Very pleasant staff. From the time we check in to exam to fitting our glasses.

I'm so glad to be back at mission optometry. All staff is thorough n nice. Everything was explained and I never felt rushed.

The ladies at the office are so friendly and professional. The doctor took his time asking if we had any questions and made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving the office.

All new personnel except one woman I remember. Check in quick. It was busy in office and it took awhile to see the optometrist. He was friendly and detailed in my exam. He is apparently a “fill-in”. Not sure what’s going on with regular staff. No explanation offered.

I was a little unhappy that I was not able to use my Health Net insurance because I did not get a referral prior to my appointment. I was able to use my husband's insurance, but my insurance would have paid a bit also, had I had a referral in advance.

I think the staff making appointments should ask if they don't know about whether an appointment can be billed to health Insurance vs Visual Insurance. When they don't know something they would rather just say NO, than find out.

Dr. Joyce always spends the time necessary and fully explains your treatment and prescription. The staff is always friendly and takes care of your needs efficiently. I definitely would refer others to use this clinic.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time before having to leave for another appointment. Not once was I given a reason for the delay and in fact nobody said anything to me until I was driving off and someone from the office called me on my cellular.
