Had LASIK done on both eyes. And my vision is perfect now. I should have done this years ago. Dr Pirnazar is awesome and so is all the staff. The pre and post surgery check ups were great and want to thank the whole staff for all the care.

The staff were all very professional as was Dr. Nikpoor! I was very impressed with everyone. Dr. Nikpoor was very open about the state of my eyes especially the right eye. She explaned what could be done to improve my vision and I'm calling tomorrow to book the surgical precedure in June.

Very happy with my results. Was nervous at first do to not getting immediate results that I was expecting. I had heard several people say that they could see great the very next day. It took a little while for my eyes to adjust, but I'm very happy with the final outcome. Thanks Dr. Pirnazar!

My appointment at NVISION actually saved my eye sight! In spite of multiple exams for glasses, no one told me I have cataracts. I now know my needs are very different than I thought. Nevertheless, NVISION is able to take care of all my cataract needs and wants, and with the quality they always provide.

I chose NVISION Eye Centers and a longer drive because of the high ratings on social media, and the ratings proved accurate. First, the facility looks great. When you are going to an eye doctor, you notice things like décor and lighting more, perhaps, but anyway, it is a great-looking office. Waiting times have been minimal, and I have never felt rushed, and all my questions have been answered thoroughly. Everyone who works there has been professional and pleasant to work with, from nurses to optometrists to Dr. Nikpoor.

This is a great place that made me feel very comfortable. I went in for a consult after being referred by my optometrist. I have worn glasses as long as I can remember, and now being 23 with a steady prescription I figured it was time to seek out LASIK options. Nvision was by far the best place I went to, the facility is very nice & clean, very modern looking. The staff is so friendly. Just for a consult I met with the Patient Counselor who guides you through the whole process from beginning to end, then my scans were checked by the doctor and I was cleared for surgery if I decided to do it. They explained every single step to me, from choosing if I wanted the procedure or not, to pre-op/post-op instructions, day-of procedure run through. I felt so comfortable and I never felt pushed like I had to do it now that I’ve done the free consult. The patient counselor Barbara was very nice and helpful in explaining all of the costs to me and how payments would work. Once I get the funds that I need, I will definitely be scheduling my LASIK procedure with Nvision in Ontario!

1. The price quoted was $10,000.00 But we are having to pay more at the start plus more for needed ??? As the procedure did not go well & now I’m going to need more correction as the original procedure did not work. Also I had a friend low up a few weeks back & the doctor was suppose to call me but never he nor the office has followed up. As I have two friends that we’re looking into this procedure that are now going to look elsewhere.

I recently had cataract surgery through a different company and had a bad experience. It's only been a week following my Lasik procedure at the Vision Eye Center in Ontario, Ca. but so far, I’m very happy with the result. I’ve been wearing contact lenses for the past 30 years and decided it was time for a change. It’s amazing to wake up and see things normally. I went with the monovision. Following my day after optometrist check-up, a wrinkle was discovered on the flap in one of my eyes. My optometrist’s office called NVision and described the issue. They immediately scheduled an appoint within the hour and I was back in the surgery room in two hours having the lens repaired. Although my original doctor (Dr. Pirnazar) was not present the following day, Dr. Nikipoor was present. She didn’t hesitate in inspection my eye and getting me in as quickly as possible to have the issue corrected. The center is clean, well run, organized and everyone on the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. They made an intimidating procedure very comfortable.

I was told when I signed up that the total would be $10,000.00 for the two eyes with The hightrs quality lenses. So to my surprise I have been billed and have had to pay an additional $600.00 plus dollars. Not likely to refer others.

I was anxious about LASIK but all of the staff at NVision Ontario were courteous, professional, and easy going. What I liked most about my interaction is that they listened to my concerns first and then helped put me at ease with safety and success statistics. They made me feel comfortable and confident. I noticed a few other patients who were coming out of surgery and they were all in great spirits and the staff was very attentive and supportive even as the patients were departing. I was treated like royalty. But most important I can see better than I could when I was 20. I have kerataconus and it was a somewhat complicated cataract surgery. Dr. Nikpoor spent a great deal of time figuring out exactly what lense and position would work best. The results are amazing.

