I am always pleased with the service here. It's a beautiful old home converted to a business,the staff greets you with a smile and are so efficient and helpful. They get right to work and your time isn't wasted. I can always ask the optometrist questions and she's helpful with answers. Great selection and if you find something doesn't fit well, they'll fix it quickly.

Love this practice and staff - everything about it! I became a patient almost 15 years ago after moving to Georgia, and there's a reason I keep coming back! Much of the staff has been there since I became a patient. They know me by name and treat me like family. They are simply the best!

I always felt eye doctors were a scam and their goal was to make sure you got glasses or contact regardless of whether they were needed. I was given a double bifocals when I was in high school that I knew I didn’t need. Anyway, I didn’t feel like that here. I’m a diabetic and after years of my doctor telling me I needed to get my eyes checked, I finally made an appointment. I think the last they were checked was more than 6+ years ago. I felt like they took care of my needs without trying to sell me on other things and my doctor will be happy that I finally went. The staff and doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable and I will visit again when needed.

It’s so refreshing to not be “just another patient.” They go out of their way to meet every need that might come up! I do wish there were more options for frames to choose from though!

I have been a patient at NGa Eye Care for years now. The staff is always amazing, they clearly enjoy working with each other, and work hard to stay efficient, and organized to support Dr Cara. Dr Cara is awesome. She takes time to listen, explain, and prescribe the best treatment possible. She seems to GENUINELY care about each one of her patients. The office is a gorgeous historic home, and its very homey and comfortable. The office is equipped with top notch equipment and they carry some really great eyewear. I wouldn't think about choosing a different optometrist.

Dr. Robison's front office are Professional & Caring The Assistant that did the pre-exam items that needed to be done before Dr Robison can see you - explained everything that each machine was going to be doing and what to expect before it happens - helped me so much!! (BTW - they do not have to "Puff" in your eye anymore!) Dr. Robison is a very outstanding Optometrist. Extremely professional, thorough and listened to me, so she addressed each problem I talked to her about. That is a very good Dr. and we need more like her in every professional field. Dr. Robison is the very best Optometrist I have seen in my 65+ years! Dr. Robison looks at the big picture, too. I have another disease that plays a part in my eyesight and she adds that to her overall evaluation of my eyes. Dr. Robison & her staff are a blessing to me!! l

All these years I had the wrong prescription fr previous doctors...come to find out that these contacts I was wearing were too strong and pulling on my eyes and making my vision worse and worse every year. She was able to right fit me for the Contact Lenses I truly needed.

I didn't have a great experience with the person that was there to cover Mrs. Robinson. I told him I was having headaches and he told me it was from the computer screen and straining my eyes. He never said anything about my eyesight and how it was going. My appointment was at 3 and I didn't leave until around 5. The ladies in front were amazing as usual and asked me if he looked at my eyesight. I told them he didn't and she looked. The ladies agreed I needed new lenses. I just don't know why he couldn't tell me. I love this place and the ladies that work there and I will come back. I just had a bad experience with the doctor they hired to cover while Mrs. Robinson was on vacation.

What a great experience! Dr. Robison and her staff are simply the best. I have a fairly serious vision problem and have been to other doctors who didn't offer any suggestions or direction on what course of action to take. Dr. Robison clarified my problem and told me about the options available to me, gave her recommendations, and we set up a protocol for fixing my vision. I am so appreciative that she took my concerns seriously, explained the problems I face thoroughly, and then aggressively set about a course of action. Don't waste your time shopping around for a good eye doctor because the best one is right here in Winder: Dr. Robison.

Perhaps scheduled appointments should not be so close together that appointment times cannot be met within a reasonable time.

I have been seeing an eye doctor for almost 30 years and I have NEVER been treated so rudely by an eye doctor in my life. Dr. Robinson was not very welcoming from the time she entered the room and then became absolutely hateful when I mentioned that I purchased my glasses on the internet. She was extremely unprofessional and it was quite obvious she was upset that money was being taken from the practice for glasses and she didn't like that. She needs to have a little better poker face and a little more empathy for why patients make the decisions they do. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone utilize this practice.

Everyone was friendly and on schedule which I appreciate. However, they ended up charging me $40 for a contact lens exam which was unexpected. New patient paperwork asks if you want a contact lens exam (I indicated that I did) but does not state that it costs an additional $40. An extra fee was not verbally mentioned by staff either. My wife inquired about the unexpected fee but no resolution was offered. I would appreciate a refund of the $40. I suggest adding a statement under consent for a contact lens exam that informs clients that there is an extra $40 fee for this service. I would not have consented to a contact lens exam if I had known it costs extra.

We have been customers for three years and four members of our family wear glasses. I liked that this business was operated by women. Unfortunately, Marcie has been rude to us on each visit... definitely needs a massage or a people skills clinic. Dr. Cara has usually been friendly but on our last visit seemed insulted by us asking simple questions and my son literally left in tears. Holding prescriptions as hostage is not a good business practice. I've purchased several pairs of glasses and contacts there and have the right to buy some cheap glasses online without a side eye.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Robison on 2/22/17 and it was great! The appointment was fast, but very thorough. All the staff were very nice! It seemed more like a family than an office staff, which makes you feel more welcome

Great staff! Prices are reasonable, though I felt eye exam was a little expensive compared to other offices seeing I did not have my eues dilated. Doctor was very thorough and gave me options based on affordability. Will def be back!

This was my first visit and it was great. Everyone was very helpful, answered all of my questions and made the appointment a very pleasant one with great conversation. I love the convenience of their location and how comfy and homey the inside feels while you are waiting.
