I was able to get in to see the foot doctor in a timely manner. The office staff was courteous, professional & knowledgeable about their profession. The doctor was punctual, professional & courteous as well. The diagnosis was in line with what I expected the results to be. The recommendation for treatment is also what I expected. A day after I was given a steroidal injection, my heel seems to be better. Nothing heals in one days time. My philosophy is Progress, Not Perfection. Thanks to the staff & Dr Walsh for getting me in so quickly. Now to heal & move forward in life

I was seen very quickly. I was told about getting paperwork online to save time when I arrived. That was very helpful. The technician took x-rays and was very careful so I would not fall. The doctor was to the point and explained everything to me and we proceeded with my prognosis and what to do about it and let me know to come back if needed. Overall a very good visit and it was helpful.

Everything about the process was easy! I was able to submit an appointment request online & received a call from the office to select a time. There was virtually no wait time once I got to the office to see the doctor. Everyone in the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They all put me at ease and made me feel comfortable while I was there awaiting a procedure and even throughout the procedure as well. She was able to diagnose my daughter's foot issue and come up with a solution that will fix the problem permanently. While the office staff and nurses are fantastic, helpful, nice, and patient with my questions the doctor I have seen is not. I also find it ridiculous that I had to make an appointment and pay my $50 co-pay to pick up my custom insoles when all the doctor did was ask me to put them in my shoes, stand up, and then tell the doctor how they feel and then the appointment was done! As a first time patient using custom insoles I do not know what to expect, I do not know how they are suppose to feel etc... either more involvement, help, questions from the doctor would have been helpful and useful or next time just let me pick up my insoles without seeing the doctor so I can save the $50 co-pay!

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The doctor would not listen to me and just told me to do cold/warm baths. I kept telling her about a pain I had that went up my leg and she said it was probably a tendon or that I loosened my ligaments. She also told me that I could go down a surgery route if I wanted to. Never explained if I needed it or why that was even an option. Went in because my sprained ankle hurts more than ever before and the pain goes too far up my leg. She barely touched my ankle. I went to another doctor and turns out my condition is more serious than what she had told me. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I went to the office a bit nervous. I went in for a ingrown toenail. The Dr reassured me that it would not hurt. The numbing injection would be a bit uncomfortable though. Once the Dr started the injections which didn’t hurt after all. The Dr made sure my toe was numb. He explained everything as well as the nurse. I was very pleased when I left. I will definitely go back if need to.

I think it was premature to remove the nail, versus applying antibiotics for a few days, or soaking in epson salt a few days or whatever and re-evaluating in a few days. Due to the damage I see now that I have to care for the wound, it does not appear it was barely hanging on as I was told. The pain and restriction to normal function is much worse that it was before my visit and the nail removal procedure.

Dr. Fiala is awesome! He was super friendly and helped me tremendously. The time spent in the waiting room combined with the time in a room before someone walked in was less than 10 minutes. I felt that my time was respected by how quickly I was seen when I arrived for my appointment. He explained everything to me that needed to be done to remedy an ingrown toenail and took care of it very quickly and painlessly (after the local injection). He explained how to care for my toe while it’s healing and I left with all the supplies I needed to dress my toe properly. I had a great experience there and would highly recommend!

After 2 years of foot pain I’ve finally found a doctor who has helped me. Dr. Walsh took the time to listen to my foot problems and diagnose it. She explained the diagnosis, and set a plan in motion to relieve the pain and correct the problem. Can’t explain what it has done for my foot pain. Dr. Bachmann was straight forward, honest and came across as concerned. The rating is affected by my dissatisfaction with the “Laser staff”! After 2 treatments my foot began to swell & after several more treatment while raising concerns & requesting to see the Dr. one lady got Dr. Walsh to check the swelling. She took me out of the boot & ordered an MRI. The ran 2 MRIs & told me I had a tear. It toke 2 more weeks before I saw Dr. Bachmann. The injury was serious but the lack of concern by some on the”Laser staff” is disappointing.

My Dr. Amy Walsh was very good. My rating is related to the "extra fees" charged outside insurance. There was a $30-35.00 sterile equipment fee. NEVER have I had to pay extra to have a Dr. use clean equipment. Clearly could / should have been covered in the Office Visit or Procedure fee. This is a money grab. Would you say no, I don't want sterile equipment? Then, rather than perscribe an antibiotic ointment so that insurance could be used, they offered an additional $30-35.00 wound care kit. This was optional while the serial equipment fee was not. So, even though I've got insurance,met my co-pays - deductibles it still cost me $60-70.00 out of pocket due to these questionable fees. Very Used Car Sales like for a Dr.

My appointment was with Dr Walsh. The front office staff was friendly and greeted me with hellos and smiles. I originally scheduled the visit for diabetic feet check but experienced horrible heel pain.I received xrays on site and then met Dr Walsh. Dr Walsh was patient, knowledgeable and compassionate regarding my concerns. She treated me as as a whole person and not just another foot that needs to be checked. I’ve already scheduled my husband to see her. I’d highly recommend Dr Walsh. The wait was minimal. I was a new patient so I had to fill out forms but as soon as that was completed, I was called to see the doctor.
