I had a cap come loose on Jan 1st. I left message on after hours line and Molly contacted me within 30 mins and determined if it was critical or could be taken care of on normal day. They got me in early the first day they were open and quickly got it taken care of.

I really enjoyed the "bed side manner" that the Hygienist (Dentist) provided. He clearly explained everything he was doing and why. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I appreciate the fact that I simply asked about teeth whitening and he took the initiative to notify the front desk of my interest.

I was disappointed that I was not seen by a dentist at my appointment. Neither my wife or I have ever had a dental appointment where the dentist did not do an exam. I gave up a day of work (and pay) to keep the appointment and maybe would have considered rescheduling if I had known. I didn't know I wasn't going to have an exam until the hygienist said "all done" and asked if I wanted a toothbrush.

I have had some really awful dental encounters in the past so when I found , Dr Molly and Mountain View dental , I knew I would be a customer for life or until Dr Molly retires. I have virtually pain free visits every time. Everyone is so gentle, friendly and caring. I recommend them to everyone who will listen .

100 Stars. We are new to the area and needed to establish with a dental office. Previously, while calling around for scheduling and such, we were extremely happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the front office staff. The appointment for cleaning and exam was yesterday, and we walked away happier than we could imagine. incredible front office staff and the hygienist and doctor were equally superb. In summary, WOW!

Never thought I would type the words "I had a delightful experience at the dentist!" ;) Cleanings with Jen are always a good experience - She is not only great at her job, but she is just generally great to be around. Appointments are usually 50% cleaning & 50% laughing... The next morning I came in to get a filling and I've got to say - this was hands down the best dental experience I've had. (I think his name was Dr. Jake?) He was so kind and did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail. I hope he is a permanent addition to the staff!

Mountain View Dental is a great place to get dental care. I like My dental assistant and she and I have talked through the years about our lives, both the highs and the lows. The doctors are great, making problems, if any, clear and giving you the information you need to make an informed decision. I highly recommend this office.

I love the team at Mountain View Dental in Forest Grove. The staff is always friendly. Wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Last time, Dr. Molly even noticed something that I hadn’t even been having problems with- a cracked crown. They were able to set up a follow up appointment to fix it in just a few weeks. Over the years, I have been to a few different dental offices. This is by far the best dental office around. They are always kind when going in. Both dentists do excellent work. I have even had another dentist comment on how well my dental work from this office looks. I appreciate all of the people in the office and their hard work to make my visits a positive experience.

These Dentists and Assistants are really good and friendly. I’ve been coming here for about 12 years now and I don’t say I enjoy it but I do like talking to Julianna when I’m getting my teeth cleaned. She is super easy to talk to and we catch up on each other’s lives. I highly recommend this office!

I really struggle with going to the dentist...call it "dental trauma" lol and I will admit that it was tough to walk in and I was anxious. My experience with every person at the Mountain View Dental office was above average. They were kind, efficient, professional and the office itself is very clean and well maintained. Always a pleasant experience. I came in for a temp crown. Kris and Dr Saunders explained everything before we started. The numbing was done gently and was given time to work. Normally I get sweaty palms during the drilling but she went slow and numbed me up plenty. Kris made imprints and made my temp. Explaining everything along the way. Mt. View is out of network for my insurance so I got a 2nd estimate with an in network provider it was even more expensive down the road. Will always use Mt. View for my dental needs. Chad Zechmann

Service was great, but seeing someone in 2 masks and a face shield makes me angry that someone running a business would do that to their employees. I don't think you understand what you are doing and you are only follow a governor guideline and not a law. Sad to see. I'm disappointed in your response to a virus that has a 99.9% survival rate. The staff is great, but the management I don't agree with.

I love Mountain View Dental. Both of the dental hygienists are amazing. Very personable and gentle while cleaning my teeth. Ditto for the two dentists. I had a crown come out and they were able to see me immediately to put in a temporary. They also work really well with my orthodontist. Oh, and the front of office is great too. I highly recommend this team.

As a child and young adult, I did not enjoy going to the dentist. In fact, I was subject to dreams involving tooth extractions, etc., that quite soured me on dental appointments, though our dentist was excellent. As a grown woman, however, I have been impressed and very comfortable with my dental appointments at Dr. Mollie Saunders' practice. Dr. Saunders' calm demeanor and infusion of humor into the visit have gone a long way toward decreasing my dental anxiety. The staff is comprised of technicians whose skills are top-notch and whose social interactions with patients are at once calming and interesting. The receptionist is very friendly; the dental hygienists are on top of their game (I've had bad dental care in the past so I have a bit of a phobia about dentists and pain) and proactive about fears and concerns about pain. I was really nervous about having the novocain shot because I'd had a bad experience at another dentist office.I had done my last two filling with out being numb but this cavity was bad so I had to get the shot. Dr.Molly was so good I did not feel a thing and my mouth did not hurt after the filling.

Mountain View Dental did a great job cleaning my teeth and helping me to understand potential concerns regarding my future dental health. I have very sensitive teeth (made much worse by several years of adult braces) and the dental hygienist was very careful to make sure that I was not having pain. She started with an oral anesthetic rinse to minimize my sensitivity and then kept checking in with me as she was cleaning to make sure I was ok. She also reviewed our schedule for regular office cleanings to ensure my teeth remain healthy. Great visit. Thank you!

It was an incredible experience with Dr Molly at the Helm I know I need not worry and trust her 100%, but I'm not a fan of possible pain. Dr. Molly kept me updated with the game plan, provided options and adjusted to make sure I was super comfortable. This Crown prep was way better than a simple cleaning and basically painless thanks to her over site. The assistant was right on top of things and was ready with everything, very efficient and attentive.

They understand and make sure I am comfortable at all times, and so good at what they do I've actually dozed off during procedures. No one ever likes going to the dentist and I definitely agree with that but this has been the best cleaning that I have had - EVER! It was not just the polite and professional nature of each staff member that I came into contact with (although that was super awesome) but I appreciated being shown my x-rays and having it all explained to me. This is the 1st and only time that a staff member (her name is Jules) has taken the time to review my x-rays with me and I left with a better understanding of the next steps. Knowledge is power and I greatly appreciate that the team took time to share some of their knowledge with me.
