Had a great consultation at NVision. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions/concerns. I came into the consultation a little hesitant about having an operation on my eyes. But after the consultation, I no longer have any concerns and know that I will be booking my LASIK procedure with NVision in the near future.

No reservations, my experience was top rate at Invision. Staff was delightful, cheerful, personable and highly skilled. I never felt any apprehension though they removed my natural lenses and replaced them with artificial lenses. From the receptionists to the technicians to Dr. Rude, my expectations were met and exceeded. Of course, from my perspective the deepest respect, appreciation and awe go to Neda Nikpoor MD, the surgeon who successfully made perfect measurements and performed a flawless procedure ending my need for glasses to correct my vision. I now see at a level of 20/15 near, and at least 20/20 distance, (I think even better), I'm thrilled every day, fully appreciating the clear unaided vision.

It was a very good experience. I have been to other places for eye surgery but this was the best one for customer service. My future appointments will be with Nvision.

Michelle, I think was her name, was an amazing provider. She and the doctor guided me through everything I needed to know about the process and procedure. They reassured me of any fears I had as well as answered any questions I needed answers to. At NVISION, they treat everyone as a guest in their home with individual care and a personal experience.

Staff was very accommodating. I came in for follow up lasik exam. I explained that I developed floaters and Allysa immediately took me in to get a retina scan. After Dr Rude examined me he explained to me that although he didn't see anything, it's better to have an opthomologist look me over very soon. So an appointment was made for me for the next day.

I just had LASIK performed on both eyes yesterday morning. They sent me home with 2 sleeping pills and instructions to sleep for the remainder of the day. This morning I awoke with 20/20 vision and no discomfort whatsoever. Everyone at NVISION flowed together seamlessly as a team and I was in and out in about 2 hours. Anyone considering LASIK should absolutely choose NVISION - Fullerton. Thanks again to all the staff and especially Dr. Lusby.

I went for consultation and I had initially heard the wait would be long but that wasn't the case. They took me right away and I was in and out in 1hr. Dr Lusby explained the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns I had. The staff was great and very helpful. I look forward to my upcoming surgery.

Excellent service. I Like they way they talk you step by step on what happens if you decide to get lasik surgery.The doctor that saw me was very nice.Explained everything very well.Im still deciding.He gave me some contacts to try out for 5 days regarding monovision lasik surgery.So far i love it.I can see good with these trial free contacts.Still deciding but if i do have it Nvision would be my place to have lasik surgery !!!

The waiting is too long. I was there 9:00AM and by the time I finished all the tests, and listened to he surgery options/cost it was 12;20 PM. Is there someway your center can manage the time more efficiently? I was totally exhausted.

Nvision was recommended to me by a friend, and I am beyond happy I went and had my surgery there. From the minute I walked in to the second I walked out, I was treated so good. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. It was the best decision I have made. I had been to another place that did not make me feel this way, I'm glad I waited.

It is my best decision ever,to do my Lasic surgery in NVISION!! I went to few clinics to choose one I would like to do my surgery with, NVISION was the best! They using newest technology and they only offering the best lasers, and they don’t do any marketing staff to you. Doctor Rude explains everything on very easy way .Great staff and doctors, great before and after surgery care, and now my vision is 20/15!!!!!

I have nothing negative to say! the experience in itself was great! they explained everything thoroughly and did not sugar coat anything. They gave me all types of scenarios which was great! I defiantly would recommend them for a consult I have not yet done the Lasik itself, but the consult was a great experience!

After the surgery, I was able to drive the next day wearing their sunglasses. Dr. Lusby has given me one eye with perfect vision and the other with better than perfect vision - so I am satisfied with the result. Investing in better eye sight has been one of the best decisions I had ever made and NVISION has done their part well. This allows me to enjoy outdoor sports activities more easily and being more confident when I go out at night. I don't have to worry about loosing my glasses. Thank you NVISION, Dr. Lusby, and staff at Fullerton for your services!

Easily the best investment I’ve done in my short lifetime. I had no hesitation after visiting for a consultation. They make you feel so comfortable and walk you through absolutely everything. I’ve heard stories from relatives of their LASIK experiences at other places and I’m so glad I came here. I have not a single complain about NVision and would recommend them to anyone with bad vision!

When i walked in to NVISION I was a little scared about the procedure. I was pretty convinced it would be too scary a surgery and that i should just deal with having glasses the rest of my life. By the time i walked out of my consultation appointment I was no longer afraid and was eager to set an appointment for my surgery. The staff was wonderful and really reassured me that the procedure was nothing to be worried about.

I was referred by my primary after years of considering doing the procedure. It always made me nervous so I would tell myself “next year”. Well I finally came in to take the next step and from the appointment process to the actual appointment itself it’s put my mind at ease and I’m looking forward to taking the final leap.
