The doctor explained things to me that were not previously explained. I appreciate that she explained things, and really took the time to fit me with a few different contacts until I was comfortable with the appropriate one. I have not felt this level of care in the past from the previous eye doctors.

My glasses broke in a spot that couldn't even be temporarily fixed and I am practically blind without them. My regular eye doctor couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. I could not go 2weeks like that. I called North Georgia Vision Center and they got me in the next day. The best part was they were able to make my glasses the same day! I had never been to them before but now I'll be going back every year.

I have been coming here for a few years now and am always happy with the people at the front desk. Prompt and courteous. Dr. Clark has done my eye exams as well as had to remove debris. I like the new equipment that takes images of my eyes to help monitor and conditions or if I ever need anything else removed. The pricing is very fair which is important for me as I don't have any eyecare insurance.

The staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects during my time in the facility. I have used the NGVC since moving to this area in 2009. They remind me of necessary appointments and Dr. Clark asks questions and gives answers to make my visit comfortable, making me never feel rushed. The rest of the staff is all I could want or expect. Was referred by a friend as it was time for my bride and I to get a new exam and glasses. Had beer previously been using one of the big national chains. So glad we went with this recommendation. Everyone from the staff to the Doctor was fantastic. They took the time with the exams and glasses purchase selection. The office was clean and selection of frames was pretty good. This will be my go to office in the future. Highly recommended. Appointment was easy to get. Showed up early as is our nature and was taken back almost immediately. I’ve always preferred smaller businesses to deal with and this was no exception.

The pre-registration form sent as an email was long and lots of covid questions that are a little outdated. I spent about 20 minutes filling it out pushed send and it wouldn't respond so I clicked "back" and all my information was gone. I called the office and a very friendly staff told me to just come in and they would take care of it. I only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. I had assistance choosing frames and they were comparable in price with other eyewear businesses..

I moved to Georgia 5 years ago and have had eye and vision issues my whole life. The North Georgia Vision Center has been a wonderful - the Dr's are excellent and the office staff is pleasant and all are exceedingly professional. When a major change happened, one call to the office had me to see the Dr's immediately and referral to a retinal specialist within days. Thanks to everyone for their quality of service!

I’m so thankful I found North Georgia Vision Center! The entire staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I walked into their office a year ago with an eye emergency and they took me in immediately! They didn’t turn me away or suggest the ER like my old eye doctor had done. Dr Holbrook was amazing! She had me sorted out, medicine prescribed, and has followed up with me over the last year to make sure I had fully recovered. I just completed my second yearly exam and ordered new glasses on site. Great team and great experience!

I set up an appointment for a vision exam and new glasses. I am so glad I chose this place! Everyone was so friendly and showed lots of kindness towards me. When I went back to see the doctor, during the exam, he was able to show me detailed images of my eyes, and was able to give me information regarding my health using the picture to explain it to me. I have never had an eye doctor show me images like that before, nor talk to me about my eye health or health in general. Overall, the experience was great and left me feeling very happy. I was previously going to Dr. Eric Helwig's office in Lafayette, GA, but the last few times I interacted with them, whether it be in person at an appointment or over the phone, I have had the worst service. The experience with the actual doctor, Eric Helwig, has always been good, but the interactions with the rest of the staff has been terrible. (rude, careless, etc.) So when I went to my appointment with this new eye doc in Rock Spring, I was nervous going into it. I was so pleasantly surprised when it turned out great!

I recently just moved to area and needed to locate new eye doctor. The staff at this office is very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to help me pick out frames as if I were their only customer. Services were provided with minimal wait. Dr. Clark is very personable and I felt he performed an excellent exam. My pressure was slightly elevated, and he took all necessary precautions to bring me back in and re-evaluate in conjunction with my family history. And they have great selection of frames for all buyers from budget, designer, kids, and sun glasses. I will definitely return for my next annual exam and highly recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

The front office staff is very welcoming & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. Dr. Clark is a wonderful doctor, always explaining each & every step. He listens to any concerns you have & advises that if you have any problems with your new prescription he will be happy to address the problem. They did not have the type of eyewear I was looking to purchase, however they explained that inventory of those was low and they will be getting more and contacting me once they receive them.

