Oak Tree Eye Clinic staff are friendly, courteous, and very professional in their appearance and behavior. Appointments are easy to schedule and wait time is short. All eye exams by the field tech is very thorough and completed in a timely manner. During the exam Dr. Mayes took an adequate amount of time to answer all questions I had, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He is always professional, friendly, and wants to ensure his patients receive excellent care from him and his staff. This optometrist and staff give excellent service to their patients. My rating for them five star.

Everyone at oak tree eye care starting with the girls at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tyler and Dr. Boles are very professional and thorough with their exams. I came away assured that I got very good care and that they cared about the well being of my eyes. Thank you so much!!

The staff and Dr Mayes is always great. They took their time in helping with my fitting for contacts and answered all my questions. I was a little nervous being it was my first time with contacts. They made me feel at ease from the moment we came in the door till we were walking out. As always, a doctors appointment that’s not dreaded. Dr. Tyler Mayes is awesome as is his staff!

Dr. Mayes is great. His staff are very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to take my time picking out glasses and explained to me the finances from what the insurance would pay to what I would have to pay. I don't plan on going anywhere else for my eye care needs.

I have had hard contact lenses for 30 years. I was supposed to trial soft lenses to ensure I received the best prescription for me before buying the hard lense. When I showed up to pick up the soft lenses, the assistant handed them to me and said, "let us know how it works out for you". No instructions or any type of explanation as to what or how I was to care for them. I have NEVER had soft lenses. The attendant was very short with me and acted as if I was a bother to her. Especially after I mentioned I had never had any experience with soft lenses. I felt as though I was stupid for not knowing what to do with them. I could have assumed what to do, but I am a Type I diabetic and have no desire to make a stupid decision that could possibly could cause me trouble down the road. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated and the service I received. I think I at least deserve an explanation as to WHY this wasn't an option. All I got was, "there is nothing else to do.
