Dr. Batts is my new connection here at LF&A. She is attentive and quickly summed up my situation in needing help getting onto the exam table. Her nurses did what it took to make that happen. She also made me feel at ease about a wound on my foot that I thought was a more difficult problem.

Medical Box for which I had to pay cash had a salt water mix for cleaning the incision, a salve to keep wound soft, & some gauge patches. Toe turned bright red after two days indicating infection. Nothing in Medical Box was meant to protect against infection. Stopped using their salve & started Neosporin. L F & A should refund the cost of that Medical Box! Let me say that for you: 'good luck with that '!

I have been clumsy all of my life. Have stumped my big toes, both feet, numerous times. I am not originally from Houston and did not know any Podiatrist here. Sure enough, it wasn't very long until I developed some problems with my left big toe. It was evident that I needed to find a Podiatrist. and when I was searching the web for one, I ran across Louetta Foot and Ankle Office which was close to residency. I did some research on the doctors at the clinic and that was when I found Dr. Amy Walsh. I was impressed with her review, so I made an appointment with her. Her treatment was excellent, and her follow-up was great. Then, just recently I dropped a huge glass bowl on my other big toe, and once again had to have the nail removed. I was really thankful that I had found Dr. Walsh and there no question about going back to her. I would not only recommend her, but her office staff as well. Very pleasant group and I feel Dr. Walsh is great doctor.

It’s my first podiatrist experience, so I was little apprehensive about the process. The staff and Dr. Batts quickly put all my concerns to rest. My only regret is not addressing my podiatry issues earlier with Louetta Foot and Ankle facility!

The Louetta Foot and Ankle clinics are excellent. Dr. Amy Walsh and Dr. Vorice Batts have been wonderful in their care of me. The staff at both clinics are extremely helpful and courteous. They take time to go over their patient concerns, explain test results such as X-Rays of an injury, and provide options for treatment. I feel very comforted knowing this team of professionals were so helpful to me.

Dr. Bachman, I am supposed to make a follow up appt for Jan but I am concerned that LF&A may not be the best fit for me. During my last visit you didn't even know who I was when you recommended & described a surgery that I already had. You were anxious to leave as you put your hand on the doorknob b4 I was able to ask my questions. At the end of the visit, you recommended a shoe insert which was not conveyed to the front desk, so I left without it. And finally, you took a complete 180 and advised to wait on corrective surgery and return for a followup visit. I am not sure what was going on, but I felt like I was at a totally differnt office with a different doctor. I struggled whether or not to share this with you because I don't think there is a solution to be offered, but in the end I decided you should know why I am not returning. I am very pleased with Dr. Walsh and doing my foot surgery. She’s a fantastic surgeon. The staff is fantastic and everyone in the office is just wonderful. Dr. Walsh did a fantastic job on doing my foot surgery on my left foot when this surgery recovers as soon as it recovers . I want her to do the other right foot and remove the other bunion and the hammer toe and check the other foot out. Make sure it’s all right and do surgery on that one. But I want to make sure that my left foot is completely healed all the way before I do my other foot. But I want to thank Dr. Amy Walsh so much she’s a fantastic surgeon in the staff at the office in the hospital. Thank you so much and everything that you have done for me. Overall, the process was straight forward. The only thing that could be improved upon, is how your office send out the (PDF) file with the eight pages of required information you need. My daughter originally thought her pain was the outer ankle and during evaluation figured out it was her inner ankle as well. My appointment is at three we waited two hours before being seen. The office overbooked patients. My time is just as important as the doctors time. If we’re late, or miss an appointment you charge us a fee what if the doctors late can we charge you a fee? Two hour waiting is unacceptable. I can understand. We have to wait a little, but not two hours.

Your technician was skilled , I had no problem with her. Your practice needs to get rid of “weapons “ , metal cuticle drill that are commonly used during artificial nail services. Your nail facility does not offer tab cross contamination protection, 1 time tab covers commonly used by most more upscale salons. Since your salon is attached to your medical practice, I was very disappointed. You need to improve.

I found the Doctor to have a good "bedside manner" and easy to understand. However, his assistant seemed a little nervous or maybe just inexperienced. I almost felt as if I was her first day, which is fine, but she could use a little training in people skills! And when I asked about the pedicures when checking out, I thought I might get a little information or a brochure, but I had to pry information from the check out personnel. I guess that might be better than a hard sell, but I really was interested!

I can't say enough good things about this provider. I've found my podiatrist and highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Walsh was very professional and provided relaxed setting. I felt trust in the assessment and treatment. Each procedure was explained in advance which gave me understanding and comfort. I appreciated the detail provided for my do’s and don’ts following the procedure and timeline to adhere (including review of my medication/vitamin list). She spotted my 2 knee replacement surgeries noting that antibiotics would be needed due to toenail removal. In addition, Office staff pleasant and helpful both in treatment room and at the front desk.

Thus far good service has not been provided. I can clearly see that Dr. Walsh is all about making that money and has very little care for the patient. After making an injection in my foot and asked I wanted new orthotics, she left the room without discussing with me pain medication which was high priority. My foot is killing me and so far have been denied pain medication. Was told to use Aleve or Advil both of which I told them my liver doctor would not allow me to take based on the condition of liver. After telling you all the facts you still come back and tell me I can take Aleve and Advil. You don't listen to the patient and do only what you want. It is not worth the risk of more damage to my liver. This is a sad situation that Dr. Walsh wont prescribe me some pain medication that is safe for my liver. You have not earned a good review. Sorry. I do not prefer to see Dr. Walsh anymore as a result of this situation. When I pick up my new orthotics Dr. Bachman would be my preference. I have called your office 5-6 times now trying to remedy this with no sucess.

