Dr. Mesna is the best of the best for surgical procedures. I had a botched tummy tuck with another surgeon. My healing and incision were 100 times better. After a 80 lb weight loss my arms needed help but I didn’t want a scar down the back of my arms. He performed an arm procedure with lipo and renuvion for skin tightening in which I am thrilled with the results!! I refer him to anyone I meet that is interested in surgical work!!!

I have come to Mesna for a number of years and seen Leslie and Leah. They're both very good. But, over the past year or so, my appointments with Leslie have seemed rushed as if not enough time was allocated for a consult, numbing/icing and the procedure. I have had more significant bruising lately and again, I feel like injections are being done more quickly without as much care to prevent serious bruising. My last visit (week of 6/5/23), I had to make another appointment to have a laser procedure to improve my bruising because it was so bad - purple, red and large. I think more time and carefully placed injections would help to prevent these serious bruises. I do not go out in public when they're this bad because I cannot cover them with make-up and I'm embarrassed as it looks like someone hit me. Plus, they're a bit disconcerting as I worry about complications from them.

It’s been 1 month and 3 days since I had my surgery. I had an extended tummy tuck and lipo of the chin and stomach. This was due to excessive skin on my abdomen after having my 10 lb daughter. Dr. Mesna exceeded my expectations. He always explained things thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The first week after the surgery was the hardest but after that I began healing quickly. Dominique was also super helpful and answered my emails promptly. Just want to say a great thank you for helping me to have my self-confidence again.

I met with Dr. Mesna to get a quote for surgery. This was my 3rd consult. I have never felt more “normal”. I’m not a tiny woman. My whole life the word “obese” has been how I have been seen. He explained everything in great detail. Provided a prompt estimate. Answered all questions I had prior to and during our consult. After going to a few places - I ultimately decided to move forward with this facility! Dr. Mesna is a wonderful doctor! Not only is he very talented but kind and knowledgeable. I love my tummy tuck! I felt his prices were very reasonable as well. I felt very comfortable pre and post surgery, even during a pandemic. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is just as welcoming and wonderful as Dr. Mesna. Great practice! Thank you so much!
