I Valerie Myers have been a client of Dr. Radetzky for a few years. Greeting clients are Excellent and helping with appts and chosing eye frames an etc they are the best. With smiling and great customer service I will not chose to go anywhere else . Thank Dr. Radetzky and staff.

Long wait because of only one optometrist, but worth the wait. After a thorough examination, eyeglasses were ready for pick up after one week.

This was my last visit to this place. First of all i made my appointment 2 weeks before the morning of it I called to them to re ensure the time. They didn’t have me for yhat day. But one of the lady said but come in . There is no one for 2 o’clock and I went and there were 4 people ahead of me. I said to her but you said the plsce was empty. I waited 4 hours to be seen. Mind you it was not my first time and the ssme situation. And when i went inside I expressed myself to the doctor and he didn’t even seem to care.

The doctor himself is very thorough and explains what he's doing, which is wonderful, but the wait times are completely bonkers - upto 4 hours sometimes!

I was happy to be accommodated for an appt with such short notice, but Dr. Radetzsky seemed unfamiliar not only with the services my insurance grants me but with the benefits as well. As a result, I was not administered an ocular tonometry test for glaucoma nor explained why it wasn't provided. When shown proof of my benefits to one of his employees, Dr. Radetzsky maintained I was not to be granted the additional benefits. Additionally, his unfamiliarity with my insurance will delay my getting the glasses I need to correct my myopia by an additional week or two until the problem gets resolved. I have used his services 2 years ago with the same insurance so I was surprised I wasn't granted the same services when a simple check back toward my records would've corroborated my claims. Given his unfamiliarity with my benefits, doubt is cast on my most recent bill I received for my contact lens examination. For the delay and fuss, I don't think I will be visiting Dr. Radetzsky again or will at least visit an optometrist more familiar with my benefits that is recommended by my fellow colleagues.

I brought my daughter here before but this was my first visit. The staff is very welcoming. I didn't have an appointment but was able to be fit in. Dr. Radetzky is very professional and friendly. He explained the procedures as he went along and provided information for follow up care if needed. Received a very thorough exam which I never received before.

Arrived early for scheoduled appointment . After the office assistant checked me in and confirmed my insurance and made payment. .I waited a short time to see .Dr. Redetsky for my annual check up .After pressure checking of the eyes and reading the letters eyedops were administered . He called the pharmacy to re -order eyedops . A follow up appointment was made for other tests .

Dr.Radetzky was amazing.. I was nervous and scared abt my vision and he made me at ease and was a breath of fresh air.. not to mention I can speak to him in Spanish! My appointment was schedule for 5:15, the doctor didn't see me until almost 7. Never saw DR Nicholas, so there is not " nice to meet you, Luis" Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and informative about insurance policies, coverage and fees, but did not updated me with waiting time or offer any hospitlty resources ( water, coffe or tea.

The wait was ridiculously long (might want to allow more time in between appts). The same exact song played for over an hour! (No music at all would of been best) The doctor was on "vacation" a heads up, would of been nice and professional, so would had been a smile.
