Dr. David is a knowledgeable professional who cares for his patients. I can feel that he cares for my dental health. He communicates exceptionally well which means he lets me talk too (LOL!) His equipment is the latest and his staff is great. Also his restroom are clean. He had a podcast interview in 2018 on “Dental Up” and is very interesting to listen too. After listening to that it only verified my opinion on him more solidified. Yes I would recommend him to others seeking a new dentist!

Front Desk Staff. Very Pleasant & welcoming. calling me by my first name as I walk in. I really like that. Hygienist very knowledgeable. Courteous. Concerned with my pain comfort. while doing a very processional job. she made me feel confident that I was in the right place.Billing staff very pleasant. doing everything to possible to accommodate the billing process without any embarrassment.She worked hard to help me with Billing process, and for that I Thank You.My Dr. Doan I Knew from the beginning that I wanted him as my Dentist. Yadira has never failed to be pleasant and warm. She always greets me with such a positive attitude. Abby, although she is primarily responsible for $$$, has a keen ability to be interested in her clients by having warm conversations. Dr. David is pretty amazing as well. I feel like I'm in good hands when I see him because he takes the time to educate me on any dental needs I may have and I feel he is honest when he presents options for treatment. The time he takes during my visits is much appreciated and I didn't feel quite like this when I first started coming to this office but this team has stepped up their level of service. Would absolutely recommend to others. I do miss Dr. Rodriguez so much. She is a wonderful hygienist with a warm heart. There are dental assistants that I am used to and love as well but I cannot remember their names. I know one is a dancer with tenure in your office and another younger petite lady who used to work in the back. I especially like my appointments with them assisting the doctor.

Great service at this dental office. I would go so far as to say probably the best that I have ever received. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that did my cleaning. Truly one of the absolute best that I have had. Dr. David is in a class by himself, and I do hope that he can get all the work he can handle and them some! Always a great experience!

After years of dealing with horrible dentists that ruined the health of my teeth and created a deep fear within me that resulted in me actively avoiding the dentist's office, I found this Norwalk location. From the reception area to the dentist chair, I've never had such a positive experience at an healthcare establishment before. (As a matter-of-fact I'm mentally criticizing my GP's office in comparison.) All the staff members are positive, personable, and friendly. Everything they suggest is reasonable and not excessive. You can tell this is an office of people who care about your teeth's well-being rather than milking their patients for money. Not sure what someone would have to do to keep me away from this office, it probably requires a crowbar and a jail cell, but I'm sticking with this office until the drills fall off. This place is amazing. Believe the positive reviews. Finally and unfortunately, I wasn't paid for this review but the words "Yadira is Fabulous" were thrown around so I figured I'd include them for authenticity purposes.

Been going to the office for years. Have been working with Dr Doan for even longer. Met with his hygienist, Linda and loved her professionalism and our conversations. Due to work scheduling, couldn’t see her for about 2 years. Finally saw her again, great experience in our catch up and cleaning. In and out of there in 30 mins. True asset to the office.

Dr. David Doan and all of the staff at the Norwalk Dental Ctr are top-notch. About two years ago I wanted to find a new dental office closer to my home in Norwalk, CA. Previously I had been driving to Torrance and the drive has become laborious over time. I chose NDC based on Yelp reviews. Wish I'd found this office sooner as it's been a no-brainer. Great folks all around and couldn't be happier. Thanks guys! :)

Honestly I have not been to the Dentist in over 30 years, I was so nervous about finally moving forward to do what is needed to fix the damage that has occurred over the years. Dr. David and the staff at Norwalk Dental gave me SOOOOOO Much Comfort with out making me feel judged from the moment I called to make the appointment until the final step of explaining to me the work that needs to be done. Dr. David and his staff are Awesome and you can truly feel Peace, Caring, Comfort, and Humbling Atmosphere from over the phone all the way into the Office!!! I Sincerely Recommend Norwalk Dental to anyone!!!!

I've always had horrible experiences with dentists and have struggled to find a good one. I am a coward and hate pain but know that if I didn't take care of my teeth it would just get worse. Norwalk Dental catered to my coward side and the receptionists, office manager and everyone in the office is friendly and considerate.

Dr. Rodriguez is my dental hygienist and I have nothing but rave reviews about her. She is thorough in cleaning my teeth and she is extremely genuine! All of my experiences with Dr. Rodriguez have been outstanding. Dr. David it’s also very thorough in explaining procedures or possibilities. I feel he takes the time to really educate his patients that will enable them to make informed decisions about their dental care. Thank you for turning my perception around. The dentist and the hygienist are wonderful and I strongly recommend them. Unfortunately, some of the front staff made it impossible to recommend this office. Despite local recommendations and CDC recommendations, front office staff were sitting in the office unmasked. I brought my young kid to this office who is too young to be vaccinated and obviously have to take off masks to have a dental visit. The staffs decision to put my child at increased risk of Covid, especially while the delta variant is on the rise in LA, is not compatible with the level of responsibility I expect from the medical facilities I choose to take my family to.

I recently decided to try a new dental office. My regular dentist is too long a drive anymore. I had read great reviews on YELP for NDC. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. Great office staff, fine and careful hygienists... what's not to lik! Also Dr David is a very nice guy that exudes confidence. I'm so glad I found this local office which is only 5 minutes from my home.
