As you are aware our mother 91 has been your patient for many years . To put my mother in your chair and tell her the only way to correct a mouth sore was to use Invisalign braces is just unprofessional. You took impressions and when we came in to retrieve her we were informed of the 6000.00 pricing . We couldn’t believe this but how do you tell your mother that she can’t have this . After a year we then were told it was an additional 800.00 for a retainer . It was for 4 years of retainers which would bring my mom to 97 years old wearing these . So long story short we will never bring our mother back . We have found a dentist that has a wonderful Track record and prices that aren’t insanely high . Next time any elderly individuals come in check with their family members before you sell them a bill of goods that are not only ridiculous but quite outrageous.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The hygienist is amicable, gentle and thorough. I am always made to feel comfortable. They all make it worth the trip from Rockalnd County, so I will continue to go there!

Your description of your newest technology: an infrared system that finds cavities, and a digital scanner that replaces the old impressions for crowns and inlays has me almost looking forward to needing those treatments. Professionally, it was quality as usual. The entry ramp needs improvement. It needs a more gradual incline. I don’t feel safe using it on my own and the driver who brings me is not permitted by company policy to assist me.

As always, everything went like clockwork at the office. Temp., sign in , hand sanitizer all at the ready. The cleaning was great and as always, everyone is super nice. Dr. Brady came in at the end and checked everything over and everything was, in fact, super. Made my followup appt and thanked everyone. Check-in is very Covid-conscious and you have your hygienist waiting for yo when you walk in the waiting room. There is a television on the celning to focus on when your teeth are getting worked on.

I just had my first appointment after the COVID19 closure. I felt so comfortable with all the additional safety protocols that Dr. Brady and her staff have implemented. It was such a relief to be back in her professional, talented and compassionate care. The friendly staff and zen atmosphere help make going to the dentist a trusted, relaxed experience. The staff is very professional and friendly. My appointment was for regular cleaning. It was thorough but gentle and left my teeth and gums feeling fresh and very clean. Some issues surfaced during the cleaning. The explanations and followup up suggestions were explained very well. I have great confidence in everyone at Dr. Brady's office in Norwood.

Since I was a child, I had quite a fear of going to the dentist. I’d been better about it for a number of years while going to a close friend, and then he retired and my old fears resurfaced. Then I had the good fortune of finding Dr. Brady! Not only is she extremely talented and professional, she is caring, gentle, and reassuring. She is surrounded by an equally friendly and competent staff. Even through the office surroundings, you can tell that great thought has gone into making your experience welcoming and calming. Not only are my fears gone, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! How unique is that!?

I have had issues with my teeth and gums since I was a teenager. Dr. Brady corrected some of these nagging problems and has restored my oral health. She and her staff are always caring and concerned. They explain every step of each process. I feel I know exactly what is being done and why. From a regular cleaning to a new crown, they are very attentive to my needs and concerns.

I have avoided the Cavitron sonic cleaning for years, having found it most uncomfortable. Dr. Brady's hygienist, Muriel (sp?) persuaded me to give her a try with it. I can truly say that it was completely painless. Also, the video images on the ceiling were delightful.

Every thing I look for in a Dentist is their , the first thing I look for is a clean and well lit office , every room was updated and spotless all their equipment was spotless . The staff was so professional , courteous and knowledgeable they took their time with me and explained everything , I never felt rushed and didn't have to wait long in the waiting room , and that's big with me . As for Dr. Brady I never had a Dentist who was so understanding to my fear of the Dentist , she didn't try and talk me into unnecessary work and i liked that allot , shows me she is honest , she calmed me down and not only explained what she was doing she showed me on my x rays and when i was feeling anxious she stopped and talked to me until i was calm again , she didn't just leave and come back. Dr. Brady's experience and professionalism shows in her chairside manner and the time she spends with you explaining whats going on and how she can help. To me i recommend her to everyone I know.

She also asks questions regarding not only my teeth, but my health as well, and she takes the time to listen to anything I tell her and answer any questions that I have. My visit was good.The staff was entertaining and easy to talk to. Everything was explained to me and they made sure i understood. Dr. Brady stopped in and introduced herself. I'm terrible with names, but the Hygienist who has been doing my cleaning chatted with me and made me feel comfortable as she did a painless and through job. Dr. Lynch , of course made sure i looked at my x-rays and understood them.

Obviously an experienced Doctor, but not too old as to be out of touch with latest techniques; (which was the case with previous doctors).
