My daughter has the most amazing dental cleaning and check up ever yesterday at Dr. Rania Elbaz's office! Her dental hygienist Julia was absolutely out of this world amazing! So sweet, caring, friendly and so fun and diligent in her work. She helped my daughter feel so relaxed in the chair! My daughter literally gave her a hug at the end. Dr. Rania was awesome as always, with a sweet, caring, friendly demeanor and expressed great interest in my daughter's orthodontic dental plan as well. I was nervous about taking my 3 year old for his 1st dental appointment, but my fears quickly vanished as soon as I entered the office. Everyone, from the receptionists, the hygienist, to the doctor, were absolutely fabulous! They were super nice and very skilled in working with children; the office is clean, inviting, and entertaining for my little one. I am so happy I live only a few blocks away and look forward to bringing my son here for a long time!

Dr. Elbaz and her team are exceptional! My daughter loves going to the dentist because of their caring and accommodating nature. My son was scared during his first appointment, but everyone was very sweet and patient with him. What I was expecting to be a stressful experience (for myself and daughter) turned into a very easy and pleasant experience. All the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Rania Elbaz has been my daughters dentist for a number of years. We have been to other dentists and the dentistry might be have good, but Dr. Elbaz just treats my child like a kid. I have never met a Doctor with a bedside manner. I wish I could see her for myself, but she unfortunately for me specializes in pediatrics. On top of all that, she employs sweetest and most thorough hygienists I’ve ever met. My child feels nervous going in to the office and that all melts away as soon as the hygienists walks in.

The entire staff is always so pleasant and kind. Any extra fees or insurance discrepancies are always brought up as soon as I check my son in so there are no surprises. My son has been a patient of Dr. Elbaz since he was four years old. He is now 16 and she continues to intercept any potential issues (needing to do palate expander, now impacted wisdom tooth, etc.) before they become big ones. If anyone is in doubt about the need for pediatric dentistry, or have had a child that is reluctant to have their teeth cleaned in a "family" facility, they owe it to themselves to check out this practice.

I am sorry I forget the hygienist’s name who took care of my children because she was kind, patient and explained everything to them in a way they felt comfortable. My five year old was nervous about the X-rays but she talked him through it and successfully got the job done. Both kids left happy, feeling good and insisted on flossing at night after learning how important it is for them. Dr. Elbaz was kind and gentle and always. I’m loving this practice and tell all my mom friends! The office staff was friendly and helpful, as always! Thank you to Dr. Elbaz and her team!

As a new patient, I highly recommend Dr. Rania. The office staff was very polite and the office beach theme is adorable along with the stickers and prizes at the end of the visit. The staff was very thorough and understanding of my daughter's complex medical history. When Dr. Rania saw my daughter she was very kind, gentle and made my daughter feel at ease while finishing her assessment and cleaning. She thoroughly explained the x-rays, what she saw and gave reasons as well as possibilities of future treatments. You can tell she has been doing this a long time and cares about her patients. I will definitely be bringing my other children here as well.

My son always has a good experience with Merrick Pediatric Dentistry! He is only 5 years of age but is never scared to go to the dentist because the hygienists and Dr. Rania make it 'fun'. They explain what they are doing, let him touch the tools they are using, and most of all are patient and encouraging. They also provide sunglasses, a show on a screen, stickers and something from the prize box at the end of the visit. They explain everything to me, what to look out for, what to keep in mind as he grows, etc. The front desk is also a pleasure to deal with. I am VERY happy I found Merrick Pediatric Dentistry.

I will never take either of my children to any other dentist! My son is terrified of his dental appointments, and Dr. Elbaz and her entire staff are beyond patient with him! Every single step is explained, they let him feel all of the instruments, and they never push if he is uncomfortable. We went yesterday and they were able to get x-rays and do his cleaning. I’m not sure any other office would have been able to get that done!! They are the absolute best!!

