Tooth pain is never fun but the staff at NYC endodontics made it a much better experience. From the initial call the receptionist was accommodating friendly and reassuring. They were able to accommodate me the following day and when i was still having extreme pain the day after my procedure the Dr. Linenberg fit me in her schedule to help alleviate the pain. She continued to text me throughout the weekend to check in. Top notch service and office

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Boyd and she is amazing. I am so grateful to her for the great work she did, and the calming manner in which she explained what was going on. I was a little nervous at first but soon realized there was nothing to worry about. I liked that they are upfront about the costs and willing to work with you when you don't have good insurance. Kudos to the office staff as well. Thank you for an awesome experience.

This is one of the best run dental practices I have ever seen. I had a root canal done and never felt any pain and left the office with a sense of total well being. Dr Resnick was superburb, compassionate and caring. It was actually a wonderful experience. Wow.

To say that I am pleased with Dr. Scott Resnick and entire staff at New York City Endodontics would be an understatement. From the lovely lady that made my appointment (I'm sorry, i forgot her name?) to the state-of-the-art immaculate facilities and equipment....to J.R. and Michael who assisted - and then Dr. Scott Resnick! Wow! I called on a Wednesday for an emergency appointment - told them i was in unbearable pain and got an appointment the very next day! Dr. Resnick has a wonderful bed-side manner. The procedure was painless! He even made me laugh at times. Imagine that - laughing while having a root canal! Incredible. If that wasn't enough, he called me that night to check up on me! I feel extremely fortunate to be in Dr. Resnick's gifted hands. Thank you to everyone for making me feel so comfortable!

I was referred to New York City Endodontics, as I was in need of an emergency root canal. They took me within two hours. Dr. Resnick was amazing. I'd never had a root canal and he explained each step to me as he went along. The lever of care from the front desk to Dr. Resnick and Joanna was top notch. I would highly recommend this office.

I had the most comfortable experience ever getting a root canal. From the front desk associates to the Endodontists, to the Endodontists assistant, it was all such a lovely, warm, and trusting experinece. Dr. Christina Boyd performed my root canal and her assistant Sergio was also amazing. I felt calm and in good hands. Dr. Boyd is such a professional with a fantastic bedside manner and she reassured me that all would work out well and all went well. She was very thorough as she explained the procedure to be performed before hand, and I understood all of the steps as she described. She was super gentle, talented, warm, and confident in her work through her positive vibes. If I ever had to get a future root canal which I hope not, I would definitely return to New York City Endodontics and get my work done by Dr. Christina Boyd. I am sure that the other Endodontists are great as well but she's the one for me. I am also recovering from my root canal procedure very well with no issues. I am extremely thankful for the wonderful service and respect I received. Thank you Dr. C. Boyd and all of your staff members. Two thumbs up and 5 stars! P.S. Hi Leslie (at the front desk)... fifth root canal by dr resnick. the last two were totally painless. most pain free injections in nyc. dr resnick is super knowledgeable & ultra fast & efficient technique. first root canals done circa 1998. none of root canals failed. all saved the teeth.

Beginning with a most gracious receptionist/scheduler, my experience with the pertinent Dr. proceeded with excellent care. Time was not a factor as whatever time was required was taken. There was no hurrying, just appropriate care. I required time after the procedure to recuperate and was given gracious attention. I was very impressed.

Absolutely amazing experience at NYC Endodontics from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone (with major props to the front desk intake staff!) is exceedingly pleasant, which put me at ease and allayed my fears. They answered every question in detail, asked follow-up questions of their own, gave clear and professional instructions, explained anything and everything possible. The state-of-the-art office was spotless and social distancing and protective measures were in full effect, which I highly appreciated (staying masked, washing hands on entry, sitting 6 feet apart, enclosed front desk - all the things!). Dr. Bair and every member of her team are gems! My experience in the chair, though long and arduous, was as efficient, thorough, careful, and kind as one could ever hope for. I walked in annoyed, in pain, and frustrated. I walked out one step closer to pain-free and a whole lot more hopeful for my dental future. Thank you, NYC Endo!

