My family and I are established long term patients of Dr. Bullin and MS Eyecare Associates and for the first time in years I’ve never been more disrespected by his staff members. His staff has always been so pleasant in the past but unfortunately Amanda decided to speak rudely to me as I was trying to get an understanding about my kids’ glasses. Her attitude was above & being unprofessional and I personally wouldn’t have her working in my office mistreating my patients. Even on the day I picked up my kids’ glasses as another staff member was assisting me with my order, Amanda decided that she would stand at the front desk and stare me down. This was after the young lady that was assisting me told her that I was there to pick up my kids’ glasses. I felt very uncomfortable as a patient and as long as staff members are treating patients this way my family and I will not be returning back to the clinic. Dr. Bullin has put in a lot of time and effort towards his patients for his staff to be making his patients feel uneasy about making appointments or anything else dealing with his office. I had to ask the young lady that was assisting me 3 times about making appointment for my son to get fitted for contacts and she continued to brush me off. It wasn’t until the 4th time I asked about the appointment is when she decided to assist me. This was very upsetting to me. Working with staff like Amanda and the other young lady, patients will continue to leave because the very rude and unprofessional! Thanks, Mrs. Fredrika Whitlock

The staff was so friendly and patient with me. Dr. Bullin took time to explain the test results. He has been treating me for some high eye pressure and he took time to explain what that meant and how he is working to get those numbers down.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I waited 2 hours to be called to the back. I had an appt. I think they should do a better job of fitting the walkins in on the schedule instead of having people with an appt be put behind for walkins.

I really enjoyed the professional atmosphere. Thank you for how you took care of your clients during this pandemic. One minor issue I did not receive any type of receipt. The receptionist stated that it would be sent to my phone,but I have yet to receive it.

My appointment was at 2:30 pm and I was on time. But I did not see the doctor until 4:30. Not good customer service as it relates to my time. Way too many people who were walk-through customers. Once I saw the doctor, the visit went well.

This establishment is one the best way practices I have been to. Every time I have went there they made me feel welcomed. Dr. Bullins is a great doctor and he gets to know his patients and he pays attention to your needs and even what you may be going through. Best decision in my life when I started going to him. He diagnosed a eye condition just by walking into the room and looking into my face

When I arrived, there was a group of patients standing at the front door. The office staff and Doctor were having a meeting. I think that it is rude to schedule patients at opening of business and have them to wait outside. The office personnel needs to scheduled these meetings earlier or end them promptly when a nine o'clock appointment shows up.
