I really felt blessed to have such a professional and personal doctor in Dr. Gail Rhoades. So it was really difficult for me when she retired. It helped having Michelle Jennings. We had become quick friends when we met. She told me that I would really like Dr. Christina Welling and she was right. Dr. Rhoades could not have hand-picked a more professional and personal doctor to come into her practice. Between Michelle and Dr. Welling and the rest of the staff I looks forward to my appointments. I know everyone is going to be cheerful and were going to tease each other mostly me and Michelle:)

I am so impressed with the care I received at Nora Eye Care. I was desperate for a last-minute appointment to address a super uncomfortable eye issue, and they came to the rescue! Despite being a brand-new patient, their super friendly staff were able to squeeze me in to see a doctor, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I was at Nora Eye Care for my annual checkup. It is extremely easy to make an appointment request online and they always respond quickly with the appointment set up. My eyes are always thoroughly examined and the results discussed. I wear contacts and also have glasses when I do not wear contacts. They maintain my glasses if they need to be tightened. The staff is caring and friendly. I see Dr. Welling and she is caring and professional. I highly recommend Nora Eye Care for all vision needs.

Went there to get the phone number to call in for consultation. I had accidentally sprayed bug spray in my eyes. Dr. Welling got me in within two hours, took a look at my eyes and advise to throw contacts away, keep them out for 12 hours or so, and every two hours, put in eye drops.

I liked and would recommend Nora Eye Care. My only concern was when I expressed specific tests were triggers for me to the technician; I felt like my concerns were dismissed. It wasn't I thought it could cause a seizure I have always had a seizure after specific tests and that is why I brought up the concern. Aside from that, the customer service was excellent; I appreciated the same day appointment, and Dr. Cooper was nice.

Dr. Cooper is great for the whole family! She very calmly took the time to check a squirmy, overly tired one-year-old's eyes and didn't skip any steps. With our three year old, she explained everything in a kid-friendly way that kept him entertained and interested throughout his exam. Let's start with the greeting. I had called around to numerous offices to get an exam scheduled. When I asked if dates were available for my time frame, I was given a sharp no. After calling Nora Eye Care, I was told there weren't appointments for the dates I wanted, however the receptionist quickly offered to work with my schedule to figure out a better day and time. After I set the appointment, I was informed that I could fill my paperwork out online or in person the day of the appointment. I liked that I could fill out all of my paperwork online ahead of time. That made it really quick and easy when I got to the office. All I had to do was sign in and get the exam. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The office wasn't crowded and the doctor to ample time with me to get to know me and my eye history. I received great service and I am looking forward to recommending others.

My eye exam got off to a rocky start because when the eye charts were supposed to come up, I couldn't see anything but a white rectangle with no letters at all. Dr. Landaw kept changing something but I still could only see the same thing. I started to become concerned and I saw that Dr. L. was also puzzled. He eventually got up and changed something and the letters came up so we could do the exam. Otherwise, the appt. was excellent as usual. At some point, I think I need to go back to trifocals. I just need to be willing to give up my all-time-favorite funky frames!

The friendly staff that greets you when you arrive, the preliminary testing done by the technician, and then the comprehensive eye exam done by Dr. Rhoades is always second to none. After the exam, Michelle spends a lot of time and expertise in helping you select the perfect frames for your new glasses. I have Google Glass, and wanted to get prescription frames. I was the first customer they had with Google Glass!! I was really excited to hear that Dr. Cristina is certified to handle Google Glass. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the frames. The frames were sent out on a Monday, and I received them the next Monday. I was surprised how quick the process was. When I put my glasses on, I didn't realize how much I had been missing without them. Thanks again for the great experience!!!
