Dr. Boudreaux is the most informative eye doctor I have ever seen. Though I hadn't been able to see him in two years due to covid, he looked back at my old records ahead of time and explained any concerns and uniqueness in my eyes. The tech and reception staff were patient and communicative with me about my insurance and financial expectations. I always feel supported when visiting maison optique. I have and will recommend them to anyone I know needing eye exams/services.

I have been to a few places for glasses over the last 30 years and I have never had such an awesome experience like this place. From the time I walked in the door, every person I dealt with were so courteous and so helpful, all the way to the Dr.. I left there so impressed And in awe because no a days it’s hard to find people that actually care and do their job.. This is the only place I will be going to from now on.

I got more than I expected. Knowing multifocal contact lenses come with compromises, I was ready to accept my first pair. However, Doctor Boudreaux said we could do better and he was right. He keeps up to date on the latest developments in eye care too. If you want RGP lenses, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Boudreaux.

Best eye doctor ever! I will forever refer people and always come back. The visit was great! Even though this was the second office that I have ever been to, I feel like it would be the only one that I would ever enjoy visiting. The staff was very helpful, kind, personable, and Dr. Boudreaux had more of a humanistic, client-centered approach, rather than a problem-centered one. In other words, I felt as though I was being treated as an individual person, rather than a problematic machine to be solved. Although I was there for a total of an hour and 45 minutes (which included an exam and a new contact fitting), it did not feel like that long of a duration because of the overall positivity within the environment. All in all, I am very satisfied with my visit, and look forward to my next. Thank ya'll!

I cannot praise Maison Optique enough. I recommended all of my friends and family to go here after my first appointment with Dr. Jeffrey last year. For years I went to an express eye doctor due to convenience, however after my insurance changed I found Maison Optique. His patience during the exam and thoroughness made me understand my eye health so much more than I ever had and I have never had a more clear prescription! 10/10 would recommend.

I hate to have to write this email because I truly enjoyed my visit to your office, but I am disappointed about a payment issue. I called to make an appointment a month ago. I told the receptionist I was referred to your practice by a coworker and wanted to visit as a new patient since you took my works insurance. I told her my insurance was UMR and she said I was covered. I asked if she needed the card information, and she said no bring the card to the appointment. After a lovely visit with your staff I was hit with a $200+ bill. I was warned in a confirmation call that I would have to pay for a $50 scan. I asked if my insurance covered it, you said no. I still I agreed to the charge. I was shocked when I was told in front of people I didn’t have insurance and my bill would be over $200 when I was expecting a $60+ tax bill. Dr. Boudreaux was kind enough to look at it and he did lower my bill.. But you can’t have patients like me coming in believing I am covered by insurance, because your employee told me I was then have me pay $154 which ended up being my total. The mistake was made by your practices and I think it’s unacceptable that I payed $100 more than expected because your employe made a mistake.

I will not be returning. I went in for my scheduled appointment and it was cancelled. They lady said she called, but couldn’t get through to me. The issue that made me very upset was when I asked for an excuse to let my job know I went there the 2 lady’s had an attitude as if they didn’t want to give me one and they didn’t! I told them don’t worry about it and I left. I will not be returning.

My appointment was a pleasant one, however, my eyes had to be dilated for my exam and I did not realize how the bright sunlight affected my vision as I walked out of the office to proceed to my car. Do you provide any of those sunglasses that cover your eyes. If so I was not provided with these.

Went in for a yearly exam last week. After arriving at the clinic the staff checked me and and only waited at the most five minutes before they took me back. The exam was completed in a very timely fashion by Jeff. He then passed me off to the contact lense technician. With having never worn them before she took extra time going over how to care and put them in. After fifteen minutes of time to let them settle into place Jeff then took me back into the Visio room and worked to get the script adjust precisely. After a very small contact adjustment was suggested the contacts were ordered. Would highly recommend using this group for your next exam.

Hands down the best experience I’ve had while getting an eye exam, contact lens fitting, and dry eye evaluation. I work Monday through Friday and generally have to leave work for all doctor's appointments. I was away from my office for a minimal amount of time as I was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. The receptionist at the window was very friendly and explained all paperwork she handed to me to sign. When I was brought to the back, the exam was done quickly and efficiently, and Dr. Boudreaux was in the room shortly after the technician finished. My chart was updated while I was in the room and discussed with me in detail. A contact fitting followed to make sure my contacts were still comfortable and moving with my eyes. The check out process was quick and efficient as well. A very pleasant experience all around!

I love visiting Dr. Boudreaux and his staff. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a patient of theirs for a few years now. Their reception is warm and immediate. They have a fantastic selection of eyewear and their staff is very helpful when it comes to picking out something that is right for your face and for your budget. The equipment they use during the exam is very high tech and thorough. They are careful to explain everything they are doing and what to expect. The wait times are minimal between the nurse and actually seeing the doctor. Dr. Boudreaux is so refreshing to work with. He truly listens and his "bed side manner" is exceptional. He is just the most personable and likable person which he backs up with his extensive knowledge. I am confident that you will not leave with a single question unanswered or doubt in your mind that you have received the best care from start to finish.

We were camping when I became concerned about my deteriorating vision in one eye. I had surgery in August and had good vision immediately afterward. Maison Optique fit me in within one day. This was my best experience at an optometrist I've ever had.. I did not feel rushed and I felt the nurses and Dr. Boudreaux were attentive to my issues. They used modern technology which I haven't seen at other optometrist. Dr. Boudreaux's office visit's are also reasonably priced and they worked with me to make it affordable since I did not have health insurance. Dr. Boudreaux himself is very friendly and answers questions along with going over everything he sees from the different evaluations performed. The assistance with choosing my glass frames and lenses was also over the top. She helped me pick out a pair that looked good and was affordable.

When scheduling an appt. please specify the day by date also. Last time I brought my daughters for their appt. I was told they didn't have them down for an appt. They looked and found d it was the next Wed. But, when I made the appt. I was told "Wed." If I am calling before a day of that werk, and told this, I am thinking that Wed. NOT the Z next Wed. Not too profesdional. Need more variety in frames.