My last visit here was 7+ years ago. Dr. Bachmann fixed me perfectly in one visit for a plantar issue. I went again this past week for a foreign body sensation under my foot. He treated it efficiently and painlessly. In addition, one of the most important items I feel a patient wants from their doctor is courtesy, professionalism, expertise, compassion, and of course, results. Dr. Bachmann masters all those requisites.

As a previous office nurse I know what to look for and expect in the office setting. I was very pleased with Louetta Foot and Ankle Specialists. The treatment room was neat and clean. Office staff was friendly and courteous answering questions to my satisfaction. Dr. Walsh was very professional as well as personable. She explained the procedure in advance, asked if I had questions or concerns then skillfully performed the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Walsh and this practice to anyone with foot problems. (Wish they would find another way to anesthetize the area without needles though.)

Although the environment of the office was excellent. The lady in the front office checked me in and was super nice. The lady who helped me to the exam room was also very nice, even though I wasn’t a talkative person she did engage a conversation and was super Cheerful! The doctor came in and said my foot was minimally fractured and to wear the boot, would’ve been great if he could have answered my question thoroughly but it seemed he was in a hurry to get out of the room I was in.

Dr.Batts is amazing she is caring and has patience. I took my mother for an ingrown toenail and loved the Tomball location, at the Louetta location there was a bit of a longer wait but equally as pleasing as the Tomball location. The medical assistant that helped us the first time was very dismissing and seemed annoyed which made us hesitant about continuing care there however the last two visits the medical assistants were extremely nice and caring which made up for the first medical assistants attitude.

I have a very difficult part of my foot that involves skin grafts and where they meet with the sole of my foot, I get a very sharp edged callous that can damage the graft if not kept trimmed. I usually sand it off myself but this time I went to a new foot doctor. She trimmed that surface so quickly and smoothly I couldn't believe it. Even my wife commented that it had never looked that smooth and great in the 30+ years I have had this issue since my accident. I will definitely come back to have this done.

The procedure was performed in a timely and efficient manner. Nurses and doctor knew what they were . The doctor assess and explain everything clearly. And the nurses prepped and sterilized everything quickly. Everything took less than an hour from initially contact to bandaged and out the door with my shoe on. Which I did not expect. It's been in 24 hours and minimal pain. I am very satisfied.

We were VERY pleased with Dr Bachman and our procedure. We were referred by our pediatrician Dr Karr. Although I felt the dr was thorough it was extremely off putting when I was informed that the inserts I was encouraged to purchase on my last visit were essentially non-effective because of my abnormally high arch, in addition I was given an injection but not told it would be at an added expense. I was also encouraged to spend over $1,000 dollars out of pocket for some laser treatment and foot sling. It just seemed like a lot of “up selling”.

This is my 2nd surgery performed by Dr. Walsh. Same foot, but different problem. This time I opted for a MAC type sedation and then a block for my foot. That's the way to go, if you get to choose. My friend picked me up 7:10AM to go to the surgery center (25 minute commute). I had the surgery, went thru Whataburger to pick up lunch and was home about 5 minutes before 12:00 Noon ! That's amazing! Everyone was so nice and efficient. Dr. Walsh is great!

I had a painful ingrown toenail. Found Louetta Foot and Ankle on their website, got an appointment promptly, and was very pleased with the results. One day later and I am pain free and will follow instructions to heal properly. Everything was explained to me and it was as good of an experience as I could hope for at a medical office. I will do follow up and I hope to never have another foot issue, but if I do, I will definitely use Louetta Foot and Ankle again.

Hello! I am writing this review regarding my appointment with Dr. Tyson Fiala. I found the office very clean. Hand sanitizer was available for use and everyone was wearing masks. The front office ladies were VERY friendly and helpful. The office ran on time. There was little to no wait past my appointment time. I was weighed and taken to an exam room. I wish I could remember her name (the lady that escorted me back) but I could tell she really enjoys her job. She was VERY knowledgeable and provided me a TON of information. I felt like she really sincerely cared about me and my well-being. Dr. Fiala was great as well! He is tall, well kept, and has awesome bedside manner. He was VERY informative and provided me peace of mind that my condition is treatable. I had a BUNCH of questions when I walked in, and left having every one of them answered. Both times zi could hear other patients being taken to the next waiting room and seen by the doctor while I was continuing to wait. I wonder if it has anything to do with Medicare and i am rotated behind younger patients.

The wait was not to long after my appointment time, the pre-exam was pretty quickly done and x-rays were done in a timely manner. Dr. Tiala was considerate and concerned about the pain level and presented options to reduce that as well as treatment options that were acceptable. Follow up is in three weeks, so we will re-evaluate the healing progress at that time.

Dr Walsh is a Professional. I have seen Dr Walsh since 2005 and She is always patient and listens to you. She has never recommended unnecessary treatment or procedure.

Dr. Tyson Fiala offers an excellent customer experience. I had a foot fracture and during the 2 months visits, he was also very calm and took his time explaining procedures and options. Always with a smile. His staff at the Louetta location went the extra mile with insurance questions and requests, specially Nicole. Thank you for all you do!!

I was pleased by the service I received. The only item that I did not enjoy (other than the wait time) was being asked several questions on the new patient paperwork that were unnecessary and intrusive (they had nothing to do with my condition or billing).
