Walking in the door I felt welcomed and as if they have known me forever even though it was my first visit. Everyone made me feel comfortable. The whole appointment went well and Dr. Weiss had an action plan for everything and how we were going go correct my vision problem and made sure I understood what was going on as well. And the selection of glasses was amazing every shape, size, and color you could imagine!! Over all best place to go for your eye care!!

I love you guys. Erica adjusted my old glasses so they fit perfectly. She made sure that my ne glasses had the bells and whistles that I've gotten used to. She is a doll. Dr. Lisa is a total sweetheart. It is easy to feel comfortable that I couldn't be better taken care of. I always recommend this office. The best in Little Bagdad.

Have never visited an optometrist office & I was pleasantly surprised at how similar it was to going to a dentist - without the pain! I didn't realize how much I neglected my eyes, but now know better :) Wonderful service. Very nice facility & knowledgeable staff.

My experience was great. Maybe a few more things for my son to play with in the waiting room. A puzzle ball, not noisy, but engaging. A tic tac toe game made out of wood. Most kids would find these novel items interesting and not disrupt others.

My last annual check up visit (2012 ?)was paid 100% by my insurance. I received emails and text messages stating that this year's annual check up was past due. I scheduled my annual check up and when I checked out at the front desk I was charged $138.00 approx (less OcuSoft product). It would have been very helpful to know in advance that this year's annual check up would result in a fee. It would have been very helpful to know in advance that this year's annual check would include services that were not included last year (if this is the case) and that these services might not be covered under my insurance. If I brought up concerns in this year's appointment that required services/tests that might not be covered by my insurance, it would have been helpful to know so that I would have had the option to agree to or waive the services/tests even if the result would have been to leave the appointment without resolution of my concerns. Thank you.

We didn't get an explanation of our situation, but I think it is because we know we were their for a SDUSD Vision Assessment and that the results would be in the report. That was our expectation since it seems you need to analyze the information you collected before you have something to report/tell us. Staff was great. Super happy to have had you do his assessment. Look forward to the report.

The extra fees should be explained prior to takin the exam. It was my first time a great experience, but the extra exams with the extra copay, the $49 one to be specific, was not explained prior. That would be the only suggestion I have. Other than that the visit was excellent! Doctor is fantastic!

Your service was excellent and I have already recommended you to some family members.I was so happy when you told me I could make payments for my glasses.There was no way I could have paid the full amount at one time and I don't have any credit cards either so I would have had to get my glasses somewhere else at a cheaper price and cheaply made.I also have to get prescription sunglasses which I should have gotten 4 yrs ago and didn't because I couldn't afford them!Thank you so much for having a payment plan!

I haven't been to the optometrist in years so I was a little nervous. Dr explained everything to me in detail, which I am very appreciative of. I really enjoyed my visit and I am happy I came in. The girls at the front desk were happy and friendly. I will DEFINITELY return to this office and I have already told a family member that they should visit this office. I am also thrilled with the new machine that takes photos of the eye in place of dialation. I am happy that I had the choice to dialate my eyes or take the photo. Even though my insurance didn't cover the cost of photos taken my the new machine, I am happy my out-of-pocket cost was so low.

The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Melina (Melinda?) at the front desk is cheerful and fun to talk to; always so helpful! Erica streamlined the process of choosing my 11yr old son's glasses so that by the time I was done with my appointment they had it narrowed down to 3 pair and we were able to narrow it down to the fave in about 2 minutes. I expected to be there for a while, my time and sanity were saved! Dr. Weiss is easy to talk to and fun while still being professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this office to all of my friends and family.
