I had a 930 appoinmnt and waited, and waited until approximately 10;45 to be taken back to the exam room! After the exam, a diagnosis was relayed to me that I had suffered an eye stroke. The clinic staff told me they would call me the next day with a referral to a speciaist practise. NO APPOINT NO PHONE CALL, You dropped the ball!!!l

Too much time for an appointment, almost 2 hours with a room full of patients. It appears that there is a lack of organization for scheduling or more staff is needed to get patients in and out in a timely manner. Other than this, everyone was professional and kind, it was just too much time waiting.

Upon entry, I was greeted and given paperwork to complete. I was advised that my insurance had been verified. Upon completion of the necessary paperwork, I was told exactly what my insurance would cover, the wait was not very long, and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. The doctor was personable, and his bedside manner was exceptional. I felt that I was getting the BEST care possible. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone; I would also like to thank the entire staff for making me feel so comfortable during my visit.

Dr. Irving and her staff are extremely professional, courteous and helpful! I've worn glasses for years and I've used several eye doctors, but with Mississippi EyeCare you don't only get glasses, you get an education to go along with it! And the great price is bonus! I was a walk in with pain and fast deteriorating vision, particularly, in my right eye. Thought the office was full, I was seen though late in the day. The staff was very friendly, made me comfortable and did all the preliminary tests. Then Dr. Bullin came in, very pleasant and professional;. He analyzed the tests and gave me the bad news in the most consiuderate manner possible and advice for going forward. I never expected to be treated so well.

Everyone is very friendly. They're are efficient and attentive when it comes to picking glasses and ordering contacts. I would definitely recommend them!

This was an "emergency" visit, my son's glasses were broken at school. We were able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Bullin and his staff are always very friendly and professional.

The office was nice the staff was kind and answered my questions. I felt very welcome to be there. My only concern is that after the eyes are dilated there were no disposable shades. I think that when the appointment is made maybe suggesting we bring shades in case our eyes need to dilated. Other than that I am very happy with your services.