Merrick Pediatric Dentistry has always made us and our son feel extremely comfortable irrespective of the anxiety he often struggles with. This year, in particular, we were worried since we skipped our cleaning this past April due to COVID19. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. The practice has implemented well thought out procedures in order to reduce concerns related to COVID19 and they are executed in a very child-friendly manner. It is also amazing to me that although our son only visits twice a year, the doctor and staff remember so many things about him and he always feels very welcome and excited to catch them up on his latest experiences. I am so happy with the level of care my children receive from the staff at Merrick Pediatric Dentistry!!! My 4 year old daughter was so nervous for her visit, crying her eyes out and refusing to sit in the chair. It took us some time to make her comfortable, but not once did anyone make me feel like she was disrupting their day. The level of kindness, patience and understanding was amazing and appreciated. By the end of the visit, my daughter was happy and smiling, and I’m pretty sure our next visit will be a lot easier for her!

Dr. Rania came to my son's preschool, we were new to the area so when it cane time to pick a dentist I saw good reviews and decided to take my boys to her. So glad I did. The entire staff is friendly and nice, I always judge a practice as much by their staff as the doctor. 5 stars all around. It was their first dental visits as the last few years have been crazy for us. My boys loved every second of their exams, all smiles the whole time. My little guy, who is going to be 3 in a few days, was so proud of himself staying still for his xrays! Glad to have not only found a great practice but one close to home too. My son had to have pretty extreme dental work done for a 5 year old and everyone who treated him was professional, yet talked him through the entire process in language he could relate to. This was our first visit to Dr. Rania Elbaz office and we were more than happy. We had been seeing a different pediatric dentist but needed to switch to someone new. My daughter was always nervous at the dentist and always required me to sit in the chair with her. We were greeted right away by the receptionist who was so nice and friendly.My daughter was nervous at first but once she met the hygienist Fran, she quickly relaxed. Fran was absolutely amazing and the office was filled with all different options of bibs and cleaning tips for the kids to pick out. She explained everything she was doing and made it exciting. Dr. Elbaz was so wonderful and spent a lot of time explaining our next steps. Couldn't believe that my daughter was so busy talking to everyone and didn't even look my way. I felt I was pushed into doing X-rays and my little 3 year old girl. I was also pushed into doing them when she was 2, but I refused. I agreed this time and was told she has 5 cavaties and they all need to be filled using laughing gas and novacaine which I felt was insane in such a young and small child. We went for serval other opinions who told me she has three small cavaties and can be filled using a numbing gel. I will not be returning here.

Dr. Elbaz and her staff are wonderful!!! The doctor explained everything to my 3yo and made her feel very comfortable. I am so pleased my daughter's 1st visit to the dentist was a success!!

No weekend hours for dental work- aka fillings. The reason why my wife and I left the last dentist was they only did procedures during the week. My wife and I work full time and it is hard for us to get leave from work. I wish that doctor Elbaz would reconsider the above decision .

I took my almost 3 year old for her first dental appointment with Dr Elbaz and she had a great experience. She keeps telling me she wants to go back to the dentist! Dr Elbaz and her entire staff are extremely patient, caring and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure my daughter felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Elbaz

Lexi needed to be seen for an accident that happened and her tooth popping out. The front desk was amazing! Sweet, kind and very welcoming!!! I really appreciated all of their help! This is a five star practice that children will remember for their entire lives and will want to provide for their own children. My son goes to the dentist, sits down with his sunglasses and watches the children's channel overhead while getting his cleaning like he is going to a spa on the beach. Dr. Rania and her hygienists listen to him and don't just pretend to listen. For kids fearful of dentistry the ONLY way to go is a pediatric dentist. It is much less intimidating for them.

I absolutely loved this office! Everyone from the receptionist, to the dental assistant and the dentist were wonderful! They explained everything that they were going to do and had a lot of patience with my son. I will defienetly continue to bring my son here and recommend them to my friends!

Everyone went above and beyond expectations. As usual, it was an extremely pleasant experience! The entire team was very patient and understanding with my daughter, who is a very nervous patient. The fact that she was able to get through the entire appointment with smiles and no tears is a testament to how amazing Dr Elbaz and Her team is with children, especially those with special needs. The clinical experience of the team is wonderful as well, and Dr Elbaz goes to great lengths to explain everything to the patient and parents. We love Merrick Pediatric Dentistry!
