I visited Nvision to see if I was eligible for Lasik and was planning on getting the surgery later this year. However, I was really impressed with the facility and felt really comfortable, so I ended up making my appointment for 3 months from now! I had all my questions answered and now in excited for the next step.

I drove from Murrieta for my 10:30 appointment in La Jolla. Arrived at 10:20. By 11:00 I was advised that there were 2 patients ahead of me. Had I stayed I would have had to cancel my 12:30 business lunch appointment so I left without seeing my eye doctor.

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Parikh and his team. Dr. Parikh is very thorough in his examination. He has infinite patience and explains the procedure and alternatives in detail. I never felt rushed during our appointments and am extremely happy with the outcome of my cataract surgery.

The Doctors and Staff at NVISION Eye Centers-La Jolla are the best in my book! I had my LASIK done there and they were top-notch! From my 1st visit to a recent incident where I had something lodged under my eyelid, they were there for me and provided me a standard of care that I would highly recommend to anyone!!

Waited 50 minutes with no clear idea how much longer I’d have to wait. Was told not enough Techs. Told them to contact me to reschedule and left. Haven’t heard back yet.

I was told the visit would last 45 minutes to an hour and I was there almost 2 hours. I was left in a room by myself for 25 minutes. Collins worked with me and she was extremely nice. The doctor was also nice but I felt like the risks of surgery were not explained to me. I was just told I was good to go and then they said I would talk to someone about pricing. I was again left to wait for 10-15 minutes to speak with someone about pricing. The pricing is also extremely high. Much more than I could have imagined. The receptionist spoke very quickly to me and he did not make eye contact. I am a young patient so there is no way that an older patient would have been able to understand him. He seemed very knowledgeable though.

The team is so professional and courteous. Dr Parikh did my surgery and all the consultations leading up to it. He's very thorough when explaining how the procedure (cataract surgery and lens implant) works and what the expected results will be. I couldn't be happier with the results . I definitely will be going back for my other eye in a few months!

The staff at NVISION Eye Center in La Jolla were nothing short of fantastic. I was greeted warmly when walking up to the front desk of a beautifully decorated and modern office. I only waited a short amount of time before Collins, the patient counselor brought me back to a room and immediately began the pre-op assessment/testing of my eyes & vision. Everything was processed very quickly and the video I watched while waiting for the eye doctor to come in was very informative about the entire process of Lasik surgery. My eye doctor, Dr. Dexter with Invision Optometry, referred me to NVISION for a free consultation for Lasik eye surgery. To my surprise, Dr. Dexter was actually at my consultation appointment and was the one who showed me my imaging and scans and explained everything in great detail about my vision and how the Lasik procedure would work and would benefit me. She was very open and honest about everything and Collins was as well while going over the pricing of the procedure. Though I am looking into other surgery centers to compare, NVISION will most definitely be a top contender in the decision I make for where to get Lasik.

I was extremely impressed with Invision Eye Center. It was my first visit there, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted very courteously by Luis at the front desk. Doctor Parikh and his assistants were wonderful and reassuring. I Had hurt my eye by accident, was very nervous about the outcome. I like bed Doctor Parikh. I will not hesitate coming back!

I arrived early and was seen early. We spent quite a bit of time going over prepop paperwork which was explained as we went along. I didn’t see the doctor this time but a young woman did measure my eyes. She was friendly & professional & went out of her way to find an answer to a question that she wasn’t sure she knew the answer to.

I am very satisfied with NVISION. Dr. Parikh and his assistants/colleagues are pleasant, informative, caring and overall great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services. The only issue I encountered was the lack of sufficient parking at the La Jolla office. If visitor parking is full, don't park in the lot across the small driveway to the west (even if that section is empty and you are there briefly) or they will ticket your car. Not happy about that.

This is my fist visit to NVISION. I was extremely happy and satisfied. I did not have to wait long and from there all was extremely smooth. Dr. Parikh and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The most important part is that they did not rush to conclusion and asked that I give it more time to do the surgery. That is what we call a top notch patient care.

I can't believe I waited all these years to experience the miracle of being able to see without contacts and glasses. The procedure was so quick and completely painless. The staff has been incredible and were there to answer all my questions. I wake up each day and have to pinch myself that this is my new reality. Not only did I get rid of my contacts but by doing the mono vision procedure I threw out my readers as well.

