I love the way Maumee Center for Eyecare treats you. From the staff to the doctors, they are all incredible!!!!All the doctors are very thorough with their exams and have such great personalities and make you feel very comfortable. Always a good experience there at Maumee Center For Eyecare. My insurance info is kept up to date, very easy to schedule and get immediate help when I need it. Dr. Paulus always makes me feel like I am in good hands. She and the staff are thorough in their exams, address all issues including progression of everything going on with my eyes. and I feel like she truly cares what is happening.

I've had many, many eye exams in the past but I have to say that my experience with everyone, especially Dr. Sarah Guzak, was the most professional and informative eye examination I've ever seen. The entire staff displayed a high level of courtesy and friendliness, along with efficiency and follow through. I highly recommend them.

I was so impressed by this office - beautiful and clean, very friendly office staff who got right down to business but also felt genuinely interested in building a positive patient rapport. The doctor was very knowledgeable, with a friendly bedside manner, explained things thoroughly and took her time to answer all the questions. I also appreciated the advice given types of contacts and price point. Those things are not always transparent and can leave a patient shocked at the end. I left feeling like I wanted to be friends with all of them!

The eyecare professionals were all very helpful and friendly. They checked my eyes, discussed all my concerns, and educated me on things I didn't know that related to the eye irritation I was experiencing. I feel they care about their patients. Was very unhappy about the nose pieces falling off my glass for 4 times and there was no acknowledgment that there may be a defect in the frames. Only said if I was unhappy I could get new frames for 25.00. They are under warranty I should not have had to pay anything. The ladies that help me only put the nose piece back on and I did not find them helpful. And they tried to say that it was my fault for the nose pieces falling off. They were not customer friendly.
