Julie is the friendliest receptionist a person could deal with. Always a smile and something positive to say. Stephanie is a sweetheart hygienist who is always pleasant, efficient and gentle. These two ladies are such a wonderful asset to North Idaho Dental.

My experience at the North Idaho Dental Group was probably my best dental experience ever and i have been to the dentist a lot over the years. I am not a big fan of dental work, but everybody was so nice. Mercedes did the most thorough cleaning job my teeth have ever had. The doctor took the time to explain everything that needs done and gave me a convincing argument to do the few things that need to be done to my own teeth rather than replacing them all with implants.

The Dentist and Technicians are friendly ,knowledgeable about their professions, and very accomodating. I would absolutely refer them to other people. I have never been happier with a dental care office like I am with North Idaho Dental care.

Not being a big fan of dentist I have to say that I am less nervous when I have to visit Dr. Chase. He is patient with me, makes sure I am not in pain, gives me a minute if I need it and a great dentist.

I have been getting cleanings here for a few years and everyone has been pleasant. Wait times are minimal and scheduling is easy. The view of the golf course is nice, too.

The office is in a beautiful space with a great view out the window. As is typical of most medical facilities they were running a little behind but all the staff members were amazing. I did not feel rushed and my hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning of my life. The provider went through my xrays with me and made sure I understood areas of concern. I definitely recommend them!

Everyone is kind and courteous from the moment of walking through the door. All of the hygienists that I have encountered are professional and gentle. Dr Mickelson is wonderful and explains all of the options without trying to sell any service, but provides enough information for informed decision making. The treatments are modern and so is the equipment. My whole family likes this dental office.

Unbelievably warm and cheerful environment as soon as you walk in the door, as well as from the technicians. Services were exceptional and everything was explained thoroughly. It was my first time going here and I felt like they were my lifetime dentist. So glad they were recommended to me and will gladly recommend to others.

Dentist visits should always be this much fun. From the moment you walk through the door till the time you leave everyone was amazing. My dental hygienist was so in tuned with everything she was doing and took great care of you and ensuring you were comfortable. The dentist was super nice and friendly. He has a great story about his 15 minutes of fame. Ask him when you see him during your visit.

Probably the best dental experience ever. From Julie at the front desk to Stephanie the Hygentist I was welcomed and with big smiles and friendly banter. While in the "chair" I had the option of relaxing or watching a show on Netflix. I choose Netfix and before you knew it my cleaning was done. I actually forgot Stephanie was cleaning my teeth as she cleaned with care and professionalism. Both are things I look for in choosing a dental office for myself and family. The last part of my appointment was my actual exam by the Dr. Just as the rest of his staff he was such a breath of fresh air. He took time to ask me questions about my dental concerns and really listened. Not once did I feel like he was flying in for a quick 2 min look and flying back out. Kudos North Idaho Dental Group!! You have yourself another very satisfied client who will be returning for many years to come.

Dr Gates and his team are amazing! He is the first dentist to figure out that my bite was off which was causing all sorts of problems. I also feel like there is no push for unnecessary treatments. I thought I needed a crown asap and after discussing it with Dr Gates I feel like I am getting the right treatments at the right time and not forced into extreme preventative measures. The hygienist I had was very thorough and I recently stopped by their Sandpoint office to pick up invisalign trays, receptionist there is great and everyone was very friendly and professional, and their office is gorgeous! I make the trip all the way to CDA from Bonners Ferry and am glad to do so. They also accept my GEHA insurance which is fantastic.

The dentists and staff at North Idaho Dental Group are friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Unfortunately I have to have dental work done frequently, so I've experienced their excellent care more than most. Although I'd rather not have to have extra work done, at least NIDG makes it as pleasant as possible.

I received 6 appointment reminders starting a month (i believe) before the appointment; e-mails, text messages, ever postcards. I personally have never missed or been late for a dental appt. so this is becoming quite annoying.

Mickelson and crew in Ponderay are wonderful. Staff are pleasant and helpful, especially accommodating with kids and families. Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Mickelson, he has a very optimistic approach and very attentive to your dental satisfaction, always takes the extra time to get things right. Highly recommend!!!