I had a very bad tooth that needed a root canal. After searching for an in-network Endodontist with my insurance, I found NYC Endodontics, Dr. Donaldson. She was great. Even though I had some anxiety, she made me feel relaxed as I could be and was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. I barely felt any of the shots she gave me and the numbing was overdone like I've had from other Dentists. She advised me to take a Motrin which she supplied before the anesthetic was going to wear off. I did and that was the only one I used. I had no major pains and the next day I felt great. I highly recommend her.

This is a wonderful practice. From the initial phone call to make an appointment, to the care in the front office, to the office's communication, to the practice itself, everything was really great. They were especially accomodating to my financial needs and I really appreciate their willingness to work with me. Also, the post-care was great - the endodontist called me herself the evening after the procedure to see how I was feeling and was completely accessible to me in the days following the procedure. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have both seen Dr. Scott Resnick, and we both had the same experience. He is extremely careful and professional, even though he works quickly. He makes sure that his patients do not feel pain, and he uses the latest equipment for everything. He also explains each and every step of what he is doing, and his calm expertise and detailed knowledge are very reassuring. He called us in the evening to check on how we were feeling, and called back promptly if there was a question. No-one looks forward to seeing their endodontist, but Dr. Resnick made the whole experience as painless and smooth as possible. Highest recommendation!

The most modern installation imaginable; terrific efficiency; Dr. Resnick obviously a top-top practitioner, and was compassionate and clear -- provided excellent information throughout. He managed to do entire procedure in a single hour sitting, and left me confident. He followed up that evening to make sure all was well. Needless to say, procedure itself was painless. Nobody wants to have root canal, but this was unimaginably better than the experience I expected, and I would recommend this practice to anybody who needs endodonture.

Dr. Bair is absolutely amazing at her job. I have had other root canals in my past, but hands down Dr. Bair was the best. She helped control the discomfort, educated me every step of the way, and had an impeccable bedside manner. The office staff was also very accommodating, especially in getting me in last minute. I was referred to Dr. Resnick by my excellent dentist of several decades (Lloyd Feinberg) for a problem that needed immediate attention. I was seen promptly the day of the referral and treated the next morning. I quickly understood why Dr Feinberg sends his patients here. Dr Resnick is meticulous and thorough. He is a stellar diagnostician as well as a very skilled specialist. He is an excellent communicator and very personable to boot. The facility is immaculate and very technically sophisticated. The staff is very capable, efficient and friendly.

Dr Zicarelli and his staff were impressive from the very first starting with Dr. Zicarelli’s responsive call to me on Saturday after I called his service with an emergent issue.. He immediately scheduled me for an appointment that Monday and the office itself was pristine and meticulously followed all protocols to keep patients, doctors and staff safe. Dr. went through all hoops to determine whether I needed a root canal including 3D and regular xrays and topical testing of the tooth. All equipment in the office was new as was the office which is wonderfully decorated. Net -net doctor didn’t see any evidence of nerve deterioration other than what I told him anecdotally so we decided to take a conservative approach and see if wearing my night guard (which I hadn't been wearing) would relieve pressure on tooth and pain would subside. Let’s see however if I do have to go back I would do so without trepidation

I only wish Dr. Z did regular dentistry and oral surgery, too. I think that he is the best dentist a mouth could have!! His manner is friendly and upbeat which puts one at her ease. His explanation are of complex conditions are incredibly clear and understandable. He is very smart and very human . Four years ago, he did a root canal on me. I changed dentists after that and did not have reason to go back to him---until last week when tooth 31 was identified for extraction. I did not understand why the tooth had to be etracted. Neither the dentist nor the oral surgeon explained it to me clearly. I told my husband that the best dentist I had ever gone to was Dr. Z. He suggested I go back to him, but I no longer had the same dentist to direct me nor did I remember his name. I only remembered that I went to Viand Coffee Shop before the root canal four years ago. I went back to Viand and walked across the street to the only office building on the block. I asked the concierge if there was a root canal doctor in the building. He said that he had moved to 60th Street. When I reached the office, I knew I had found the promised land. The efficiency and friendly attitude of the receptionist was wonderful. Dr. Z was as good this week as he was 4 years ago. He is Mr. Wonderful of the dental profession.