The hand writing on the copy of the Drs. Findings was impossible to read . I couldn’t compare it with past prescriptions as I like to when ever I get a new prescription . There were notes scribbled all over the page and a lot of them were obviously meant to be read by the Doctor only and were completely superfluous for a prescription. What I was given was not a prescription with the necessary information needed to purchase glasses. It was a complete mess and the OD and the OS numbers were impossible for anyone to understand. The OS was especially hard to read , as Neither I nor my Brothers could tell if the number was a negative two plus or a negative one plus . Please have DR. Clark review it and write ( a prescription ) for me and mail it to my home address or send a readable prescription via my email. It is on the papers I filled out strbj722obb@comcast.net . I Ask whom ever reads this first to just look at your copy of the paper and you will see exactly what I mean. It is completely incomprehensible and my visit was a waste of time and money for Medicare and GA Medicaid . I felt everyone was very nice , including the DR. And the waiting room and exam room was very neat and pleasant. However, I need a prescription I can read . I didn’t come for an appointment just to talk to nice people. I understand a lot of people are terrible when it comes writing so that anyone could read it other than them . I myself have written something only to find , after it got cold ( LOL) that I had no idea what it was meant to be . Please send me a prescription only without all The other scribbling . I will appreciate it . I mean this to be seen only by the staff and Doctor. I would never give you a bad review for others to see . That isn’t me. Anyone can write sloppy, but in the case of a prescription, which needs to be completely understood so anyone making the glasses can make them correctly. at it and write a prescription which I can understand Read

Went for an eye exam see if there was a contact that would suit my needs. There isn’t one available at this time, but the Dr let me know that there were other options, but that She didn’t think I would love them! That meant a lot to me, due to that fact she could have sold me ones that I would have been able to wear, but probably not so happy with! She also let me know that there is supposed to be one coming out soon that I might be a candidate for. I really liked the whole experience!

They have been great. They detected problems that no previous eye doctor had told me about including cataracts which are now removed. I feel that my eyes are more than 15 years younger! I now only need weak corrective lenses and actually see pretty well without them as before I could not. Thanks so much.. I love you guys also I love my new glasses

I was pleased with the doctor but some of the up front staff wasn't so friendly. I only had Medicare and Medicaid so they assured I'd want the budget glasses when in fact I wanted to look at the Costa's. In fact, I wanted to look at the Realtree's too, but I felt rushed. The one lady may have made me question whether I should come back or not.

I love the convenience of North Georgia Vision. It's easy to get an appointment - usually within a week, even for just a routine examination. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. They have books to keep my preschooler entertained during the exam. They have always filed my insurance correctly, and they are exceptionally courteous and professional both in person and on the phone, and my contacts arrive promptly. I'm thankful for quick, professional service that makes my life easier!

It was so easy to make an appointment on line and the office staff was so professional and helpful. I requested an appointment online. It was not during office hours but within 30 minutes of the office opening I have an email verification of my appointment.

The service was great. The wait was not long. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very informative and thorough. The lady that I talked to about ordering my glasses actually helped me pick the perfect frames for me. I was very impressed.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was professional, but not stiff. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. The opticians in the front were very helpful in picking out frames and also making sure I could get the most out of my vision insurance. I will definitely be coming back here!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was fast. There was no pressure to get any add on, they were explained and cost was told but not pressured to get. I came in and told them what I was looking for and they helped me find the perfect prescription sunglasses that I was looking for. I strongly recommend anyone needing glasses or sunglasses to go here. Outstanding people and very friendly.

Great service, always reminds you of your appointment by text, email or phone call. Optometrist is nice and doesn't try to sell you anything if you don't need it. Staff out front is always courteous and treat you like family. Good family, that is 😃
