Every visit to you office good and timely. Starting with the smiling faces when I get there and my visit with Dr. Whang . The last thing I do is make my next appointment before I leave and you always work with me to make sure it fits my schedule. All my doctor appointments should be this good.

Personable and professional staff who addressed all of my questions and concerns in the simplest, easiest way without being at all condescending or "talking down" to me. I'm virtually blind in one eye and have glaucoma in the other. I had been advised in the past that there was an early indication of cataracts, and the time has come to take care of the problem. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed based on my situation, not just a generalization. I left the office knowing exactly what was to be done, how it was to be done, why it was being done that way and what I could realistically expect. We made an appointment a little over a month out and I'm looking forward to it.

you passed me to retinal consultant. And you told me the retinal consultant call me and I have to wait the call from them. But, there is no call. I visited the retinal office yesterday. The staff told me there is no contact from your office. No way.

I was a little concerned when I discovered that my eye care was going to be provided by a corporate medical provider. I enjoy working with a doctor and his or her staff where I am a "patient" not a just a number on a spreadsheet. My care from Dr Smith and the individuals was beyond my expectations. I will have my second cataract surgery next week and I am looking forward to the experience.

I checked in, no problem; was taken back to have some tests done with a tall young lady with long blonde hair who was very warm and welcoming. Then the Dr. came in and says "I see you're having trouble with floaters" to which I replied I have been having trouble with floaters. (But I wasn't there for that and to be honest I don't think he looked at the paperwork very well because he made no mention of my problem until I brought it up!!!) So he went over my test results mentioning the floaters and cataracts ..... I brought up the possibility of having Lasix and he explained why I shouldn't. THEN I brought up the reason I was there, MY eye problem, and the Dr. simply said "hum, I've never heard of that." He goes on to tell me to stay there and the young lady who came in with me would finish up. That's it?!? Really?!? I believe Dr. P. Smith was driving while tired!

I visited this clinic for the first time the other day, and I was completely satisfied with my experience there. Dr. Smith and the entire staff at NVISION were extremely competent and personable. I feel fortunate to have been introduced to this place by my primary-care physician. I would recommend it to anyone in need of thorough and caring eye treatment.

I was actually pretty disappointed with the care I received at NVISION. Six months ago I had a carotid dissection (a tear or the inner wall of my carotid artery) One of the results was blurred vision in my left eye. After the exam by the technician (she wasn't the Dr.) it was determined that my vision could be corrected by glasses. The Dr. came in to dilate my eyes and check them. My left eye wouldn't dilate all the way. (part of my problem) She told me that my vision had changed a lot in the left eye. (That I already knew) She said that my vision could be improved by glasses. When I asked her if my vision could improve any more over the next 6 months to year she said maybe. (That I also knew that's why I asked the question.) She brought me to the front desk to make an appointment with the optometrist but there was one slight problem. The optometrist wasn't going to be certified until "some time in May" Nobody seemed to know what to do. I could call back in May and see if she was certified yet. The could give me a referral. But they didn't have any answers. My last optometrist appointment was less than a year ago and my vision insurance only pays for one visit per year. I don't know if glasses are covered under my medical in a situation like this or not. All I could get from the front desk was that I had a $30 co-pay for today's visit with the ophthalmologist.
