I went to get my glasses fixed, plus I needed an eye exam. They had an open appointment that day, so I had my eye exam and ordered new glasses. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Dr Neitling was gentle during the exam and explained what he was doing and why. I was very glad to get my eye exam that day because I kept putting it off. Nice frame selection and I look forward to getting my new glasses!

I can’t remember the last time I received such personal and competent care from an optometrist business before. I was a new patient and I had a unique vision issues that other doctors weren’t able to pinpoint. But my doctor at Nietling had my vision problem diagnosed within 30 minutes! The entire front office staff was a pleasure to work with too. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know about this place.

We were forced to change eye drs after 20 plus years. Our new ins did not take our old one. I chose Dr Neitling from a few recommendations. Loved it. Chris @ The front counter that did our pre-check was great and explained everything to us. And the doctor was Super great. I am a diabetic and was a little concerned but they really hit the ball out of the field. Great job guys. Looking forward to seeing you again in January!

All aspects of my eye exam during this pandemic period were sanitary, one patient at a time; door locked; no patients waiting inside; my temperature was taken before my entrance. Dr. Nietling wore a mask during my exams on machines and each machine had been sterilized. For the first time, I liked seeing photos of each eye and Dr. Nietling explained what I saw..

1. I realized after I had received my glasses that the more expensive polycarbonate lenses had been ordered, yet I had never been asked if I WANTED that extra expense. 2. I was slightly taken aback when I asked the young woman how long she had been wearing glasses and she replied, "Girl, I just wear these for fashion!" (Glasses are NOT fun!) 3. My request to change strength of bifocal lens was overlooked making contact ordering confusing, PLUS new glasses lenses were not ordered in a timely manner. The young woman was apologetic which I apprecialed. **On a positive note, though I am not one for tattoos and piercings the office staff is VERY professional, knowledgable, and helpful. and Dr. Neitling has gone above and beyond to make sure I am pleased with my "view" of the world.
