Everything was great, but I shouldn't have had to come in 15 minutes early just to sit for an extra 15 min to wait for appointment. This is hard on me because I'm on bedrest. I would have given 5 stars if I wasn't asked to wait an extra 15 minutes for no reason

I had a problem with my line of sight and I called for an appointment. Even though it was mid afternoon, I was see the next day. They were thorough and professional. Everything was explained in layman’s terms. They even called the surgeon to get me an appointment as soon as possible. I have been a patient of Modern Eyes for many years and would never think of going any where else.

Dr. Kanji and Dr. Pham have been great. My kids and I are all seen here and have had great service from the doctors. Sometimes the front office staff that take appointments are not as helpful. I had one schedule a wrong time when confirming with me over the phone. When I got the email reminder I called because the time was wrong and could not come at that time. Have had other issues when calling in to try to schedule or ask for questions. Much better service in person than over the phone.

Great experience. From the initial scheduling to checkout I had an overall great experience. Every person I spoke to was very nice. I could tell they at least enjoyed their job. Everything including my financial obligations, my vision, my glasses options, my dry eyes, was explained to me straightforward. I loved the tech and the doctor. I enjoyed conversation and laughing with them. It was a very comfortable place. I even seen patients laughing and joking out of their exam rooms. I'm so glad I found this office.

We have recently moved into the area and needed to get established with a new optometrist. Even though, I got some unexpected news of needing to see a retina specialist, Dr. Pham and the desk staff were VERY helpful. They called to make my appointment while I was there to make sure the appointment with the specialist fit my schedule. They also made sure my insurance was accepted at the specialist’s office. The insurance website was down, but they followed up so I wouldn’t have to. I appreciate the care for their patients and going above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of before stepping into the retina specialist’s office.

I have been seeing Dr Pham for 3 years and been very happy until this year. Dr Pham misdiagnosed an eye infection. My last contacts she changes brands. Everything was fuzzing with them. This part is my fault in that I didn’t go back right away because of family obligations out of state. I went back & she changed me back to my usual brand problem solved. Problem here is I used my insurance monies on the first brand. So, between going to a Ophthalmologist and buying more contacts I am out a lot of money thru no fault of my own.

This office is really great. It took a little bit past our appointment time to be seen, but we didn’t feel rushed and Dr. Kanji took the time to address any concerns we had. Dr. Pham told me to get gel drops which are 100x's more effective than just plain eye drops. She gave me a coupon that took $4 off the price of the gel drops. She helped me get surgery on my right eye's lower eye lid because my eye lashes are pointing towards my eye.

First visit in the clinic and everyone welcomed me and my daughter warmly. The office and spaces are very clean. The staff was great they are friendly, respectful, kind and professional. Dr.Pham explained everything to me in a very clear manner. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for their patient as a person. Facility is good, doctors are great, front end and optometrist seem to be a bit overwhelmed as they can be hard to reach or get a response from. Glasses are overall very expensive comparatively and the plastic lenses even with scratch protection are garbage. Mine were just replaced weeks ago and only cleaned with cleaning cloths and microfiber, they are already scratched.

Visited on 2/19 and had the smoothest eye exam and glasses order I can remember having ever. Things seem to have moved past getting blasted in the eye by air quite a bit and the retinal imaging was a valuable tool for checking my eye (and overall) health. They even had my lens prescription in stock and were able to take care of me then and there for a new pair of glasses so I could get back to driving! Thanks team, I appreciate you.

From the time I walked in the door to visiting with the doctor to picking out my glasses I received personable care! Very engaging and friendly staff. The doctor provided visual education and explained things in a simple to understand manner. My only suggestion (realizing this is not the norm for this practice) is to install a changing table in the bathroom. It’s very disheartening to have to change your baby on the ground!

I think a set should be on hand at all locations.
