This is the best chiropractic practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Malcher was referred to me by my retiring chiropractor, Dr. Redleaf. who was the best chiro. up until then, so I knew she would be great! She uses many different healing modalities, and knows a lot about nutraceuticals and other forms of complementary healing. She thinks way outside the box, uses kinesiology to get answers instead of just using formulas, and is genuinely interested in healing your whole being. She does not just practice the same predictable adjustments on your back and neck, that a majority of chiropractors use. She thinks creatively, and listens attentively to what you have to say about your state of health and symptoms. She has a very busy practice, but will take the time with you to get you back to better health. She is genuine, kind hearted and very positive, as is her whole office staff. They seem happy to work there, and the patients that come in, (when we have time to chat ) say that they have had good results. I give MC the highest rating for their healthcare practice.

My first chiropractic visit was great (different from what I am used to), the second one was ok, and the third visit was nothing but a light massage. I guess I am used to getting "cracked" at past chiropractic visits but was not given any choices at Malchar. My third visit was also a "Wellness Visit". Even though I was intrigued with how Dr. Malchar did her assessment, I was a disappointed in my visit. I left there spending $287.00 and no itemized receipt. I knew that the visit was around $150 not covered by insurance and my copay for chiropractic is $30 so that leaves me with $107.00 that I paid for supplements with no explanation why I needed to take all these supplements that have ingredients from cows organs. All supplements I take are vegan. This is my fault for trusting Dr. Malchar and not asking questions. I should have looked up the ingredients before spending $107 because I would have never agreed to taking these supplements. I guess we learn by our mistakes. I really sorry this didn't work out but I don't feel I really got anything out of my visits. Thank you for you time.

I have had this problem for several years. I have been to chiropractic and physical therapy several times with poor results. Dr. Malchar treated me using an entirely different technique and discovered several problems. She had me take X-rays and referred me to a neurologist. For awhile my lower back has been hurting with a grinding feeling like rocks. Dr. Malchar had it fixed before I left my first appointment! Not to say that I don't have other issues to address, but definitely will be going back. Plus they are so nice!

All of the staff members were so welcoming and friendly. The environment was very comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Malchar did a great job helping with my back pain on my first visit and I can't wait for my future visits.
