisters, mother etc. will be looking elsewhere from now on. Also your people need to be educated on what PD is and that it is not for "each" frames, it is the distance of you FACE and I had to get into an argument with them to release it to me, another reason I won't be back...unprofessional! It's just ALL about money in your shop, so sad!

I decided to purchase in Optic Gallery after my eye exam and ended paying way too much. I wish I had bought my glasses online. Another issue was communication via email, I was ignored when I asked for Pupillary Distance because it was not on my prescription after the exam. When I finally called after not getting a response of two emails I was told they would not give me my Pupillary Distance even though it was measured for me, I wanted to buy a couple more pairs on line since there was no way I would be able to afford another pair of glasses at Optic Gallery. Online glasses are a tenth of the price I paid and they are still great glasses. When I paid as much as I did I expect customer service and I feel I did not get it.

Check-in a little snooty and required way too much medical information. I have complete vision insurance but was still required to provide my health insurance card. Waiting time was appropriate. Doctor was satisfactory, nothing more. Afterwards, staff refuse to provide any additional measurements typical for online ordering. At first I was told these measurements were specific to the frames then told to watch YouTube videos. What I will watch for is a better place for exams and eyewear.

I was in a hurry after my appointment and The staff to help me pick out perfect frames for my face and got my new glasses ordered very quickly. they also were able to replace frames in an existing pair of glasses that I had to save me some money

Dr. Hartman is an exceptional optometrist; he is friendly, easy to talk to, thorough in his examination, takes the time to answer my questions and further explains what I don't understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Hartman. The office staff is friendly and warm; the woman that performed several eye tests for me was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the woman that helped me select the perfect pair of glasses that fit nicely and looked great. She took the time to allow me to try on many glasses till I found the right one. She made sure the readings she needed to take to create the lenses was precise even having to redo it when needed. Overall, a great place to have your eyes checked with a great selection of glasses to choose from. HIghly recommend.

I cannot give a higher compliment. I have visited this office previously and have been going to an optometrist closer to my house. They were booked and I needed an appointment soon so I called. Everyone was so helpful and professional. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who made my appointment so I could complement her. In office I was treated so well I couldn’t be happier. Dr Todd Hartman was upbeat friendly and accommodating. He wrote my prescription and gave me some great advice with my contacts. I will NEVER visit another office again.

While we love the doctor, Dr Hartman, we always seem to have trouble with the front office staff at this specific location. I needed to save a little money and order my daughters glasses online as she didn’t have a current insurance benefit towards glasses. After getting her new prescription, we asked if they could measure her pupillary distance so that we could order online. They refused and stated they won’t do it as then they’d be “responsible” for the measurement, which just seems silly. I’ve never had an issue having an optometrist office share this measurement. We will continue seeing Dr Hartman at the N Durango office from here on out.

Friendly office staff and eye doctor who made me feel incredibly comfortable. During my eye exam and consultation, the eye doctor gave me suggestions for over the counter eye drops and he even gave me a sample to try. The eye ware staff named Joyce was super friendly and fun, which made discussing insurance stuff more enjoyable. She was also super personable and fun which made trying on glasses even more enjoyable. I am recommending everyone I know to this location.

The people were very professional and caring. The doctor spent time going showing me the images of my eyes and going over all of my reports. A lot of time was spent with me explaining how the type of glasses I needed would work, as well has with different style of frames.

Loved the ease of everything no one was rude and the Optometrist was great addressed my concerns. I had been looking for a new eye dr and went based off the reviews and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place everyone is very polite and professional. The experience in getting to choose new glasses was great as well, the young lady explained what my insurance would cover and have me a breakdown of the pricing.

The desk staff were excellent so were the eye techs as well as my eye doctor. The young man that took my glasses order seemed to only want to take my order and get be out of there. When I returned to pick up one of three pairs of glasses the desk lady had to get me my itemized bill as well as my exam work up. Since the kid only gave me a printed out receipt. I'm still waiting for my third pair of glasses and my exam was on Feb.1 and it is now the 25th of Feb. As I have stated the desk staff and the eye staff were supper great. Because of them I may return again.

As the last ten+ years we've been getting our eyes checked and purchasing our eye needs, service has and is always been 5 stars plus 5 more if possible. Both Dr. Hartman and Dr. Frillarte along with all the staff are always attentive to our needs, inquires, and request. Looking forwards to going back every year to get our eyes check.

The staff is incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions in a thorough manner. The lovely gentleman helping me pick out my glasses was very patient and helped me find everything I wanted! I felt a little rushed at times but I understand with COVID, they’d likely need to clear patients out for the next hour’s appointments. Regardless, I felt like I could have taken the time to look at glasses longer if I wanted to. Overall great experience. I’ve been going here for over 5 years!

This was a great eye exam. Everyone is super friendly and they were able to explain everything to me. I was actually pretty disappointed with our last apt. We got there and were told we didn’t have an apt so whoever I scheduled with didn’t put our apt in the schedule. You got us in thank goodness but then we were asked if we wanted contacts to which I clearly stated no and then my daughter came out with contacts in hand and I was told I had to pay for a fitting that I clearly said no to. She decided to try them but i said no and she shouldn’t have even been fitted in the first place.

I came into the office to see the doctor because of a eye issue, because it was medical related they charged me $65 . Doctor did exam and a RX steroids drops and told me if not cleared up in 2 weeks or gets worse to come in for recheck . 2 weeks went by eye still hurt and they wanted to change me for full exam fee when doctor did not solve my problem!!! Next time I will go to a office that will want best for patients not just in it for the $$$$$ All staff was nice ... but office policy needs changed !!!

Everyone was very kind. I feel confident in the new script and contact that were prescribed to me. I am upset that my PD is not being provided. I made this appointment so I could order a pair of glasses online that Ive already tried on. The tech even told me a previous PD provided by another Dr was incorrect. I'll go somewhere else next time, I don't need to be pressured into buying glasses for double the price and that I don't like as much.

The young lady that led me through my baseline eye exams was very efficient and a pleasure to talk to. I believe her name was Jordan, but I'm not certain--I hope the office will look at my appointment info and give her credit where credit is due! Dr. Frillarte was wonderful as well. She addressed all concerns I had, provided eye drop recommendations, and was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Nick assisted me in picking out a pair of frames for my new prescription. His professionalism and expertise was well above and beyond any expectation I had walking into the office. He picked out frames he believed would best suit my facial features (no small feat with them hiding behind a cloth mask), he chose frames that we were within my budget and my style, and provided pricing models for frames I was interested in. The process was so easy I decided to get sunglasses as well. I don't think I have ever felt as considered, or been as reassured in any other office I have been to in the past. Every person I encountered was just wonderful. I'm looking forward to future appointments, and will be recommending this location to everyone I know. Thank you again!

Every doctor I have been seen by has been knowledgeable and professional. I was not as impressed with Nick who sold me my contacts and glasses. He informed me that Optic Gallery price matched with 1-800 Contacts and Walmart so I felt confident I was getting a low rate, however, after leaving the office and checking prices on my own I felt differently. Optic Gallery charged me $80 for a box of Air Optix Night and Day and I was able to find the same product on Lens.com for $32. I sympathize with clinics like Optic Gallery and try my best to spend my money at similar establishments to keep these businesses open, however, I felt very taken advantage of yesterday. Fortunately, I was able to get my money refunded and my prescription to order contacts online.
