We love Dr. Langford and his staff! He is always very friendly and informative. He even took the time to explain to my 3rd grader the anatomy of the eye and what each part was for, in terms she would understand.

We have chosen Primary Eye Care for the past 9 years and Dr. Corey Langford and his staff have been courteous and welcoming, but this year we felt ridiculed, because we arrived an hour early for our appointment by accident, instead of the staff asking if we realized we were an hour early, they whispered and snickered about our early arrival which was a very unpleasant experience.

Omaha Primary EyeCare is a great place to go for all of your vision care! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kubica was awesome! I liked how she offered some suggestions on what I could do to keep my eyes healthy.

Rachel was personable and gave concise instructions about how to use all of the machines. Even the "old school" tests in the exam room. Dr. Langford's explanation of what the pictures showed was educational and reassuring. No need for a change in my eyeglasses. I left feeling well cared for with a smile on my face.

I am very satisfied with my visits at Omaha Primary Eye Care. They are always on time, they helped me immensely with my dry eye when they did the Lipiflow, and the follow up was a good one. I am glad that I finally found someone who cares. Been to seven other eye doctors and no good experiences there.

The lady that did the first eye tests explain what and why she was doing each eye test. She answered questions in a professional manner and explain the process until I understood what we were testing. Corey related his own vision situation and he answered all question and explained the process.

I called at 3:00 Friday December 23rd with extreme eye pain. I was able to get in and seen by Dr. Langford. He told me I had a scratched cornea and prescribed two eye drops. I was so thankful that I was squeezed in before the holiday weekend . Thank you for taking good care of me and my eyes.

Dr. Kubica is an excellent doctor to trust with your eye care! She is knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest advances in eye care. They have the latest testing equipment to take advantage of new technology. Dr. Kubica is attentive and always takes her time to thoroughly examine my eyes. I have been seeing her for many years, and I have never felt rushed or like I was just another routine exam to get through. Her staff is very efficient and also knowledgeable. I appreciate their thoroughness in capturing all the details of my concerns so that Dr. Kubica can address each one. The office staff does a good job in answering my insurance questions and handling paperwork. Overall, this is the place to go for a caring, professional environment and excellent eye care!

Omaha Primary Eye Care is one of the best facilities I've found, not only in Omaha, but in the 3 other 3 different States in which I have lived. They are friendly, professional and take their time with their patients.

Everything went well with my annual exam. The only thing I was upset with was a charge I had to pay. At the end of my exam I asked Dr. Langford what my new Rx would be when I refilled my contact lens supply. He looked up my old Rx and told me what he thought the new one would be and told me he thought I should think about daily contacts considering my usage pattern. He took me out to the contact lens area and I was given a 2 day supply to try and a price quote. All in all this took 5-10 minutes and I was charged $45 for this. If I had known this charge was coming I would never had asked the question!!!!

We really, really like Dr. Langford for Emma's eye needs. He does a great job of answering all of her questions. Unfortunately, we struck out when it came to frames. We could not find a pair of kids frames that fit Emma. We looked and she tried on many, many pairs. We left empty handed. We were also there to reorder contacts for Emma. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the care of the person who helped us. She was not friendly and borderline rude. She made Emma feel dumb. I hope it was an "off" day for her. I still am not 100% sure she is going to call me or if I need to follow up with her about exchanging an open box of contacts. So, the exam was great, the front desk was great, but I just can't recommend the eye contact area at this time.

Dr. Langford does a very thorough exam and ask lots of questions. His staff is always friendly and helpful with our insurance questions and scheduling. We live in Bellevue and know there are quite a few doctors closer to our home that we could see but we choose to see Dr. Langford as we know what he tells us we can trust. I was expecting to be greeted by an unforgiving and grumpy staff person but I was greeted with a happy smile and a "glad you made it ok!" I was SO impressed. I changed eye doctors because I was unimpressed with the way I was treated in Bellevue. I am more than happy to continue my business with you and drive to west Omaha from Bellevue! Each staff person was so great and the meeting about insurance coverage was VERY helpful coming from a newlywed couple paying for medical school! Thank you for a great experience!

We've had to order several trial pairs which is a little frustrating as my previous doctors got it right the first time. However Dr. Langford is working with me to make things right. Mary was very friendly and I LOVE the positive energy I feel when I walk in the office. I was very uncomfortable when another patient entered the "evaluation" room while I was still there. While clicking the squiggly lines test, the other patient and assistant were in a full discussion and I found it difficult to focus on the task at hand. Although, I did not know the patient, I almost wonder if this "room sharing" is a violation of HIPPA. I have not had this experience in the past but perhaps this event was an oversight and not a new common practice.

I think that you could expand your frame selection. Two pairs of glasses & $900 & I'm ok with the frames - but not thrilled. I have seen Dr Langford & Dr Kubica. Dr Langford spends some time telling me about the health of my eyes - cataracts, etc. I have to assume with Dr Kubica that my eye health is fine - but she didn't say a word. We talked a bit about my issue with computer monitor at work, she looked at the pictures of my eyes, and got up and said ok let's go on out front. Took my by surprise- after I left I realized that she hadn't told me much of anything. She may be very good but she could be a little more communicative.

This is the second time I have been to this doctors office. I had the pleasure of seeing both doctors, Kubica & Langford. However, each time neither of them introduced themselves to me. They were both great eye doctors, but I am a new patient and did not feel appreciated for giving them my business. I think a suggestion would be to make sure both doctors make a point to go out of their way and introduce themselves to new patients. It's a key part of customer service.

The staff is always friendly at our appointments. I will say the last 3 times I've been in, there has been an issue with the equipment. During this appointment, I even had to move rooms because the computer wasn't functioning properly. Also, I was given the option of not having my eyes dilated, but didn't realize the cost involved with it. It wasn't until I was leaving did I find out about it. It would have been great to know that when the option was offered to me. Aside from the technical problems and hidden fee, everything else was great. Thanks!

This was my first time doing this and I did not realize that it would affect my vision for several hours. I had a hard time working and would have paid the extra $39 had I known dilation would affect my vision for that long of time.