I had my eyes done 3 yrs ago with a lLIFE TIME FREE guarantee. When I came in to do consultation and set appointment, I was told it would be 500.00 dollars for one eye Enhancement. Hope you make the right decision by Monday.

I was told I was not a good candidate about 12 years ago as I have 5.25 astigmatism in my worst eye and to wait a couple of years to see what technology could offer. I never went back to Lasik. Then after 12 years I visited a Lasik Clinic by Reo Drive. I was told my astigmatism was too High @ 5.25 In one Eye and 3.25 on the other, I was told to wait a couple of years to see what technology had to offer as their equipment only goes to 4.75, that every 2 or 3 years new technology came out. Then I called NVISION, first question I asked was what is the Highest stigmatism you can correct, they said up to 6. So far so good, I went in there for an evaluation and sure enough I was a candidate. I will have to go back in next week for an eye dilation exam. From there we would probably schedule the surgery for August of this year.

Simply Amazing! Before coming to nvision, my vision was so bad I could not see the Big E at the top of a pie chart. 10 minutes in there offices, I stood up and I could see the outline of the individual leaves on the trees outside the window. Not just a big green blob. The difference was absolutely shocking. I couldn't believe my eyes, LOL

When I walked in, no one was at the front desk. I also did not care for the fact that I was asked for my driver's license to check in. To me, that tells me a lot about the practice of mistrusting your customers upfront. Really not the best way to build a relationship with someone I'm supposed to trust with my eyes. The rest of the staff seemed capable and knowledgeable; the actual surgeon was not present so I have no review for him.

Doctor and staff are great. However, the waiting room was full and the wait was approximately one hour before seeing anyone. Also, the visitor parking is was too limited. All parking spaces were full and I was forced to park on the opposite side of the parking lot. I parked far away where there were very few cars parked so as not to keep employees or anyone else from parking there. However, upon return to my car, I received a warning from Ace that I was not to park there without a parking permit. So where are the visitors to park when their lot is full?? Not happy with that.

Katie is the reason I would choose NVISION. She is kind thoughtful and smart. She was able to assuage my concerns in a friendly manner. She went above and beyond really making sure to address all of my questions and even drew little diagrams to assist in answering my questions. At the end she even brought the surgeon who would do the operations to come say hello and shake my hand and also ask me if i had any questions. I was really impressed by this. The staff seem extremely thorough.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The proceedure was fully explained and all my questions were answered. Dr. Parikh was superb! He and his staff were focused on my patient care experience. My only concern is that I was referred to a retinal specialist and wasn't informed that he was out of my network. Cost me nearly $300.00!!! The office staff at the retinal specialist said she would talk with my insurance company to ameliorate the costs. She didn't seem to be concerned and thus, I have not received any info regarding this expensive MD visit.

Josh, John, Dr. Peterson and Luis are simply the best. From the moment I entered the office, John welcomed me and answered all of my questions at that time. Josh treated me with utter professionalism and his experience with patients was evidenced in my questions about procedures. Dr. Peterson, so knowledgeable and informative about the possibilities of improving my eyesight; and friendly too! I visited a second time, and Luis offered me a seat and got me in to my appointment in very little time. Really, this office is exceptional, professional, and friendly.

Came in for the free consultation. Staff were friendly and punctual, as I didn't spend much more than about 5 min in the waiting room before they took me back to start the tests. They were able to answer all my questions, and clarify all the information given to me. I loved the fact that they took me on a mini tour of the facility so I know exactly where I'll be sitting and what I'll be doing throughout the entire procedure. Made me feel a lot more comfortable about getting the procedure after having the walk through, and actually looking at the equipment that will be used. Katie was wonderful in walking me through what would happen the day of procedure, even into details such as what the equipment would sound like and what I would be seeing and feeling at each stage of the process. I had had a consultation at another facility, and they didn't do any of this - they only showed me a photo of the machine, and described the cut flap, lazer, replace flap process, but nothing in detail. The detail, care, and tour are really what have convinced me to use NVISION over the other guys.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor! He is professional, quick and caring. And, it's not just him. The other Dr (who's name I didn't get) was very thorough. I would give it a 5/5, but the Nvision center staff needs a bit of improving in the patient relations department. They are a bit desensitized to the process and it shows in the lack of communication to the days leading up to your surgery date.
