The service was amazing, they helped with all my needs and then some. Verenice Marin was just the absolute best along with Jennifer. These two made my experience great and they helped me with a lot of questions and help with my current set of glasses. The individuals who conducted both my eye test gave me detailed information about what was happening and the results. This was an all-around great experience.

I am so pleased with my experience. The doctor was attentive, patient, and answered all of my questions. The representatives were timely, considerate and listened to all of my concerns in helping to find me a pair of glasses.

During the actual visit the interaction was really good the doctor was amazing she asked plenty of questions the reason this isn’t a 5 stars is because the doctor said she was going to give me a new brand of contacts since I’ve been struggling with dry eyes the day comes where I have to pick up my contacts and I get the exact same brand that I had before exact same prescription so I honestly feel like it was a waist of time and money going for me to just get the exact same thing I would of just request other boxes if I knew this was going to happen

I was an walk in and every one was very friendly. The Optometrist that assisted me was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. The women that greet people walking in the door are very beautiful. I had a great experience.

Workers are always organized, you’ll walk in and get attended right away, super friendly as well. Pricing is really good and your appointment will more than likely not take you long,

I so glad I went to this location. The staff was extremely awesome sauce! They would definitely make you feel comfortable. I would recommend that anyone that's in the area or surrounding area try them. They also have reasonable prices

I was seen yesterday. They informed me of options and I also saw a doc there too. I was thoroughly checked and I have MS so seeing everything in my eyes is very important. I'll go back next year.

Love this place. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have a very wide variety of frames and contact lenses and their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job at making it a very comfortable and easygoing experience.

We went in just to schedule an appointment and they actually got us in within 30 mins of being there. It was my 7 year olds first eye exam and they made him feel completely comfortable and took their time. He ended up needing glasses and they make picking a pair out a pretty cool experience for him. He’s definitely excited to wear glasses now

The Drs i see here are always really good and attentive and that's the only reason i go back. It's a crap show every time, the last three times i've had to wait an hour or more past my appointment time. This time the girl told me they were short handed. The last time it was because they let too many walk ins come through.

I have been to Look Optical 3 times and have been so happy with the results. The ladies at the front welcome you with smiles and look like they enjoy helping you. The techs who get you ready for the doctor are helpful and explain everything to you, why they are running certain tests and what to expect with each test. The environment is modern and up to date the facility is clean. And the doctors are very personable. They have full conversations with you and explain everything in detail. I feel like a person not a number in and out keep it movin type of rush rush feeling. And lastly the people who help find glasses are so sweet and endearing. They are willing to help find they style that compliments your face and explain the whole contact situation as well. I have and will continue to recommend look optical!
