It was a warm, welcoming environment. Natural Smiles is very, much appropriately named. From Valerie, to Eduardo to Dr. Mercado. Professionalism with kindness, great care and many smiles. I've booked an appointment for my husband and will sing the praises of this dental practice to any and all who are looking for a reputable, kind and knowledgeable establishment!!!

Had my teeth cleaned. On of the things I don't like is a lot of water on my face. Eduardo did an excellent job. I was super comfortable during the whole cleaning. They are always so kind there, too. I had a meeting that got scheduled unexpectedly, which would delay me getting to the office by about 15 minutes, and they were able to accommodate the delay. When people ask me about dentists, I always recommend them.

Both the dentist and hygienist were very thorough and helpful and took the time needed to explain what they were doing and what was needed. The dentist wasn't pushy about the work needed and worked with our schedule as much as possible. The receptionists were very kind and helpful also.

The staff team, Victoria & Cat, are courteous, pleasant, prompt and professional with their service. The dentist, Dr Mercado, was also pleasant, professional and has a kind and caring demeanor. Most importantly, he took the time to communicate (talk) & discuss my dental condition. Dr Mercado provided the options for dental solution, patiently explained the technical process that will be involved and answered my questions respectfully. I was also provided the fee estimate for the procedures, the same day. I think my consultation visit was very productive, since I was given more education & information and I am now feeling more comfortable & confident with my future decision without feeling pressured.

At first sight, this private little practice looks a bit small and unorthodox. But, the front desk attendant is friendly and helpful, my dental hygienist was very experienced, thorough, and friendly (and gentle too). I will be returning for my dental work to this little spot no question 👌🏼.

I love this practice. The dentist and staff couldn't be nicer. I got great care as always. My only complaint? My husband and I are working parents. It's really, really hard to find time to go to the dentist and my husband went in late to work in order for me to go to the appointment this week. I wish you offered occasional Saturday or evening hours because A. that would be a godsend and B. would be a great marketing tool for you and to set you apart because most dentists aren't that accommodating to working parents and families. Just a suggestion. I appreciate everything you do!

I am a patient of Dr Arias And this was my first time at Dr Mercado’s office for a CT scan. I had a very familiar experience to what I usually get from Natural smiles winter park office. Friendly and fast check in. They have are taking a lot of safety measures put to protect both customers and staff. Temperature check upon arrival and a thorough questionnaire before the exam. Everything was done on IPad for more accessibility and accuracy. Dr Mercado was very professional and took the time to explain things to me. The office was being cleaned after each patient very thoroughly while I was there which gives a true sense of safety. I was happy with my first visit and I would gladly go back. I highly recommend visiting Natural smiles as they are professional Friendly and they really do care.

My seven year old is very nervous about anything that can "hurt". He had to get a filling and the whole office put him at such ease about it and informed him of everything happening . I live in the Fort Myers area and I'm visiting my sister for a while. I've been having dental issues recently and my bridge just came out. They squeezed me in and saw that I had complications but I wouldn't be here long enough to use them. If I lived here I would definitely use them. The entire staff was great.

The best dentist I’ve been to! Does great work and everyone is always very friendly. Never pushy and doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. I’ve been to a few dentists that will try to tell me I need new this or that, or cleanings with a waterpik are extra, but this place is not like that at all! I’ve sent my husband, friends, and several coworkers here based on my experience and they were all very impressed! I haven’t missed a cleaning since I’ve been going here!

Natural Smiles of Orlando was welcoming from the moment I walked into the office. The appointment was quick and efficient, with no worries or concerns. The staff was friendly and took the opportunity to get to know me, which in return made me feel more at ease during my appointment. I was so pleased with Dr. Mercado and the thoroughness of his examination. The cleaning was a very good one and both him and his tech listened when I said I had very sensitive areas in my gums. The receptionist went out of her way over the holidays to be sure my insurance information and x-rays from the previous dentist were all in order for the appointment. That was very much appreciated!

I just changed dentists, starting with Natural Smiles Orlando. They worked with me to get a fast appointment. They have educated me on how important it is to ask the dentist's office if they are "in network" of my dental insurance provider, versus "do you take my insurance." While they confirmed that my previous dentist was correct in her diagnosis, I will be getting the procedure at less than 1/2 of what I was quoted at my previous dentist.

This was my first visit and it was a bit of an emergency. I appreciate the staff scheduling an appointment for me to see Dr. Mercado as soon as possible even though I wasn't an established patient. The staff is awesome and Dr. Mercado has great bedside manor. He is so friendly and gentle. Ilike that he takes the time to make sure as a patient, all questions are answered before he walks away. I'm pretty sure I just found my new dentist!

I was so nervous about getting my teeth cleaned as I haven’t been in years. I was more embarrassed than anything. But that flew right out the window. They took amazing care of my teeth. I feel like I have a whole new mouth. Not only did I have excellent care I also was well educated in all aspects. All my questions were answered and I totally understood the ins and outs. I’m also pregnant and i called around to other practices and they insisted on having me take X-rays or they wouldn’t see me. I’m so glad I was referred to this practice. And I’m actually excited to go again.

Everything was great. Dr. Mercado and his staff were all super friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions and come up with a treatment plan going forward. Additionally, I have had dentists in the past guilt me for not taking perfect care of my teeth, but Dr. Mercado respected me, and told me the importance of brushing a full 2 mins, flossing, etc. I would highly recommend this Practice.

The best visit I've had. The office staff is friendly and inviting. The Doctor is down to earth and easy to talk to which made it easy to discuss all my concerns and questions. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years because the last experience with a previous dentist left me drained. I went in for a check up and cleaning. I had cavities (many), but OMG the treatment was painless and great. I was so happy with the experience I opted to get the zoom whitening and have already seen results. I def would recommend Dr. Mercado to everyone. In addition, I brought my 3 year old son which has never seen a dentist and my son had an amazing experience, still brings up the doctor while we brush his teeth and the visit was over a month ago. THX Dr. Mercado I love my new clean and fresh smile.

I've been coming to this Dentist location since the early 90's when it was owned by Harmini K. Sidhu. I would walk in and Joyce (front desk) and others would call me by name like Norm on the TV show Cheers. Time has passed and it looks like the new Dentist who bought the Practice and his Staff are nearly on point. The only reason I state only is because time hasn't been there but I feel just as welcome as I always have. I'm terrible at names and I cannot pick anybody out in particular so I'll just state that all of them are top notch and give me no reason to go anywhere else for my Dental needs. As Arnold has always said "I'll be back......"

Natural smiles provided me with the absolute best dental experience I have ever had (and there have been many). From check in to check out everything was great. but most importantly, the actual dental work performed by Dr. Jorge Mercado and his assistant Kat was of the finest quality and completely painless, which was a really big relief for me. I wilI will never see another dentist again, with the exception of Dr Jorge Mercado. And fortunately, he is a lot younger than i am, so he will be available for the duration. I highly recommend Natural Smiles Dentistry.