I can't tell how happy I am about my Cataract Extraction and the new lens for both eyes. I no longer need the glasses that I had to wear for the past 67 years. I was treated with respect at all times. They answered questions that I later found out were in the packet I received on my first visit. You will love Dr. Pirnazar he is kind and caring and so very smart. He is a brilliant surgeon. The members of his staff are so friendly and helpful. Have already given NVISION phone number and address to two friends.

We were not informed until the last portion of the consultation that we will have to go to Laguna Hills for the procedure -- about 120 miles from our home. If we had been told up front, we would have chosen another provider. This distance is tremendously difficult for us. Also, my husband's file had another patient's cover sheet. The doctor said "...so you've been told you have a little macular degeneration" (he does not). Later in the day, your partner pharmacy called us with information for another patient. Clearly, his records are not being treated with appropriate care. This was not a confidence-building experience .

Absolutely everything about Invision is spot on perfect with exception of the scheduling. Having to wait 3.5 hours for a 2 minute follow up appointment is unnerving to say the least. I’ve worked in medical and know schedules can get off track. However, it just seems to me a system could be in place for working in the “quick” exams. Other than that, I love my results and all staff have been beyond friendly.

Scheduling an appointment for a consultation is pretty easy but the appointments are booked many weeks out (I’ve been waiting about 5 weeks). But then getting the surgery person to call back to make an appointment for the actual surgery has been a very trying experience. They were too busy when I was there to see the doctor, working with other patients, and I’ve been calling them daily since then without luck.

Good service. Very professional staff. I really liked the optometrist. He was a very nice guy. My only problem was with the financing. I was told I could get zero interest payments for thirty eight months. I have very good credit so I didn't think there would be a problem. I was denied for financing. I will have to wait on my Lasik procedure.

I went to this office for my LASIK consultation and the staff is incredibly nice. Fabiola (which I feel her name should be FAB..) is really nice and informative. She answered all my questions and gave me comfort of her own experience and trust for her eye surgeon. Also, the consultation physician was completely nice and informative. I’m sorry that I forgot her name.. but I told her that I would definitely help her with her wedding when she has one. 😉 I would definitely recommend this office to everyone that is wanting information and/or wanting LASIK surgery. All in all I had a great experience with NVISION. My initial consultation with Fabiola was very pleasant. She was thorough, explained everything in detail, and was very calming and reassuring. I was examined by one of the doctors and was told I would be an ideal candidate for LASIK. I was able to schedule my LASIK surgery for the following week, and was given very detailed instructions on what to do to prepare and what to expect after the surgery. On the day of my surgery, the office was very busy, but I think that's because the Dr. Pirnazar had been out the previous week. I arrived on time and waited about a half hour to be called back. I was given one more exam by another Doctor and waited a while longer. Then I went to another room to wait some more. Then I went to another room to wait with a group of 3 other people. We were all given a small dose of xanax and numbing drops in our eyes. I then went into the surgery room where I met Dr. Pirnazar. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pirnazar. He was so calming and reassuring, explained exactly what to expect, and the surgery went quickly and painlessly. I went home and took another xanax and slept through the night. I woke up the next morning and put the prescribed drops in my eyes and for the first time in my life, I could see without glasses or contacts. I went to my one day follow up at the center and the doctor told me everything looked great. I can't believe I waited so long to do this. I am so happy with the results!

had to wait 2.5 hrs for a 10 min appointment. why bother scheduling appointments if you are going to double or triple book? frankly this demonstrates a judicial level arrogance that your time is what matters and everyone else can just sit, cool his/her heels and wait for you--no matter how long you take. i was there at 8:20 am; another lady, at 8:30 am, went to the front desk and complained that she had already been waiting 1 hr past her scheduled appointment.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nvision! The day of the procedure was quick and went just as I expected it to. My one week follow up I was seeing 20/15 vision. It's been two weeks and I can see perfectly without glasses! I still have a hard time processing this! I have recommended the procedure and facility to many people already.
