Easy to get to, good parking (even though I"d rather park outdoors and sometimes you can fish outdoor parking), efficient and friendly office folks, I only waited a short time (as opposed to over 30 minutes in the long past), staff were efficient, techs and doctors were friendly and gave me good info on my tests, so over all it went very well. There is also a Starbucks across the way.

I always feel supported and my specific vision needs cared for. Roger is a real asset to the office with his technical ability to fit and repair my glasses. The whole office is welcoming.

I really like the doctor and the front desk lady. She is super nice and attentive. Roger, the optician, he is ok. He is a good optician, but abit rude to the front desk lady in front of me. Throwing the folder rudely. Not a fan. So I decided to purchase glasses from another store.

North shore Eye Care, is awesome. I have been going there for years and they still treat you like family. Excellent customer service. I will never go anywhere else.

I am a long patient of Dr. Coverdale- i was surprised to see Dr.Walker. She is fine and I felt taken care of-i would have liked notice before my annual exam.

I have had no issues with this place in the past, but have been 2 times in two months for family member appointments and both times we weren’t seen until 30 minutes after our appointment. I understand this happens sometimes, but twice just seemed weird. We love the staff and doctor there, but if they can’t keep to their schedule we have to find a new place as we have school/jobs that expect us back in a reasonable time. More than an hour for a routine eye appointment seems excessive.

I only trust my eyes to Dr. Walker. She was the first optometrist who found a small macule on my retina and referred me to an ophthalmologist. Thank you Dr. Walker!

Always friendly service at Northshore Eye Care. It is quick to schedule an appointment, detailed exam with lots of time for questions, and quick turn around on hardware. I've been going to Northshore Eye Care for several years and it is always a positive experience.

My visit was very positive from every point of view. Services were comprehensive and very thorough. Assistance with small matters (choice of frame) was carefully and cheerfully done. Of particular note was the replacement and realignment of the nosepiece.