Everything about this office is wonderful. From the instant greeting and explanations from Rachel at the front desk to each person who helped me, it was a supportive and excellent experience. Dr. Resnick explained every step of the way and was deeply concerned that there be no pain during my root canal (there was none). It was also the cleanest, most organized space I've ever been in. Better than a 10!

I have had more root canals than I can count, and this practice is the absolute best out there. From the friendly and efficient front desk staff, to the talented endodontists and their assistants. Dr. Linenberg has the gentlest touch, and is patient and kind. If I ever need another root canal, I am going straight back to her! And the office is beautiful. The office and staff at New York City Endodontics is absolutely incredible! I'm always (understandably) nervous at the dentist's and endodontist's office, but not here. I immediately trusted that I was in very good hands here. The office space is modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff were also very accommodating, answered all of my pesky questions, made the registration process easy, and explained to me my insurance benefits for the work being done in very easy terms. I've been to other offices where the desk staff clearly don't want to be there and are unhelpful. That is NOT the case here! I was there to see Dr. Boyd for a root canal, and she's absolutely fantastic. Her bedside manner is calming, she is knowledgeable, patiently explained my x-rays and discussed my options. She clearly cares about not just fixing teeth but about her patients individually. And the best part, I had no pain during the procedure! I couldn't have had a better experience.

Dr. Scott Resnick is the best endodontist a patient could ask for. Needless to say, he is extraordinarily competent, professional, and efficient. In addition, he is patient and understanding (I am a very difficult patient in that I am afraid of novocaine injections), and he took the time necessary to reassure me, explain to me the procedure he was about to perform, answer all my questions, and gave me all the information I requested and needed. Knowing that I did not want to return for a second session, Dr. Resnick efficiently completed the procedure in one session. He even called that night to make sure I was doing well. Indeed I was and my mouth felt back to normal and pain-free in less than an hour. Dr. Resnick's staff is also exceptional. From the receptionists to the technicians and assistants (J.R. was particularly helpful and supportive), I was treated professionally and compassionately. I cannot praise highly enough Dr. Scott Resnick and his NYC Endodontics practice and would highly recommend them to anyone who need such services.

I met Dr. Resnick yesterday as my dentist was unsure if I needed a root canal. He is a lovely caring man and when he could not decide whether it was needed after numerous testing he erred on the side of caution. He then called me after dinner on his cell to see how I was doing and to urge me if I had any problems whatsoever to call him back. So unusual these days. I thought only the dentist who recommended him took personal calls on his off hours.

He was extremely thorough in explaining my tooth problem and, although I was fitted into his busy schedule, he gave me all the time in the world. I was not feeling well the morning of my appointment and was uncertain if I should come in . I called the office and spoke with Rachel who listened with kindness and asked me appropriate questions. This dental experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. The care and thoughtfulness from the staff including Sergio Dr. Z’s assistant was phenomenal. Dr. Z’s skill as a Dentist is exceptional . Rude & in a rush. She almost broke my front teeth with clamps and what ever metal that surround the tooth with. Then left broken metal floating around in my mouth so I literally had to spit it out onto my chest for them to realize it was there. She wouldn’t listen to my constant plea that I don’t respond to novacane. Bed side manner was over all shitty. And for the price they charge I would expect a little more understanding. They take advantage of their patients with no insurance. I wouldn’t recommend seeing Dr. lineneberg even if your dentist refers her to you.

Never had to wait. The office is state of the art. The tooth that was infected was a molar on left side. I had a root canal on that tooth 20 years ago. The difference is this time I could see from the Xray that their was a curve in the root. The office has the most up to date techology that this time the root canal was completely removed.
